It is five years ago that I wrote the following post. I think, reminding ourselves that it is in our own hands to direct our destiny fits well for the first Monday post of this new year.
Lately, I had a discussion with my youngest son about receiving respect and being taken seriously by others regarding the constant competition between him and his older brother. For a teenager, there is a lot to cope with, for example, the changes that happen to your body, and at the same time to your developing confused mind. Then there is the pressure of school and the decisions about what to do after (another school, apprenticeship,…) which goes along with the challenge of getting an apprenticeship place. A lot to deal with that life brings naturally.
Read more ›The human mind is as complex as primitive. We can think something into bits and pieces and talk ourselves into desperation and rage. The same thing happens the other way around. Maybe that goes into the debate of being an optimist or a pessimist. However, the first thought says more about yourself than how you see yourself. What you notice is not a thought but the emotion caused by a thought. We have a comprehensive computer installed that saves each and every piece of information in its data storage. The more unconscious the information slips into the system, the more likely it is put somewhere that fits similar information.Your thoughts cause how you feel about those happenings, created from former experiences. So, if you want to change your experiences and reflexive emotions, you need to change the way you think.

There are a lot of things each day
A phrase, an image, a song
They trigger memories in me
Still vividly alive and strong
The wind blows strong around my ears
The days have gotten colder
Daylight’s making itself scarce
More textiles now, around my shoulder

While I’m still deleting and revising older posts, from time to time, I came across this one. It is a simple one of my very early blogging days. But right that made me think about how many times I have fallen into this trap since I wrote it. Not only does it apply to how I handle my little world, but also to the difficulties the whole world has been facing for the past few years. Starting with climate change, to a pandemic, to the war in Ukraine. All this affects everyone in one way or another. But we must not lose ourselves in the crisis we are facing. Only by keeping in mind how many blessings we still are granted, do we gain the strength to make it through and bring about the change that this world so desperately needs.

A few weeks ago, I wrote About Impatience and Development. After publishing that post, it occurred to me that not only impatience but also patience can get in a person’s way. Both have their origin in a kind of egoism, although the cause of that egoism goes in two different directions. Impatience can mean stress not to miss an opportunity. The more important something is, the more it pushes you. Does anyone remember the run on toilet paper two years ago? Wow, how selfish was that? I need it, I have to have it, I have a right to it, me, me, me… Impatience can cloud our view of reason and make us run blindly toward blinking lights. In this blindness, we can quickly lose our orientation. In contrast, patience has the calmness to wait in the background until the opportunity presents itself to seize it.

It is still a phenomenon to me, how some people want something so badly, but don’t do anything but dream to reach their dreams. Don’t get me wrong, dreaming is important to let an inner picture become a vision of what we want to achieve or become. Keeping that dream alive is important because it feeds the belief in that vision to be realized. But then, when the universe actually lays out opportunities and situations before them that lead to the happiness they so long for, they sit back. What are they waiting for? When conditions change in favor of what is desired, it is for the purpose of seizing the opportunities that open up. The work, however, is not taken from us. Only the conditions are created, so that we can realize our visions thereby better. We are not in the land of milk and honey, where fried chicken fly into our mouths. And even if, we are, we still have to chew and swallow ourselves.

Most of you may know that I have been a big fan of Dr. Wayne Dyer. The first book of his I read has found me miraculously – not the other way around – and it changed my life. I had read lots of great books before, such as The Law of Attraction, The Power of Now, The Secret, and many others. But just this one book was the central piece of the puzzle that connected all the aspects flying around in my little universe into and fundamental basis for my personal journey to awareness.

This post is the last Monday post before Christmas. It would be obvious to talk about remembering the true meaning of Christmas or to relate to the current situation. But instantly there was one single word in my head: Enjoy!
Read more ›What is the problem when someone is craving love? That person is convinced that love is outside of them, something that needs to be earned. They think that they don’t have it and therefore are in a place where they experience a lack of love. When we think we don’t have something, it causes us to feel a lack. That energy is sent out, and the universe will answer with the same energy. It is the energy of the feeling of “not having”. What we send out will come back: not having! The irony is that in not understanding that universal law, those people feel even confirmed by the experience of the consequences, and a long-lasting vicious circle can be the result that affects all parts of their lives.

