While I’m still deleting and revising older posts, from time to time, I came across this one. It is a simple one of my very early blogging days. But right that made me think about how many times I have fallen into this trap since I wrote it. Not only does it apply to how I handle my little world, but also to the difficulties the whole world has been facing for the past few years. Starting with climate change, to a pandemic, to the war in Ukraine. All this affects everyone in one way or another. But we must not lose ourselves in the crisis we are facing. Only by keeping in mind how many blessings we still are granted, do we gain the strength to make it through and bring about the change that this world so desperately needs.Read more ›
You discover, you research
You work on your soul’s peace
You know you are to drop the weight
To find inner relief
You have several life sections which influence each other, a job (maybe more than one), a private life, perhaps you are a member of one or more associations, and more. Each part is meaningful to you and causes responsibilities and obligations. Also, you feel committed to the involved people. There can be those times when some of those parts need more room than usual or begin to expand. It can be a business that you are extending (which needs personal engagement), something in your private life that needs attention, and you may have had additional plans already. It is definitely not always easy to do justice to everyone and, at the same time, preserve your own needs.Read more ›
Recently, I talked to a neighbor, and she told me about her little daughter being diagnosed with diabetes. She said that she is working on solely thinking of her daughter as healthy, avoiding any negative thoughts, and believing that all will be well again while this is only a temporary condition. It reminded me of a post I published more than four years ago:
Your life is going well. You are not bothering too much with tasks of occasional challenges. You are easy-going that makes you face any task just as something that needs to be done. You are not in need to keep yourself positive because you simply are.Read more ›
I don’t know about you, but I am one of those who tend to push themselves to always have a solution at hand. It may have to do with the desire to help others and to be in control of life. It may also have to do with trained pressure to perform if you were constantly under the expectation to deliver the best results.Read more ›
Often we are confronted with situations we may have had no control over or no influence that they happened the way they happened. At least that may be the first thought about it. I may go through life doing my thing the way I do it by being the person I am without bad intentions. Still, life may throw stones in my way. It is easy to fall into the victim mode like: “What can I do?” Consequently, I may ignore or accept what is but continue doing everything the way I always did because I am not considering my responsibility for the outcome. I have been able to follow the developments of the following examples for some time.Read more ›
Not only are the days of many of us already filled with obligations, ideas, plans, visions, jobs, and tasks to do. But there is even more that we absorb, even though it may not concern us in the first place. Injustice, war, diseases, tragedies, natural disasters can burden a lot more than we may think. Although the days may be well balanced and nothing has actually changed in daily routines, still, there can be a feeling of sudden overwhelm. The walls may appear closer than before. Simple tasks or even everyday things feel like a burden, whereas before you didn’t even think about it. Or maybe some discussions or statements throw you off track that you usually don’t even ignore.Read more ›
I found a post again that I shared three years ago. It spoke volumes to me, since currently, I have to remind myself of the important fact that only in distancing from life, I find the necessary overview and the needed solutions. My employed job has been overwhelming me in many ways more and more for years. I don’t want to go into details because I don’t mean to please you with my problems. The irony is that I slipped into it for a purpose that does not even exist anymore. But that is life. Sometimes you start something only to be led to the actual lesson. Nothing is in vain, but when something no longer serves the purpose, it begins to show itself in internal and external tensions. Maybe this speaks to more of us than only to me.Read more ›
It was time again to pull a card from my “Gateway” card deck. It is not that I felt uninspired, but I needed to find the direction. The card I pulled may not only fit my situation, but I could imagine that it speaks to quite a few of you.Read more ›
Who has not experienced it yet? Life confronts you with something you really don’t like to deal with. It may be something you successfully ignored, or someone else solved it for you. But for some reason, it seems to come back like a boomerang. Again, you don’t feel like dealing with it. May it be because it makes you anxious or forces you to look at a part inside yourself that you have been hiding and maybe even forgot about it. Maybe, you even thought you made it over it – until a situation happened in which you realized you did not. Not at all!
There is this point in life when turning away, wanting others to solve your issue, or distracting is not working anymore. It is that time when life says: “It’s enough. You postponed the task too often and for too long.” And you have no other chance than to look at it, take it, and end it by yourself. It is human that we try to avoid triggering anything that could bring us into situations that put us in the driver’s seat. Where there was always someone around to step in and make you get away, all of a sudden, no one is there any more to take the steering wheel. That can be even scarier. But since you never learned to make it on your own, life needs to take all possibilities to escape.
But no worries, the task may appear much bigger and more overwhelming than it really is. It only feels like it because you thought it would be that way. And every time you turned away, you added a bit of the negative thoughts that made it grow. However, once you take it to heart, and just go for it, you’ll quickly see that you actually have help on your side. But now, the help you receive is no longer an ease of your task but help for self-help. You learn to master the matter and find constructive ways alone and with support.
The tasks are not getting easier, but you are becoming stronger.Erika Kind
How often have I thought that I could slip through again, only to see the wave coming back later again and even a bit higher. After a certain point running away was not possible anymore, and I had to face my fears and demons. Every time we do that, we not only untie a task of daily life but also a knot in our soul’s plan. Of course, we cannot be sure, if there are more knots on the same subject. But each time it gets a little easier. Because each time, we experience again that in the end, we do not emerge weaker but stronger, more self-confident, and more relaxed from a difficult situation.
You are the Phoenix.
You are your own salvation.
You are more than any challenge you may encounter.
On a side-note: This post was inspired by me reading about Empress Sisi’s life-long desperate attempts to escape the court ceremonial and herself. The older she got, the more she traveled the world – the tragedy of a broken and restless soul.

On Instagram, I saw posts about #NoFilterDay. That got me thinking. Does this mean that a lot of people post pictures of themselves with filters, basically? I am not talking about the funny filters with dog tongues, cat ears, and distorted faces but filters that make them look “better” (whatever that means). I never paid attention to this until now because I don’t use such things myself. Is it because these people want to impress others by looking a certain way that they think will get them more followers, or don’t they simply like the way they look? When I think about our “selfie” society, where people focus on themselves and the importance of what they do and eat all day, this would make sense.Read more ›

