I am off this weekend for module 4 of my Emmett-Technique class. Learning more about this wonderful tool for muscle relaxation, pain relief, and regaining mobility.
For now, I love to share a poem that I recently wrote.
The wonder of the sunset
A day goodbyes with colors bright
In orange, red, and blue.
Before dissolving sends a kiss
Of a last ray towards you.
In honoring the passing day
Nature takes a bow.
An atmosphere of peacefulness
Takes over slowly now.
Does it remind you of your life?
When you had to let go?
What hurt the most that were the light
That still shined a bright glow.
A sunset says: “Good night my day.
I’m grateful, not forlorn.
Remember: after every night
Another day will dawn.”
In Love and Light!
You are so wonderfully talented! I love the idea of pain relief! beautiful! Good luck with your class! 😄💗