Also, it depends on how long we got influenced, and at the time, the ego has gotten to grow from us feeding it with our convictions and experiences which were created through the eyes of the ego again… a pretty vicious circle, isn’t it?

There are so many wonderful peeps on this blogosphere who have always been big lights for me. These days their lights appear even brighter and bigger. Because they are those who share their strength with a grounded but at the same time, a higher perspective. They are understanding with those who do struggle during these extraordinary times. They refuse to let unnecessary negativity that others may spread influence their moods. That is the strength we need.

Basically, January 1st is only the following day after December 31st. Projects have already been in progress and don’t only start on the first day of the year. But still, the change of the year makes us review what was and what has been to become aware if we are still on track or if there is the need to make some changes. Some people make New Year’s resolutions. What I like about those resolutions is that there is a clear awareness that a change has to come from the individual itself.

I think we all agree that probably the only constant in life is change. Whether we want it or not, whether we provoke it or not. Change is the mother of development. It constantly gives birth to new occasions and possibilities as tools to evolve. Change may not always be welcomed and often it cuts our world apart which we were actually fine with. But “being fine” is rather part of our comfort zone and stagnates our development. If we are not willing to leave our comfort zone then life will “help” us to do so. Read more ›
What is love? How can it be defined? I don’t know if we ever get its whole meaning or even an idea of it. But the 1 Corinthians, chapter 13 provides a profound insight into what love can be and how we recognize if it is love we feel or only an aspect of it. It gives a direction if we act out of love and if we live in a love that is life’s elixir and our origin. Love is all we really need. That’s why we do so much in order to receive love. We make sacrifices, fight, murder, die. Love is the basic need we all have in common. If we have love there is no need to compensate it with anything in the world. The real true pure of love makes every miracle possible. Then we have found the master-key to life. Read more ›

Sharing a post from two years ago today:
I am at a point in my life where I find myself at the best place I have ever been. But that is not everything. I find myself at a place where I see that what I believed about life, what I felt for decades in my heart is about to manifest. I perceive myself as a wanderer who lost the compass, then after a while found her direction, and is now standing in front of that path again she recognizes as the path she knew all her life. It was so inspiring and I my mind started spinning. Before I am reading on I want to share the flow of pictures and thoughts of some of those core messages which immediately filled me. Most of those core messages won’t appear new since we are talking about them over and over again. We all share them with our own words. Isn’t that an amazing proof that we are fully aware of God’s message? If you would like to read the previous parts, you can check out here part 1, part 2, part 3, part 4, and part 5. Read more ›

So often we don’t start a project because we are afraid of failing. We are afraid of being questioned even before we started or before a result is shown. We are afraid of being criticised about how we do it or even THAT we do it. We are afraid that people are making fun of us because we are doing something they might have never dared to do themselves. Or we are afraid because our project also means showing a part of us which we kept hidden for a long. But there comes a time when all those fears are not strong enough anymore to keep us from going for our dream. They cannot keep us from stepping out of our comfort zone anymore. We are full of excitement and enthusiasm and yes, we try it with all our heart and passion. And then it happens…. the door opens up! Read more ›
A few years back, while mowing the lawn all of a sudden the engine of the mower started to sputter. I stopped and after seconds, it died. Great! I stand in the midst of the lawn not even done with half of it and my mower refuses to work. Now, what to do? Trying to start it again failed. What can be the problem? Perhaps the spark plug. That was always the first thing I checked at my moped. I was used to cleaning or exchanging it and had no problem doing it by myself. OK, so I left the spot behind the mower and walked to the front seeing that the spark plug hung down loosely. No wonder, that the mower did not work and it was an easy task to simply plug it in. We all have times in life when not everything is roses. I always say that in the end, we need to look at the complete package. If it looks and feels good some less convenient parts are bearable or don’t weigh that much. It helps to gain the necessary energy and tolerance for remaining peaceful or for facing single challenges on the road. But if we get used to “overlook” the negative side, that positive attitude can become tricky. Read more ›