However, the topic of this week is bringing clarity, balance, and steadfastness into life. To achieve that, we need to let go of illusions or self-imposed pressure due to the requirements we set ourselves.Read more ›
As you can see from the title, I have decided to expand the range of topics for poems on Tuesdays. For the most part, the poems remain romantic, but I am often inspired by other things that I would like to share. We all have our dark spots, subtle emotions that show up in certain situations, inner resistance, old wounds that reopen, scars that keep us stuck in a past situation. As I said before, we absolutely cannot ignore them and sweep them under the rug. Just because I don’t see them doesn’t mean they aren’t still there. But we must be careful not to look only into the abyss of the soul. That is the same misunderstanding as ignoring them.
There may be times, when the past catches up with us, and it seems that for a long time, we have only these dark shadows around us. We can’t see the light. But the explanation is actually quite simple. Imagine taking a photo of an object that is in front of the sun. It will appear completely dark because of the backlight. You are actually taking a picture of its shadow. If we focus only on the shadows, we miss the fact that there must be a lot of light behind them. The darker these shadows appear, the brighter the light behind them.
As soon as you realize that you ARE the light, the obstacles you are working through lose their dark color because you shine ON them. Then they are just obstacles to be overcome. With this attitude, you begin to see them as tasks on the journey, but not as obstacles that keep you from your journey. Again, you stop resisting and start accepting. You go from “Why me?” to “Let’s go!”.
Keep in mind that no matter how many dark potholes you may fall into, you will always be caught by the power of your soul. It knows the way, and its light will let you find the way to get back to the surface, just as you need it. Your life is not meant to be dark, and you are not meant to believe that. It is your strong soul that is determined to resolve as much of the past as possible. Only the strongest are confronted with the darkest shadows. There is so much love in them that keeps them going, that makes them stand up and gives them the courage and determination to go on. And those are the ones who encourage so many others to do the same. Beceause we can!
When you feel like looking into a dark hole
then remember that your light must shine the brightest.
Continue the journey and know
that your light will always attract light
to accompany you on the way.
I honor you for the wonderful soul you are.

Life is amazing. All life is amazing. All lives in all lives are amazing. Last week I touched on the great field of karma. It forces us to clean out the attic of our soul and leads us to the awareness of who we are. When we understand the principle of karma, it is not even that necessary to know the origin of blocking feelings within us or the burdening circumstances around us. Just perceiving what triggers the feelings over and over again is the clue that we may need to experience what we once did and what we need to balance and resolve by living through the emotions we once may have caused in others. Knowing this helps to accept. Acceptance removes the resistance. We allow the pain to surface, look at it, and then let it go.Read more ›
Most of you may know that I have been a big fan of Dr. Wayne Dyer. The first book of his I read has found me miraculously – not the other way around – and it changed my life. I had read lots of great books before, such as The Law of Attraction, The Power of Now, The Secret, and many others. But just this one book was the central piece of the puzzle that connected all the aspects flying around in my little universe into and fundamental basis for my personal journey to awareness.Read more ›
In 2008 Dr. Wayne Dyer published the book “Living the Wisdom of the Tao”. It contains the 81 verses of the Tao Te Ching. Wayne Dyer wrote an affirmation to each verse to bring the meaning of it to better awareness. I was fortunate to buy that book the first time I experienced Wayne Dyer live at a lecture, and I even got the book signed by the author himself. Still, it is giving me goosebumps to think back to the moment when I was standing in front of him, handing him the book, and got it signed.Read more ›
What is the problem when someone is craving love? That person is convinced that love is outside of them, something that needs to be earned. They think that they don’t have it and therefore are in a place where they experience a lack of love. When we think we don’t have something, it causes us to feel a lack. That energy is sent out, and the universe will answer with the same energy. It is the energy of the feeling of “not having”. What we send out will come back: not having! The irony is that in not understanding that universal law, those people feel even confirmed by the experience of the consequences, and a long-lasting vicious circle can be the result that affects all parts of their lives.Read more ›
We are talking a lot about unveiling the ego and letting go of its destructive grip. It is much easier said than done. For years, the ego has grown as part of our own development. Of course, it depends a lot on the inner steadfastness we had in our younger years and on how much influence we let happen. Also, it depends on how long we got influenced, and at the time, the ego has gotten to grow from us feeding it with our convictions and experiences which were created through the eyes of the ego again… a pretty vicious circle, isn’t it?Read more ›

In my post The Opposite Of Fear Is Love I quoted Charlie Chaplin and remembered his beautiful poem. I also remembered a post I wrote about it a few years ago and decided to share it again. Charles Chaplin delivered this speech on his 70th birthday. As the years go by we are making so many experiences. Sometimes we don’t even notice how the experiences shape us unconsciously. I think there is no one who looks back at life and can say that there has never been a time when they were hurt by someone. Perhaps from the outside, it may have looked like a trifle but inside that particular person, it reached a very weak point. When more of such trifle episodes happen it becomes a wound growing wound which even becomes infected. Each tiny thing that adds to it can hurt so much more than if it had fallen on healthy ground. Even years or decades later, a single thought can trigger the memory and those hurtings can feel as if they just happened.Read more ›

What is love? How can it be defined? I don’t know if we ever get its whole meaning or even an idea of it. But the 1 Corinthians, chapter 13 provides a profound insight into what love can be and how we recognize if it is love we feel or only an aspect of it. It gives a direction if we act out of love and if we live in a love that is life’s elixir and our origin. Love is all we really need. That’s why we do so much in order to receive love. We make sacrifices, fight, murder, die. Love is the basic need we all have in common. If we have love there is no need to compensate it with anything in the world. The real true pure of love makes every miracle possible. Then we have found the master-key to life. Read more ›
Due to the current situation regarding my job, I want to reblog a post from a couple years ago. Sometimes you are chances offered and since you won’t let them pass you take them. You are supported and learn a lot but after a while, it can happen that it doesn’t turn out what you expected it to be. You don’t feel comfortable and actually, it becomes a pain in the neck more and more. Maybe you even get sick from the expectations you cannot fulfill since everything inside you starts rebelling against what you are supposed to do. Instead of getting better over time, it gets worse and worse. You know that a change is inevitable. The tricky point then is to disappoint those who gave you the chances and supported you. Can you let them behind only that you feel better? Can you be so selfish since you know how they rely on you? Sometimes we have to be selfish to move on. Isn’t it actually selfish, too to stay where you are only because you can avoid a conflict with others or with yourself? Perhaps we are taught to make everybody happy but we can’t because there is always this one person being left unhappy: You!
When we are going through life we can find ourselves in situations and circumstances which require our actions. It just happens due to the way we live and also in order to learn and develop from what we experience. Sometimes certain situations not only hold new elements but are simply new and scary all over. We are asked to decide whether staying in the old which we don’t want anymore for a long time already or taking that step into the new completely unknown which feels liberating and deeply scary at the same time. We are aware that we are standing in front of the point of no return.
It can likely happen that we give in again since feeling guilty and perhaps selfish and taking the responsibility for breaking down everything and affecting the lives of others with it can be overwhelming. It is the moment when we need to step aside and reflect. As long as we are in the midst of the emotional stream we will break down physically and mentally at one point. Maybe we really resign because we cannot take it anymore. But that is exactly that point we need to look closer: Do I want to look back and say “I already made it so far but I did not take that last step only because I was too afraid”?
We need to get into an observing and more objective position. We need to remember what brought us so close to that moment of changing our lives. Was it a mood? No, it was an inner conviction. We headed towards that point of no return because of a reason and we need to recall everything. If this recalling fills you again with determination and the knowing that the difficult way again/still feels as the right one then go! Life is more than what was! If we let us direct by our fears or insecurities we will always look at our dreams like at clouds which are blown away by the wind. If we want to live the life we feel as ours inside of us then we need to step up for it. Then we need to take the journey through the thorn bush and risk some scratches. The scratches will heal again but not going through will keep us from ever experiencing the side we already see in our hearts as the life we are supposed to experience.
When a change needs to be made it is normal and actually a good sign that we feel emotional because it shows that what was has a place in our hearts and will always have. Life is change. Life is risking something. If we never risk a change how shall we ever know how it feels to really live? What makes us grow is not the security of our comfort zone but the inspiring fresh air of the world that is waiting behind. Our comfort zone is a small limited space within a universe of possibilities. Yes, it needs a bit courage to step over the limit line but you feel it in your heart when it is time to do it. Reflect, remember why you got at this point and motivate yourself for not backing out again! You don’t need to explain it to anyone. It is enough when you feel it deep inside that it is time to leave for more!
Remember that all you do will lead you towards the destinations you are meant to arrive. The reason you are standing at a turning point is that you have either grown too big or that you learned what you needed and now can continue on the main street again. So, don’t be afraid and take action. Yes, we might disappoint others but as long as we don’t act in deliberately hurting others it is simply life. We are disappointed too and have to learn how to deal with it. Taking responsibility, making that step consciously, and following that path determined will empower you even more because you know that YOU did it. You stepped up for yourself and dared to take action!

