I’m Free – Part 2: Origin of Fears and Blockages

Freedom has become more and more of an issue again in our current world. May it be physical or mental liberty. I decided to share short excerpts from my book I’m Free – Awareness of Who You Are by Discovering Who You Are Not!

On four consecutive Mondays, I will share an excerpt from each of the four parts of the book:

Ascending through Letting Go

Our feelings are like a measuring station in our inside that cannot be cheated. When we feel good, our thoughts and activities and the generated vibrations are in accordance with our True Self. However, when we feel bad, when we suffer from the emotions we experience through certain circumstances, situations, or the presence of certain persons, then the vibrations of our thoughts and activities are not in accordance with our True Self. Through our feelings, we can determine at any time if we are in harmony or not.

Our darkest hours can turn out to be our greatest blessings. When we, through certain circumstances on the outside, reach a point that throws us into complete helplessness, disappointment, frustration, desperation, or mostly also with massive self-doubts, we are given the chance to look into the deepest depths of our Soul. Therefore we get the opportunity to realize what is not, but what should be, in harmony with the vibration of our True Self. When we are in danger of losing our footing, there is often no other way but to let ourselves fall into the depths! This exposes to our sight what we were not able to see before – or what we did not want to see before. Then we have the conscious choice of whether we want to ignore this flashing neon sign in our inside or to make use of its warning, turn around, and become aware of what we really want.

When we cling to our negative feelings and therefore to the corresponding vibrations, because we don’t realize that we are not the victims of circumstances, but the creators of our life, then we continue to be confronted with circumstances and persons corresponding exactly to these vibrations. But when we make use of these negative emotions by facing them and becoming aware of what’s not all right, we transform them into something positive by concentrating on what we really want. And what we really want, comes from our inside – from our True Self that has gotten the chance to speak up. When we give attention to these positive thoughts and to the corresponding feelings, we draw exactly that kind of circumstances and persons into our lives which are in accordance with these vibrations. The chapter “The Law of Attraction” will give clearer information on these correlations.

When we feel the pressure of extremely painful emotions in us, there is nothing wrong with completely and consciously sinking into them for one or maybe two days. Hence we feel ourselves with every fiber of our being and might realize some aspects that were hidden before. Only through the tool “negative emotion” do we become aware of this yet undiscovered, but nevertheless existing part in us. As soon as we have found out what the crux of the matter is, we usually see a light at the end of the tunnel and start inevitably to ascend from the depths. Understanding the reasons behind this pain makes us realize aspects of the solution, and soon we see the solution itself. This realization strengthens us in such a way that our frequency increases. Those who have once experienced this, know the feeling of happiness that arises through ascending from the floods of powerlessness. Through the realization that we acted unconsciously against our own Self, we have got things moving again. Illusions and distortions of this unconsciousness dissolve, and we get a clear view. It probably counts as some of the most wonderful experiences when we rise to the surface again by inner strength gained through a realization. These kinds of realizations can never get lost again.

We need this inner alarm system because it helps us see that we are unconsciously and ignorantly fighting against ourselves. As already mentioned, our body uses the same principle on the material level. Through pain, we realize that something is wrong. Once the body is “switched on”, it’s a sign that we have ignored the alarm bells of our feelings for too long. If even our body makes the sirens howl, negative feelings were able to spread for a long time, and they threaten to manifest on the physical level in the next stage.

Don’t run from lessons; they are little packages of treasure that have been given to us.
As we learn from them, our lives change for the better.

Those of us who have gone through our own fears and blockages, most certainly understand this statement in which you said
“Our darkest hours can turn out to be our greatest blessings.”… this is so very true. It is often the catalyst that brings awareness and for us to change our lives .

The book is the reason this blog exists. My publisher set it up as part of the marketing campagin almost 9 years ago. So, I thought it does not hurt to share some excerpts although not new.
Yes, when facing difficult times we need to remember even more that it only happens to take us closer to the truth we are longing for to find healing.

This is brilliantly written Erika, we do indeed have these alarm bells when we reach those places that need an adjustment. They show us ‘us’ so well so that we can step beyond what had held us in fears or doubts and show us that we can change, and for the better. And as life goes on, reach that unconditional love that is ever there. Thank you for sharing your awareness dear lady, wisdom from a destination reached ever helps those still struggling along its path 😀❤️🙏🏽

Yes, absolutely, our alarm system works well. Sometimes it needs a while until we understand that we can only turn it off by looking at the cause and not by turning away. But the day comes when we begin to understand ourselves and how we can liberate ourselves by aligning with the love inside.