I often wrote about the fact that how we present ourselves our surrounding will answer. Lately, I had a discussion with my youngest son about receiving respect and being taken serious by others. As teenagers, there is a lot to cope with, like the changes that happen to your body and at the same time to your developing confused mind. Then there is the growing pressure of school and the decisions what to do after (school, apprenticeship,…) which goes along with the challenge of getting a place. A lot of pressure that life brings naturally.
And then there is the homemade pressure like the competition under each other: who is the coolest, who is the smartest? This again results in offending each other. At one point, it was one offense too much and the one who is not able to bear it anymore freaks out or is deeply hurt. On the outside, they appear cool and sublime but in fact, it is very painful for and still, they try to stand tall and keep trying to top their counterpart… until that last straw breaks the camel’s back. Crazy how we torture ourselves!
This is definitely not a particular teenager problem. Don’t we all want to be respected for who we are? Don’t we all want to be taken serious without fighting for it? Often it seems impossible when we have to deal with people in our family or at work who don’t care about that need but only enjoy being on top of everyone and making others feel smaller just because they can! I even dare to say that they mostly don’t do it on purpose. It happens naturally because the others try to get more respect in joining the game of the dominant persons which provokes them to keep up their behavior.
If we want respect we need to play our own game. Every action causes a reaction. If we are not happy with the reaction of our counterpart we need to change our own actions and reactions. I said to my son, if you want to stop your brother in telling you how dumb you are, then stop telling him how dumb he is or he will keep up proving that you are dumber! And unfortunately, rhetoric and finding arguments are his strength. So you won’t win that battle. Instead, make him a compliment and see what happens next. There is nothing he will say against it AND why should he say something mean to you since you said something honestly nice to him? That way you take the wind out of his sails.
If you want to be respected, then respect others. If you want to be taken serious, then take others serious. When everyone is used to those “games” for a long time already and they happen reflexively, it might take a little. But it has an effect from the first moment on. When we keep up our changed attitude and react differently or don’t react at all a change will happen. The funny thing is that the other one might not even notice that the wind blows fchange.
If we notice people bothering us over and over again, it doesn’t make sense to act like they do and at the same time hope that they will stop their behavior. Either we tell them (as I said, often they don’t mean it because they didn’t notice that their behavior is offending) and/or we work the switches in sending out different signals. In the end, who is the winner? The one who adjusts the sails or the one who blows into them?

Read more ›The topic for today’s post developed from a conversation with Ann of Grubbs n Critters. We were talking about how it can be that other people are able to annoy us even with things that have nothing to do with ourselves. It took me some time before I wrote that post because it is a big topic. There are so many origins, reasons, and causes which are merging. I touched some and hope I could bring it all into context. That would definitely be food for a book!
Let’s start with the soul – what a complex thing. I won’t ever grasp it completely. I hope this is understandable: There is a pool of soul aspects. When an incarnation comes up the soul takes a scoop of itself with more aspects of this and less of that. At the same time, many scoops with different aspects can incarnate. Those scoops feel the connection of the soul family – soul mates. That is when you meet someone and they feel familiar or you feel a connection and cannot explain it. Don’t mix that up with that one true love. A soul mate is not necessarily the love of your life. Soul mates are there to support each other in their development. Often times that support is not on the funny side. The goal is the development and the soul mates have it in their plans to stick to that goal. They can be your worst enemy but of course also your best friends and even the love of your life. How the support will happen was agreed upon before the incarnation.
The reason we want to incarnate is first and foremost in order to feel and experience things we cannot feel and experience without a physical body. The insight is so much more profound. There is not only so much to experience for us but there are also numberless ways of experiencing the same feeling. There are new things to experience or issues to dissolve (what we call karma). We cannot experience it all in one incarnation. Therefore too we select particular lessons, encounters, and happenings before we come here. Some things are meant for a specific time, and some are when we are ready. But all is well coordinated and linked with the life plans of others. Each life plan affects another one. What a gigantic organization!! That’s why there can be so many causes for the things we experience here. But that is only the way to the event. In the end, it is about the resulting challenge. That’s why at some point we need to stop finding an explanation and learn to trust that it happened for a reason. When something or someone challenges us then we can be sure that it is meant for us to look closer. There is something in it for us – not because we did something wrong but to learn something!
Let’s get to another point: Why is it that one person can get terribly annoyed about something which someone else doesn’t even notice? Or the other way around: I don’t care but others go nuts. It can also be annoying that some get annoyed about things others don’t care…. lol! If something is not part of our incarnation program then we don’t care or we are having a natural way of dealing with such things. It can also be that we are not at the place yet to deal with certain issues and that’s why we don’t “hear” it because it has not our frequency. But when it has then we hear it loud and clear. Whether it is a soul mate, someone else, circumstances, or a particular situation, if we feel reflected in it then it has always something to do with us too. People can mirror something which we don’t like about ourselves. Or we are provoked to step out of our comfort zone in order to progress our evolution. Whatever it is – it is time to work ourselves through the next lesson (fate). Only when we notice that something feels not right do we even consider a closer look. That’s why lessons to learn can be so painful. We can pull back and turn away but the issue will only be solved when we faced it. We will get confronted with it over and over again. Each time gives us another gaze on the subject and helps working it out.
In the end, it is always about how I deal with what comes to me. Sometimes there are people whose intention is to bother me. Perhaps I mirror something they don’t like about themselves. Some people are not able to deal with what is going on inside of them. They need that illusion to throw it on others. The problem is that this doesn’t work. At one point we need to understand that it is not about us but about ourselves. A huge and liberating lesson to learn because it is not our responsibility. It is something they need to dissolve. That insight can give so much strength that we are gaining the power and nerves to even deal with them on a daily base (which is important when it is about family or work). It is not going deeper anymore because we realize that it is not our war. Whatever may strike a chord within you look inside yourself first. If you cannot find something right now then the lesson for you may be to not let others make you something you are not. Send them love but it is not up to you to join them in their fight. If you don’t align with their energy they have no grip. Either they will leave you alone or they may change their attitude toward you. What defines your life is not what others do to you but how you react to what they do.