We all are products of our habits and our thoughts. Over the years we have come into routines in our lives. We are acting more and more like robots instead of human beings. Read more ›
I dare to say that fear is the origin of most or even all of our problems and troubles. Fear is a blocking filter built by the mind and it keeps us from connecting with the source of power inside of us. Peace, understanding, development, happiness – to sum it up – love, comes from within. Only if we open up the pipeline to that source, which is the origin of our being, we are able to live the life we are supposed to. We need to identify fear as a lie. Fear is a thought, an imagination and nothing else. It never tells the truth and is a big cheater. Read more ›

Before my break, I wrote about being entitled to be selfish and to put things at rest when life developed and changed. Last week I wrote how feelings of guilt can make a situation more complicated than necessary for everybody. When I read through it I was amazed, how perfectly it combines both topics and adds even more perspectives on both.

So often we don’t start a project because we are afraid of failing. We are afraid of being questioned even before we started or before a result is shown. We are afraid of being criticised about how we do it or even THAT we do it. We are afraid that people are making fun of us because we are doing something they might have never dared to do themselves. Or we are afraid because our project also means showing a part of us which we kept hidden for a long. But there comes a time when all those fears are not strong enough anymore to keep us from going for our dream. They cannot keep us from stepping out of our comfort zone anymore. We are full of excitement and enthusiasm and yes, we try it with all our heart and passion. And then it happens…. the door opens up! Read more ›

I believe that the ego is not only the bad guy who needs to be fought. I rather think that it is a very helpful part we created over time. On one hand, it can support the path of the soul with its strong will. On the other hand, the ego can help to find out who you are and who you are not. It is a creation of the mind – your mind and your creation. That means that you have the power and can create it in each moment. It is created by thoughts and can, therefore, be controlled by the choice of your thoughts. The further away we are drifting from the true self the more power the ego has. It can show up unexpectedly although we think we already know that guy and its tricks. But in a certain situation, it appears reflexively before we even notice that we are already in its claws again. It is then to step back and see where we would end up if following its direction and what if we chose the direction of the self. Read more ›

This question was asked by my friend Nicodemas, of NicodemasPlus Three. He asked the question in a comment to my post IGNORANCE – WEAPON AND SURVIVAL TOOL: FEAR. I don’t know if I met your expectations, Nicodemas, but this is what happened to be written:
Every day, many tragedies happen: accidents, diseases are diagnosed, children die, parents die, attacks destroy innocent lives, natural disasters take lives and possessions, child abuse, torture, and much more… a lot of heartbreaking happenings. And with good cause we ask, why does this need to happen or how can people be so cruel? I already wrote a lot about everything happening for a reason and that many good souls play the role of the victim and the offender in order to teach each other and the grieving people. It is important to know that in order to be able to step back and look at the whole situation from a higher perspective. Although it is not the topic today it is part of it.
Now how to deal with the tragedies in the world? We mostly cannot do a lot or even nothing when sad things happen. And this is the crucial point that makes us feel so helpless. But you know what? We can do something! Everything in this world is directed by energy. When something bad happened we can feel like paralyzed, aggressions against injustice can come up, or we feel resentments against the cause of the tragedy. But in aligning with the same energy that caused the tragedy we even strengthen something we don’t want. Thoughts of hatred and revenge cause strong feelings which have an amazingly powerful creative energy. On one hand, it is separating instead of uniting and it causes a counterforce on the other hand.
If we don’t want bad things to happen we need to go into the direction of good things, think good thoughts, act in kind ways, share compassion. When we fight terror with war it causes, even more, acts of violence and terror. We can only break that circle in incorporating the opposite energy. Energies of hatred and revenge nurture hatred and cause more revenge. What we need to create is balance. Again, I am coming to ignoring what I don’t want. We need to ignore the need to fight back and instead turn around and look into the direction where peace and compassion reigns. When sending love instead of hatred the fuel is taken out of the bad energy and the sails are set towards a different direction. The more people stop reacting to the game of terror and retaliation but instead care for the victims, pray for them, or do something good as a balancing act, I swear, we can change and heal the world.
And now here I am: “How can a person overcome the horrible things that often happen in our world?”
We cannot change what happened but WE CAN be part of a change. This gives our lives meaning and it unites! There may always be horrible things happening caused by individuals or groups. But nevertheless, we mustn’t be discouraged but keep up the loving attitude with our eyes towards the benefit for those in need. The worse things happen the more important it is. And everyone can do that in their own little world or even in the big world. It is easier to deal with tragedies when we do something that brings balance and which shows the victims and their families that they are not alone.
We have an order to live this life the best way we can and we have to do it for ourselves as well as for everyone else. Be what you want to see and you will have the power to heal yourself and bring healing! We are on a mission!

Lately, I came across this topic several times and thought it would make sense to repost an article I wrote almost 2 years ago:
Life isn’t about being someone we think we should be only because it sounds good because others want us to be, or in order to fit into a certain image of society. A faked personality only confuses the people around you and yourself over time more and more because the real identity gets lost.Read more ›
Last week I posted Suffering Part 1 – The Torture In Our Head . I wrote that this kind of suffering has its origin in the way we think, that we interpret things in our own way, and hurt ourselves with truths which only exist in our heads. I also talked about the magic tool […]Read more ›
When we are suffering we feel bad. Depending on the reason we feel sadness, pain, fearful, torn apart, helpless, lost, ignored, dependent, punished, frustrated, depressed, physically ill,… the list could go on and on and on… There are so many reasons why we suffer from something that happened in our lives. The biggest problem is […]Read more ›
This post was inspired by a person I got to know during my 9 months at work who is suffering from being neglected, used, oppressed, or simply unappreciated by her own parents. I think it is difficult to imagine how it must feel when you see your sister or brother supported in any possible way and you even have to hang in and support them too because it is expected and demanded. At the same time, you never got that support or attention but it was taken for granted that you cooperate and stand back.Read more ›
What is the greatest motivator you can imagine? The joy of making your life more than it is now. This has nothing to do with being discontented or even unhappy. It is actually the other way around. It is the knowledge that each step we take in life leads us to another platform. From there we see new things which trigger something which was lying dormant within us waiting for the moment when we are ready to wake it up.Read more ›
It is really funny! Sunday is usually the day when I prepare my Monday post (not the one for the next day but for the following week later 😁). So on that Sunday when I was pondering what I could write about nothing was already on my mind. How often are we raising our hands and crying to God for help? But what do we do next? Are we waiting that God waves His magic wand and fix everything just like a Genie “your wish is my demand”? Do we really think we realize the whole picture of the situation in which we might only play a tiny role? The situation might be part of a much bigger plan. Now if things do not change or dissolve as we desire we get the idea that God left us alone and is not interested in us. That is such a big misunderstanding.Read more ›
We all are products of our habits and our thoughts. Over the years we have come into routines in our lives. Experiences that we stored in our minds have become labeled and whenever a similar experience shows up we open the folder with the fitting label and add it to our collection. We are acting more and more like robots instead of human beings.Read more ›
As you may know, some weeks ago I translated for two English mediums at their sessions. It was insightful in many ways. I learned so much and got confirmed in many things I was already convinced about. One case touched me a lot. There was a woman who was involved in a bad accident some time ago. She was close to death but survived. The accident caused massive brain injuries and she still suffers from a limited way of understanding and comprehending. She is slower in thinking and moving, and the left side of her face is still a bit paralyzed. But she has come such a long way due to her strong willpower and she is still progressing. She even started an education on the internet in order to step back into life actively. Now what hurts her so much is that her husband has turned away from her. He is only complaining and blaming her for each and every little thing. She cannot do anything right and gets screamed at all the time. She desperately tries everything to be loved by him the way he did before the accident happened.Read more ›
There can be times in life when we feel like aliens. Like there is no one on this planet who cares for us or who is interested in who we are. Many are interested in what we do but those are the ones who may turn away as the first ones when what we do doesn’t meet their expectations. Why do we get to that point? What can be the reason – or the reasons?Read more ›
Whatever I write about are basically situations from the life we all experience in our own ways. I take them and try to look beyond and around them. Finding out more about backgrounds, contexts, and consequences, and seeing more in a situation than only how it may appear at first sight. Understanding that there is a reason behind all that happens may not solve the problem but it can lead to a solution or give important insights which make us see it all from a different perspective and helps to deal with what happens in a more constructive way.Read more ›

I wrote this post while sitting on my patio with my laptop. I love working outside, enjoying the sounds of nature around me, smelling the scent of the coming fall, and feeling the warmth of the last warm days. I wouldn’t mind if it stayed like this until next spring…. haha. We had some very hot times this summer and I loved it. I mind the cold rather than the heat. But during the last few days when it got really cool in the mornings and evenings, I noticed something about me. I enjoyed the chilly feeling on my skin in some way. It made me think of taking a hot bath or cuddling in some cozy clothes again.
What I enjoy about it is the moment when getting from the cold into the warmth. That cozy moment when cuddling into a warm blanket. When you get inside and a cup of coffee or tea is waiting for you. I noticed that temperatures of 12 °C (55 °F) in the morning already give me chills after the 30 °C (90 °F) only a week before. During winter we will get down to freezing temperatures and 12 °C will appear very warm again. Funny, how subjective we experience this.
It all made me think of the duality we live in and from which we learn. How we notice the warmth so much more when it is getting cold and how relatively cold and warm can be. When we never lost something we might not be able to treasure all that we still have. Because when we had it all and lost it we will be so much more aware and thankful for all the new things that come towards us again. Nobody wants to live in darkness, most of all not the ones who experienced it. But aren’t the ones who did, those who know the real value of the light? Aren’t the ones who got ill the ones who know how precious health is? Aren’t the ones who got heavily tested and challenged by life the ones who are most compassionate?
The contrast makes us understanding, appreciative, thankful, wiser, and stronger. Through contrast, we learn what we want and what we don’t want (anymore). We need to experience both sides in order to understand both. Again, we need to feel the warmth and the cold in order to understand what warm and cold actually mean. And now there is something else: Even if I learned for myself about warm and cold somebody else can experience it completely differently.
The physical world makes it possible that everyone can experience themselves within the duality in their personal and unique way. This is amazing in many ways. First, there is room for each and every experience and second, there is not only one single truth regarding perceiving life. We are bringing our own light down here. We are coming from a place of light. It is a shining place. But when everything is so light, how can we recognize our own light? That is why we come down here. The seasons, day and night are a visible analogy to the changes we are going through. When it is getting dark outside we are switching on the lights or light candles. WE MAKE LIGHT – because we want/need to see! When we find ourselves surrounded by darkness figuratively the moment will come when we recognize our light again. Those are the enlightening moments. Each of those moments makes us remember our own light again.
Contrast is what we chose in order to evolve and to have the moments of awareness which are fueling us with more power and joy than any physical possession or achievement ever could. The gift of this physical life is the gift of awareness. We get chances and choices. It is up to us what to choose. We often know in advance that one choice may cause us to cross a dark valley before we are reaching the sunny side again. We might not take that choice and stay on that side of the valley. But sometimes we know exactly what is waiting behind the valley and we risk the journey. Once we have reached the other side we are not only treasuring that sun even more but we are also so much stronger. The contentment that we made and the experiences we gained on our journey are giving this new place that we chose an even deeper meaning!
There are dark episodes in our lives. But don’t be afraid of the dark. It is only temporary. This is not your real home just a place to discover yourself. You are coming from light and you are light. Each time you see the sun dawning again will remind you. You are the candle in your own night. This light is always with you. You cannot lose it because you cannot lose who you are. Let yourself shine. It not only connects you stronger to your origin but it also helps others to find their lights again.