God, how I cannot stand to hear that when I am in the middle of difficult circumstances or situations. Then my ego slips into its diva part: “You can talk easily because you are not in that situation. You have no idea how that really feels.” The tricky thing is that my ego cannot convince me anymore. I simply have no excuses. I know exactly that when I dig into the mud I will only find more mud. But sometimes mud is what I need…

I told how they are responsible (consciously or not) for the miracles we are experiencing in life and that most of them are co-created when many put the same or similar convictions into their beliefs and convictions. After I had scheduled that post a friend of mine sent me the quote above. It is again about that little seed that carries a garden of wonders inside. But there is a different message behind it.

I also made it the topic of my latest manuscript (which still is waiting in line to be translated and published in English). But what actually is a miracle? Most of us would say: It is an unexpected and sudden change of circumstances for the better. Do you agree? But are they really unexpected?

I was most inspired by the Charity point and my thoughts went with a particular aspect of that love that connects us and everything in a magical yet natural way. This connection has much more meaning than we might think and we often underestimate the advantage, the obligations, and the responsibility that comes with the decision of being part of this global community.
Read more ›So often we don’t start a project because we are afraid of failing. We are afraid of being questioned even before we started or before a result is shown. We are afraid of being criticized about how we do it or even THAT we do it. We are afraid that people are making fun of us because we are doing something they might have never dared to do. Or we are afraid because our project also means showing a part of our inner being, of the real person. But there comes a time when all these fears are not strong enough anymore to keep us from going for our dream. They cannot keep us from stepping out of our comfort zone anymore. We are full of excitement and enthusiasm and yes, we try it with all our heart and passion. And then it happens…. the door opens up!
Here is one example of my life that is one the most remarkable because it was one of the earliest of such experiences.
Many of you know that only 7 – 8 years back I would have never dared to talk in front of people, to share my own thoughts, to stand tall for what I believe in even when no one else believed in it. I would have never dared to say something at all without checking before if there are some who would agree with what I say. Otherwise, I said nothing at all. Then I had my breakthrough 7 years back. I only need to think of that moment and my eyes get watery because I will never forget that feeling of breaking down the walls of my prison.
Here I was, standing in my full light. That light made me see immediately where my path led and I started writing I’m Free – Awareness of Who You Are by Discovering Who You Are Not. I did not know nor did I want to think too far ahead if that book would ever be published but deep inside I knew exactly that this was the journey I was on and the destination I headed towards. When I was done with the manuscript, had given it to others for proofreading, and worked over it again, I felt ready to try something that felt simply impossible to me only 2 years before. I dialed the number of a publisher in order to ask if I may send them some excerpts. They accepted…… and I was full of fear!
Was I afraid that they wouldn’t like it? No, I was terrified that they would love it! The light definitely illuminated my path. It showed me all the things that are now coming my way and I felt overwhelmed in both positive and fearful ways. Can I handle this all? I could be taken seriously! But I was not used to it! I might have to speak about all the things I believe in and what I saw as blessings in life for everyone. But was I ready to do so? I have always dreamed about it but….. HELP…. it works out!!! I felt like losing control over the developments.
Thanks to my ego pride (yes, the ego can be very helpful) there was no way back… I had given myself a promise to never ever return to my old prison. And that means that I need to let my light shine in order to see the path… step by step! As you know, they accepted and my blog only exists because of the English version which was published two years after the release of the German book. Meanwhile, I have given several lectures, have written for newspapers, and have even given 3 English live radio interviews. I accept right away because I never want to give my brain the time to block the plans of my soul. I feel where I have to go and I will never stop following that inner feeling. Did get used to my light? No, not at all! It feels as if I discovered it every day anew. It is a bit scary…. but much more wonderful to see that the world stands wide open to me!
Sometimes we go for something and don’t really consider it to work out. We do it in order to grant our soul its peace because then we can say that we tried it. Even bigger is the surprise (or the shock) when it works. And it scares us a bit more because we feel mentally unprepared. Nothing stays the same anymore. But when things are going smoothly then it is the proof that it is your path and your time- whether your mind is believing it or not.
When we are not used to the bright shine of our light we can be shocked and scared by its immense creative power. The light that we are is pure creative energy. When we let our light shine and only then take action we are on our path and that path will always – all life long – lead to new places. Because we are meant to grow. We are meant to evolve. We are meant to LIVE! It is ok, to be irritated by your light because it is the most amazing power and it is even living within you. But never be scared of it. Trust, that it will always illuminate the path your soul chose way before it came into this body in order to fulfill its plan and give your life the sense and meaning you long for. Your soul is nothing else but the peace of the Almighty.
So when you let your light shine, God shines through you.
That is what the world needs so badly.