The topic for today’s post developed from a conversation with Ann of Grubbs n Critters. We were talking about how it can be that other people are able to annoy us even with things that have nothing to do with ourselves. It took me some time before I wrote that post because it is a big topic. There are so many origins, reasons, and causes which are merging. I touched some and hope I could bring it all into context. That would definitely be food for a book!
Let’s start with the soul – what a complex thing. I won’t ever grasp it completely. I hope this is understandable: There is a pool of soul aspects. When an incarnation comes up the soul takes a scoop of itself with more aspects of this and less of that. At the same time, many scoops with different aspects can incarnate. Those scoops feel the connection of the soul family – soul mates. That is when you meet someone and they feel familiar or you feel a connection and cannot explain it. Don’t mix that up with that one true love. A soul mate is not necessarily the love of your life. Soul mates are there to support each other in their development. Often times that support is not on the funny side. The goal is the development and the soul mates have it in their plans to stick to that goal. They can be your worst enemy but of course also your best friends and even the love of your life. How the support will happen was agreed upon before the incarnation.
The reason we want to incarnate is first and foremost in order to feel and experience things we cannot feel and experience without a physical body. The insight is so much more profound. There is not only so much to experience for us but there are also numberless ways of experiencing the same feeling. There are new things to experience or issues to dissolve (what we call karma). We cannot experience it all in one incarnation. Therefore too we select particular lessons, encounters, and happenings before we come here. Some things are meant for a specific time, and some are when we are ready. But all is well coordinated and linked with the life plans of others. Each life plan affects another one. What a gigantic organization!! That’s why there can be so many causes for the things we experience here. But that is only the way to the event. In the end, it is about the resulting challenge. That’s why at some point we need to stop finding an explanation and learn to trust that it happened for a reason. When something or someone challenges us then we can be sure that it is meant for us to look closer. There is something in it for us – not because we did something wrong but to learn something!
Let’s get to another point: Why is it that one person can get terribly annoyed about something which someone else doesn’t even notice? Or the other way around: I don’t care but others go nuts. It can also be annoying that some get annoyed about things others don’t care…. lol! If something is not part of our incarnation program then we don’t care or we are having a natural way of dealing with such things. It can also be that we are not at the place yet to deal with certain issues and that’s why we don’t “hear” it because it has not our frequency. But when it has then we hear it loud and clear. Whether it is a soul mate, someone else, circumstances, or a particular situation, if we feel reflected in it then it has always something to do with us too. People can mirror something which we don’t like about ourselves. Or we are provoked to step out of our comfort zone in order to progress our evolution. Whatever it is – it is time to work ourselves through the next lesson (fate). Only when we notice that something feels not right do we even consider a closer look. That’s why lessons to learn can be so painful. We can pull back and turn away but the issue will only be solved when we faced it. We will get confronted with it over and over again. Each time gives us another gaze on the subject and helps working it out.
In the end, it is always about how I deal with what comes to me. Sometimes there are people whose intention is to bother me. Perhaps I mirror something they don’t like about themselves. Some people are not able to deal with what is going on inside of them. They need that illusion to throw it on others. The problem is that this doesn’t work. At one point we need to understand that it is not about us but about ourselves. A huge and liberating lesson to learn because it is not our responsibility. It is something they need to dissolve. That insight can give so much strength that we are gaining the power and nerves to even deal with them on a daily base (which is important when it is about family or work). It is not going deeper anymore because we realize that it is not our war. Whatever may strike a chord within you look inside yourself first. If you cannot find something right now then the lesson for you may be to not let others make you something you are not. Send them love but it is not up to you to join them in their fight. If you don’t align with their energy they have no grip. Either they will leave you alone or they may change their attitude toward you. What defines your life is not what others do to you but how you react to what they do.

God, how I cannot stand to hear that when I am in the middle of difficult circumstances or situations. Then my ego slips into its diva part: “You can talk easily because you are not in that situation. You have no idea how that really feels.” The tricky thing is that my ego cannot convince me anymore. I simply have no excuses. I know exactly that when I dig into the mud I will only find more mud. But sometimes mud is what I need…Read more ›
This is a story that moves me deeply not only because it happened in my closest circle of the family but most of all because it shows that we have powers within us that are greater than our bodies could ever be. Actually, those powers are the force to strengthen and heal the body. Yes, we can heal through the power of our spirits which is the power of love!Read more ›
The past two weeks were most inspiring regarding this topic. I encountered several examples both in my private and in my work life in many ways.
There is a natural need within us that we want to be understood. We want to feel accepted for who we are and that means that people need to be able to see who we are. Oh, how can we be misunderstood when we are doing something out of a reflex due to our experiences of our past? As we ourselves do, others look out of their own eyes too with their own experiences in their mind storage. What they see, they put in relation to their own mindset. If a particular person means a lot to us or they play an important role in our lives, of course, we should let them know in order that misunderstandings cannot build a wall. If there is one misunderstanding that is not clarified many others can accumulate until one day that wall separates both totally.Read more ›
So often we don’t start a project because we are afraid of failing. We are afraid of being questioned even before we started or before a result is shown. We are afraid of being criticized about how we do it or even THAT we do it. We are afraid that people are making fun of us because we are doing something they might have never dared to do. Or we are afraid because our project also means showing a part of our inner being, of the real person. But there comes a time when all these fears are not strong enough anymore to keep us from going for our dream. They cannot keep us from stepping out of our comfort zone anymore. We are full of excitement and enthusiasm and yes, we try it with all our heart and passion. And then it happens…. the door opens up!
Here is one example of my life that is one the most remarkable because it was one of the earliest of such experiences.
Many of you know that only 7 – 8 years back I would have never dared to talk in front of people, to share my own thoughts, to stand tall for what I believe in even when no one else believed in it. I would have never dared to say something at all without checking before if there are some who would agree with what I say. Otherwise, I said nothing at all. Then I had my breakthrough 7 years back. I only need to think of that moment and my eyes get watery because I will never forget that feeling of breaking down the walls of my prison.
Here I was, standing in my full light. That light made me see immediately where my path led and I started writing I’m Free – Awareness of Who You Are by Discovering Who You Are Not. I did not know nor did I want to think too far ahead if that book would ever be published but deep inside I knew exactly that this was the journey I was on and the destination I headed towards. When I was done with the manuscript, had given it to others for proofreading, and worked over it again, I felt ready to try something that felt simply impossible to me only 2 years before. I dialed the number of a publisher in order to ask if I may send them some excerpts. They accepted…… and I was full of fear!
Was I afraid that they wouldn’t like it? No, I was terrified that they would love it! The light definitely illuminated my path. It showed me all the things that are now coming my way and I felt overwhelmed in both positive and fearful ways. Can I handle this all? I could be taken seriously! But I was not used to it! I might have to speak about all the things I believe in and what I saw as blessings in life for everyone. But was I ready to do so? I have always dreamed about it but….. HELP…. it works out!!! I felt like losing control over the developments.
Thanks to my ego pride (yes, the ego can be very helpful) there was no way back… I had given myself a promise to never ever return to my old prison. And that means that I need to let my light shine in order to see the path… step by step! As you know, they accepted and my blog only exists because of the English version which was published two years after the release of the German book. Meanwhile, I have given several lectures, have written for newspapers, and have even given 3 English live radio interviews. I accept right away because I never want to give my brain the time to block the plans of my soul. I feel where I have to go and I will never stop following that inner feeling. Did get used to my light? No, not at all! It feels as if I discovered it every day anew. It is a bit scary…. but much more wonderful to see that the world stands wide open to me!
Sometimes we go for something and don’t really consider it to work out. We do it in order to grant our soul its peace because then we can say that we tried it. Even bigger is the surprise (or the shock) when it works. And it scares us a bit more because we feel mentally unprepared. Nothing stays the same anymore. But when things are going smoothly then it is the proof that it is your path and your time- whether your mind is believing it or not.
When we are not used to the bright shine of our light we can be shocked and scared by its immense creative power. The light that we are is pure creative energy. When we let our light shine and only then take action we are on our path and that path will always – all life long – lead to new places. Because we are meant to grow. We are meant to evolve. We are meant to LIVE! It is ok, to be irritated by your light because it is the most amazing power and it is even living within you. But never be scared of it. Trust, that it will always illuminate the path your soul chose way before it came into this body in order to fulfill its plan and give your life the sense and meaning you long for. Your soul is nothing else but the peace of the Almighty.
So when you let your light shine, God shines through you.
That is what the world needs so badly.

Most of you know that I had the exciting opportunity to be at the Blogger Bash 2016 in London last weekend. But due to the fact that I lost a whole weekend and had some stressful days before I wasn’t able to write a new Monday Post. I decided to pick a fitting one from March 2015 and modified it a bit.
We are more than what we experience and in order to recognize and feel that, we need to pause. Please don’t miss to watch the inspiring slideshow at the end of this post. I watch it from time to time and it always has this amazing calming and centering effect.
When I had my blogging break after Christmas, I used the time too for going through old posts and “renovate” them. I came across this one I posted in 2016. When I went through it, I got that feeling that it needs to be shared again. I hope the person(s) it is meant for will find some inspiration:Read more ›

It might have happened to some of you that there were/are people who suddenly behaved peculiarly, turned away from you, or even started to act against you. Maybe even old friends you share so many memories with, friends for whom you were there without asking. Sometimes we know the reason but sometimes we don’t and only assume what the reason could have been. We try to find out and ask what we might have done wrong. We apologize. Sometimes they don’t even react to our questions or any apology dies away seemingly unheard. I think it is some of the hardest things to experience when you are left alone with uncertainty and feelings of guilt, or you be simply ignored.Read more ›
We all carry our backpacks. We filled it with a variety of things. From all that we experience, we take something along and put it in our backpacks. When we are in a situation that feels like something we already experienced, we check our backpacks and take out the insight we once gained in order to deal with that situation in a better way.
Sadly we collect so many painful memories, bitterness, and resentments in that backpack. That is what makes it heavy and what makes us walk slower under its weight. Often we cannot move the way we want because the weight of the backpack limits our mobility. It can even cause physical disorders like back pain, muscle tension, short breath, joint issues, and much more.
When we look at it that way we see how little use it is to carry around pain or disappointments from the past. It doesn’t change the past but therefore, it destroys the present. Easier said than done, right? Really?
Who you really are is a divine being born into a human body in order to experience your existence with more senses. Only in that physical body, you can touch, breathe, smell, and feel a variety of emotions. It is like the suit of Iron Man. It has more functions than the person who directs that iron suit. And so it is with your spirit who needs a body to have more possibilities to experience itself. But the suit is not the person and the spirit is not the body. That iron suit can become a prison instead of a tool if we don’t see the misunderstanding. Who you really are is that spirit who simply identifies so doubtless with its body. Over time, it believes that it is the body, the pain it experienced, and the emotions it feels. But who you are is not the suit that houses you.
Being aware that you are nothing that is part of this physical world makes it so clear that all the pain you experience and the heavy weight you carry around is only an illusion you started to build up in your mind. You are spirit, you are divine, you are pure wisdom. But you want to remember that you are all that. That is the reason why you came into this world. You want to remember your light.
When you realize that your experiences, insights, and also scars are part of your backpack but not of yourself then you can simply take this backpack off your shoulders. Open it up and look into it. Throw out the heavy load or take the backpack completely off. You cannot accidentally throw away a beautiful memory. The insights learned lessons, and joyful experiences are never in a backpack. They have the same energy as your divine being. All the beautiful things which cause feelings of joy and enthusiasm are of the same energy as you are. That is, why it feels so good. It is like you. That’s why they simply strike a chord within you but they don’t burden you. Such experiences merge with you and make you stronger. You gain energy. What is a pain for? Actually only to show you the darkness in order to see your light even better.
You are not what you carry along. You are not, what you experience, you are not what you think, and most of all you are not what you see. But what you experience, think, and see is the blessing you are gifted with in order to feel alive and in order to fulfill your purpose. You are a shining being full of love and perfect in its composition. Because you have the same composition as the source that created you. You are part of that source, a drop of the ocean we call God. God is spotless – and so are you!