Most of you know that I had the exciting opportunity to be at the Blogger Bash 2016 in London last weekend. But due to the fact that I lost a whole weekend and had some stressful days before I wasn’t able to write a new Monday Post. I decided to pick a fitting one from March 2015 and modified it a bit.
We are more than what we experience and in order to recognize and feel that, we need to pause. Please don’t miss to watch the inspiring slideshow at the end of this post. I watch it from time to time and it always has this amazing calming and centering effect.
Last week I featured an ABBA week. While searching for songs I came across so many wonderful ones I have never heard before. One of them was I Wonder. It inspired and touched me deeply and I decided to use it for my Monday post. Read more ›
Lately, while mowing the lawn all of a sudden the engine of the mower started to sputter. I stopped and after seconds, it died. Great! I stand in the midst of the lawn not even done with half of it and my mower refuses to work. Now what to do, I am not an engineer. Trying to start it again failed. What could it be? Perhaps the spark plug. That was always the first thing I checked on my moped. I was used to cleaning or exchanging it and had no problem doing it by myself. OK, so I left the spot behind the mower and walked to the front seeing that the spark plug hung down loosely. No wonder, that the mower did not work and it was an easy task to simply plug it in. All worked perfectly again!

Maybe even old friends you share so many memories with, friends for whom you were there without asking. Sometimes they don’t even react to our questions or any apology dies away seemingly unheard. I think it is some of the hardest things to experience when you are left alone with uncertainty and feelings of guilt, or you be simply ignored.

But every completed picture is again only a piece of another bigger picture. Awakening is a process. Awakening to one aspect can solve lots of misunderstandings at the same time. One of the most impactful kinds of awakening is learning to say NO! When that is learned lots of issues disappear automatically. In the following example, I talk about how I learned it 13 years ago.