Do you know how healthy you are? No, that is not turning out as a post about healthy food. I am the wrong one for that. That’s Colleen’s realm. What I mean is, do you know how long you will be healthy, strong, and able to approach your plans, visions, and dreams? Do you know how much time you are given in this particular lifetime?
There is this touching story about that man who caresses the beautiful silky nightgown of his wife which he just found in a drawer. She kept it untouched for special occasions to surprise him. In the end, she never wore them and he never saw them on her … We don’t know what happens in one year, heck, we don’t even know what happens in the next moment. That doesn’t mean that we need to panic and start hectically to accomplish everything at once. It shall simply say that we need to stop postponing things.
Yes, sometimes there are different priorities. But what I am talking about here are the things we could do but don’t. It is more convenient to find an excuse instead of making the effort to get something started. It can be out of laziness. Very often it is out of a lack of self-esteem – the fear of failing, the fear of being questioned, the fear of being criticized. We use excuses like I am not smart enough, I am too old, I don’t have the time, I never did it before.
So what? If we never do something we never did before, then we never do anything! What is progress? It is evolving into something that wasn’t there before. We are here to evolve. That is the meaning of life. During life our bodies are developing, our minds are developing, our personalities are developing, and so shall develop the life we live!
We all have skills, talents, abilities, and dreams. The combination of it all is what waits for you to be brought into the world or developed within you. You are 70 and always dreamed of learning Mandarin? Do it!!! Don’t say, I am too old. What do you have to lose?
One of those excuses which makes the least sense to me is to resign from something out of respect for others. For example, parents who cannot let go of their children: “I cannot travel the world for one year because it would break my mother’s heart when I am gone for so long.” “I cannot accept that job because I had to move to another city which would hurt my parents.” I can get mad when I hear something like that. No parents must make their children feel guilty when for living their own life. From day one on parents needs to be aware of the fact that they raise their children in order to prepare them for life. A child has to be supported in finding its own way in this world. Of course, it is different when parents are sick and in need of help.
It is your life. Don’t wait until you look back and realize that you don’t need excuses anymore because the opportunities have already gone. It is the worst thing I can imagine I could do to myself. Because in the end there is no one to blame but myself.
Don’t be afraid of leaving your comfort zone and breaking out of your old life. You can never fail. I repeat: YOU CAN NEVER FAIL!!! Because whatever you do today brings you further than you were yesterday. Every insight is a step up the stairs of your personal evolution.
Wear those silky nightgowns and enjoy them. Make others smile with who you are. Enjoy your life by filling it with who you are and expanding that person you are. You don’t know what the next day brings. Use the time you are given. Make this education, join this class, do something that you always wanted to do, and take the first steps towards it. Even if you don’t know how to accomplish it. There are people to ask, there are books to read, and there is the internet. Rome wasn’t built in a day. There is no deadline. You only need to start and move forward step by step. Some steps are happening faster and easier, and some need more time.
Entering this new world within your life will open up new options too. You will find even more fulfillment than you had ever imagined. All the new things you encounter leave something that inspires and shows you more things to explore. You will discover much more about yourself and you will feel as if life had just begun.
You have come into this world to live your purpose – in order to live a fulfilled life and in order to serve others with it at the same time. This life is a giving and receiving. Life is for a living! We only live when we feel ourselves. We feel ourselves the best when we dilate our inner world into the outer world.
Fill your life with meaning and start today!

I inspired myself to this post when I had to set priorities in my current busy life. I learned that many years ago when I found myself surrounded by too many activities. It happened step by step unnoticed until it got too much. It is related a lot to the lesson of saying No:
You love what you do. You really love it. You are proud of what you are achieving every day. You are versatile, doing this and that. There are so many things you want to do in your life and you are not only talking about it, you are doing it. Things work out, and projects succeed and grow. That is wonderful but all of a sudden the many projects can get too much and I don’t even throw life in yet. When everything grows it can be overwhelming because you are still only one person. You still have only 24 hours a day. But you also still love all you started.Read more ›
Recently I read a great post from Sue of Dreamwalker’s Sanctuary. She wrote about how our own awakening inspires others, how she discovered her inner child and how she was able to embrace it. Please read her post here. I got stuck with the subject of Awakening.
To me, we have continuous awakenings throughout our lives. Every day gives us another piece of a picture. Every completed picture is an awakening. But every completed picture is again only a piece of another bigger picture. Awakening is a process. Awakening to one aspect can solve lots of misunderstandings at the same time. One of the most impactful kinds of awakening is learning to say NO! When that is learned lots of issues disappear automatically. In the following example, I talk about how I learned it 13 years ago.Read more ›

I guess you all agree that Christmas is the time of year when we are more receptive to sharing love and compassion, lending hands, and being more tolerant than at any other time of the year. Although the hectic of finding our way through overcrowded stores and getting the last Christmas gifts just in time can be very stressful. But let’s leave that out for a moment and just concentrate on the meaning of Christmas.Read more ›
In my workshops I ask the question: If you had a magic wand, what would you change in your life? Where would you position yourself? Who would you be? That is the moment when the buried dreams are surfacing. My next question is? And what keeps you from realizing them?Read more ›
Yes, I borrowed that title from a commercial slogan of a famous furniture designer…. 😁
Last week I was a guest on Kimberly Rinaldi’s live radio show Lessons in Joyful Living. It was a fantastic interview and I enjoyed it from the first until the last minute. It was my 3rd live radio interview. Was I still nervous? Yes, I was; throughout the day! But sometime before the show started this nervousness changed into excitement and anticipation.
Imagine sitting on the top of a mountain and looking down into the valley. High up above, you see everything from a distance, the bigger picture. You see how streets are leading to each other, how small creeks are leading into a river, how the river flows into a lake. From up there you understand how everything works together in order to make it all a complete and how necessary every little thing is. Read more ›
During a chat with a friend here on WordPress, I got reminded of one of my biggest inspirations regarding what I see as my purpose: The Saint Francis prayer
Only when reading it, something opens up within me. Like the dawning sun, there is this love rising up. This love has only one purpose: to spread love towards everybody’s heart in order to make them rise their inner sun too.
We are in a time of change. People run from dark places and try to find the light somewhere else. What we realize more and more these days is that only when we start acting from our heart – first towards ourselves and then towards everybody around us – we can end the pain, end war, and suffering. When we act from this place of love inside of us we feel a deep connection to everyone. Because love is the energy that created us, that we are, and that connects one another over the globe – regardless of any religious, cultural, racial, or political background. We are all loved and we want to feel loved. Isn’t it the most wonderful feeling to realize that someone feels deeply loved because you made that person feel loved? Because you showed that person that they are important, that they are precious, that they are beautiful, that they are perfect the way they are, just because they are as they are? Isn’t that the only technique to fill your heart with true and enduring love?
I remember back in 1984. I was 14, sitting in my classroom (bored by the subject) and pondering about life. I was thinking about what would give my life meaning, and fulfill me? And there was this thought coming up: “Make others feel good.” I don’t know where that came from. But it was there out of the blue. At the same moment, I got tears in my eyes because I felt a warmth in my chest expanding and rising up. A feeling that must have been of deep love. I remember it so clearly because it was a moment of awakening. From that moment on I tried to look deeper into my friends and other people. I wanted to understand them and through this spent encouragement and comfort.
Unfortunately, I lost that over the following years when I lost myself. But it always rose up between and for at least 6 years it is a companion wherever I walk.
It is my greatest joy to see others happy and it is my greatest fulfillment when I could make someone smile. Reading the Saint Francis Prayer again reminded me of this wonderful tool we have with us all the time. The tool that ceases sadness and suffering, that ceases anger and hatred, that ceases darkness and brings light. The tool of our origin, that divine spark within – LOVE
When we let love speak, we truly lose anything that is not love. We are dying to the old identification with us and are born into the eternal awareness of love and love itself. Love is life – eternal life.
Our recently passed Wayne Dyer introduced me to the Saint Francis Prayer. He mentioned it in some of his books. When I joined my first lecture with him, he played a song by Cecilia. She is also called The Healing Voice. I bought one of her CDs and there was also the Saint Francis Prayer recorded. The song was exclusively written for her. It is very beautiful and I want to share this song with you too.
I won’t analyze too much about the prayer itself but ask you to simply open up to those lines and see what happens within you when you let the words touch your heart.
Lord, make me an instrument of thy peace.
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
Where there is injury, pardon;
Where there is doubt, faith;
Where there is despair, hope;
Where there is darkness, light;
Where there is sadness, joy.
O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek
To be consoled as to console,
To be understood as to understand,
To be loved as to love;
For it is in giving that we receive;
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
It is in dying to self that we are born to eternal life.
In Love and Light
So dark and so lonely
My heart was for years
Ruled by my self-doubts
Controlled by my fears
For far too long
I thought there must be
A change in the world
or a savior for me
But nothing did happen
No one understood
No one did care
If only I could…
Being who I am
Or who I wanna be
Not caring if others
Did understand me
All of a sudden
I thought: Why not I?
No one can judge me
Cause no one is I
I started to rise
Started living my dream
Not afraid anymore
That someone could be mean
I respect and I love me –
The person I am
Enabled me greatly
To love everyone
The smile that I’m wearing
Is no fake anymore
It shines from my heart
As the light of my core
Today I am content
No more fears, I am free
With me, the world changed
And the savior has been me!