During a chat with a friend here on WordPress, I got reminded of one of my biggest inspirations regarding what I see as my purpose: The Saint Francis prayer
Only when reading it, something opens up within me. Like the dawning sun, there is this love rising up. This love has only one purpose: to spread love towards everybody’s heart in order to make them rise their inner sun too.
We are in a time of change. People run from dark places and try to find the light somewhere else. What we realize more and more these days is that only when we start acting from our heart – first towards ourselves and then towards everybody around us – we can end the pain, end war, and suffering. When we act from this place of love inside of us we feel a deep connection to everyone. Because love is the energy that created us, that we are, and that connects one another over the globe – regardless of any religious, cultural, racial, or political background. We are all loved and we want to feel loved. Isn’t it the most wonderful feeling to realize that someone feels deeply loved because you made that person feel loved? Because you showed that person that they are important, that they are precious, that they are beautiful, that they are perfect the way they are, just because they are as they are? Isn’t that the only technique to fill your heart with true and enduring love?
I remember back in 1984. I was 14, sitting in my classroom (bored by the subject) and pondering about life. I was thinking about what would give my life meaning, and fulfill me? And there was this thought coming up: “Make others feel good.” I don’t know where that came from. But it was there out of the blue. At the same moment, I got tears in my eyes because I felt a warmth in my chest expanding and rising up. A feeling that must have been of deep love. I remember it so clearly because it was a moment of awakening. From that moment on I tried to look deeper into my friends and other people. I wanted to understand them and through this spent encouragement and comfort.
Unfortunately, I lost that over the following years when I lost myself. But it always rose up between and for at least 6 years it is a companion wherever I walk.
It is my greatest joy to see others happy and it is my greatest fulfillment when I could make someone smile. Reading the Saint Francis Prayer again reminded me of this wonderful tool we have with us all the time. The tool that ceases sadness and suffering, that ceases anger and hatred, that ceases darkness and brings light. The tool of our origin, that divine spark within – LOVE
When we let love speak, we truly lose anything that is not love. We are dying to the old identification with us and are born into the eternal awareness of love and love itself. Love is life – eternal life.
Our recently passed Wayne Dyer introduced me to the Saint Francis Prayer. He mentioned it in some of his books. When I joined my first lecture with him, he played a song by Cecilia. She is also called The Healing Voice. I bought one of her CDs and there was also the Saint Francis Prayer recorded. The song was exclusively written for her. It is very beautiful and I want to share this song with you too.
I won’t analyze too much about the prayer itself but ask you to simply open up to those lines and see what happens within you when you let the words touch your heart.
Lord, make me an instrument of thy peace.
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
Where there is injury, pardon;
Where there is doubt, faith;
Where there is despair, hope;
Where there is darkness, light;
Where there is sadness, joy.
O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek
To be consoled as to console,
To be understood as to understand,
To be loved as to love;
For it is in giving that we receive;
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
It is in dying to self that we are born to eternal life.
In Love and Light
So dark and so lonely
My heart was for years
Ruled by my self-doubts
Controlled by my fears
For far too long
I thought there must be
A change in the world
or a savior for me
But nothing did happen
No one understood
No one did care
If only I could…
Being who I am
Or who I wanna be
Not caring if others
Did understand me
All of a sudden
I thought: Why not I?
No one can judge me
Cause no one is I
I started to rise
Started living my dream
Not afraid anymore
That someone could be mean
I respect and I love me –
The person I am
Enabled me greatly
To love everyone
The smile that I’m wearing
Is no fake anymore
It shines from my heart
As the light of my core
Today I am content
No more fears, I am free
With me, the world changed
And the savior has been me!

And then I drift into memories of the past
Oh what a year of rise and fall
Of going down and standing tall
One of my best years ever, I think
So much I picked up, sowed, and let grow
I turn my head and here it flies
A butterfly so white
Bringing me back to the present moment
I see the fruits I already could reap
The fruits of life’s unfolding make me stand in awe
Causing gratitude for every bow I needed to take to sow a seed
For the garden of my life
My life is a garden of white roses now
Again the butterfly continues its journey
I follow its lighthearted flight
Into a future where I will be able
To reap the fruits of the seeds I sow today
The seeds of the fruits I already hold in my hands
Seeds of happiness
Seeds of thankfulness
Seeds of love
All is well, I think
All is simply well

Yesterday I was talking to a friend and I realized that during the past weeks, more and more friends are posting about letting go or about their process of letting go. If we experience a negative happening we talk about bad luck, karma… But in the end negative like positive has the same root with two different outcomes.

We mostly notice that at times we are feeling something in certain situations which is not for our benefit. That can be anger, jealousy, greed, frustration, or resistance. And we don’t even know why we feel it. It is coming up like a reflex when a certain person calls or when we are confronted with repeating issues or happenings. Then these emotions show up and take over instantly and we feel helpless doing anything against them. But we know exactly that we don’t want it, that it is in our way, and that it would make our life so much easier without them. But how to get there?