Today I turn to a topic given by our wonderful artist Robert Goldstein. Robert is living with Inside Dissociative Identity Disorder. What made me follow him? The way he deals with it. He is aware of his disease and he knows exactly how to handle it although it often is a big challenge. This makes him a speaker for people with the same or other mental or physical diseases. He spreads information and awareness and stands up for the social acceptance that any physical or mental limitation also is part of life and that those people too have the right to live life to the fullest. They simply live differently due to different needs.Read more ›

What are the common attributes in people who connect us? And, what are the differences that make life fun and interesting and make us better than who we are by experiencing them?Read more ›
Everybody has dreams. There is no one who doesn’t dream about anything. May it be a different way of living, a different job, a new car, a vacation, an achievement, a project, an education, the love of a lifetime, or different neighbors (LOL)… there is so much we can dream of.Read more ›
Whatever it is you are feeling is a perfect reflection of what you are in the process of becoming – Abraham/Ester Hicks
This sentence was hanging on my kitchen cupboard for the last 6 years. It made me aware of the fact that what I encounter in my life as positive or negative is not something that is sent to me from a higher force but is a reflection of how I encounter life.Read more ›
This is the last part of the success series. In this part I want you to encourage to faithfully follow your dream no matter if you have to face some struggles on the way, no matter if you already know about the whole plan, no matter how long it might take, and no matter whether someone did it before or not.
Follow YOUR dream!
Life is in constant motion even when we are standing still. The circumstances in our lives are moving which means that we are pushed to move. Therefore standing still is impossible. Don’t wait till you are pushed to be somewhere or someone you don’t want to be only because you are not willing to create your own footsteps. Living other people’s dreams has never brought success but frustration, depression, and diseases. It weakens you since it is not your dream and not your potential and therefore nothing you could give yourSelf. And as Wayne Dyer says: You can’t give away what you don’t have! To be pushed in a direction you don’t feel comfortable with shows you mercilessly that it won’t work since it is not your dream and therefore not meant for you to be.
Take the first step, have faith in yourSelf, keep up a happy knowing that your dreams are supposed to come true since they have grown out of you, watch the first signs of unfolding, and take the next step in faith again. Following your dreams shows your gratitude for what you were provided with to go through this life in your own certain way. If you don’t do it, no one does it!
Believe in you!
Believe in your dreams,
Believe your inner voice.
Believe that you always
Will have your own choice.
Believe in your strength,
Believe you’re unique.
Believe that your power
Is enough to succeed.
Just believe in yourself
Only half as I do
And I give you my promise –
It’s all coming true!
– Erika Kind
Looking back on your own life, what would you say was your biggest success? It was the time when you expanded yourSelf into the outside world.
You will never ever lose your path as long as you believe in yourself, be authentic, love what you do, have an open mind, and follow your dreams steadfastly. Your dreams are part of your life’s purpose. Living your purpose creates your heaven on earth. Never forget the greatest power you always have at hand: the divine energy, that you are, called love! Whatever you do with love in your heart will make everything you do a gift to the world.
Success is only a wonderful symptom that occurs out of your authentic way of living in love – flowing through all of your actions.
In Love and Light!
In Part 4 of the successful series (see part 3 Love what you do) I am talking about banishing your doubts while working on your project or personal development. Instead open up for insights, tools, and signs which are coming up in the process of walking toward your goals.
Don’t doubt but open up your mind!
Success is to live your purpose! Your purpose can change depending on your age, your family situation, and your personal evolution! We have so many purposes in life. And one lived purpose gives you the necessary experiences that lead you to the next one. You don’t need to know what your purpose will be in 10 years. You simply have to live what seems right and important for you now. The next step will unfold right out of that at the perfect time.
When you start walking a new path doubts are likely to appear. You are taking a new direction which you have no experience with. You have to get familiar with the abilities you need to develop or improve. You are encountering new spheres and new kinds of people, and most of all you get introduced to parts of yourself that you have never known before. That irritates me in the beginning. But don’t worry that’s normal – it is simply new! And being confused about all of this is the best proof that things reorder and that you are about to change your world according to the change of your consciousness. Your intention to expand yourSelf, to improve yourSelf, and to simply evolve your life with yourSelf is the fuel for success in whatever you do!
Success is to keep an open mind for whatever you want to accomplish, for whatever dream you want to realize. Believe that this dream or vision only exists because you brought it into this world. It is a reminder of your soul and says: Don’t forget what you wanted to do. I remind you because it is meant to be. Come on, it’s time now!
There are so many things lying dormant within us to call us when the time has come to go for this new adventure. When you feel to go about a new project then start to take the first step in that direction. You don’t need to know the whole plan. Just start somewhere. Now keep your eyes, ears, and heart open. Watch the signs of the beginning development and grab them. They lead you to more ideas and after a while, you will see more and more of the whole picture. People will appear in your life, you will see headlines in magazines and newspapers, or you will hear someone talking which gives you right the catchwords you needed.
An open mind that looks into the direction of fulfillment is focused on manifestation and nothing else. Its intention is clear and strong. Then doubts are not weakening but even helping to stabilize the progress.
In Love and Light!
