When I had my blogging break after Christmas, I used the time too for going through old posts and “renovate” them. I came across this one I posted in 2016. When I went through it, I got that feeling that it needs to be shared again. I hope the person(s) it is meant for will find some inspiration:
Life is indeed THE tool to realize who we are, who we can be, or who we can become from who we are. The instruments to explore life are unlimited. There is a tool for everyone in every possible situation and for every possible point they are in their lives. The tools create themselves out of the situation in harmony with what is around us, our state of awareness, and the state we want to reach.
While I’m still deleting and revising older posts, from time to time, I came across this one. It is a simple one of my very early blogging days. But right that made me think about how many times I have fallen into this trap since I wrote it. Not only does it apply to how I handle my little world, but also to the difficulties the whole world has been facing for the past few years. Starting with climate change, to a pandemic, to the war in Ukraine. All this affects everyone in one way or another. But we must not lose ourselves in the crisis we are facing. Only by keeping in mind how many blessings we still are granted, do we gain the strength to make it through and bring about the change that this world so desperately needs.

P.S. From today on, I will put numbers behind the title of my quotes and other series. The reason is Hugh’s post in which he explains that SEOs “dislike duplicated blog post titles and will rank blogs lower”. But there is much more about it. Please read yourself. It is very informative.
Life is rarely black or white. There are more gray areas than we can even imagine. There are solutions and options that we don’t even think of. So why do we often get so stuck in a rut and not deviate from it one millimeter? How can people be so short-sighted when they arrive at what appears to be a dead end. After all, there is still left, right, up, and back. But for that, one would have to turn. A person’s point of view results from what they have experienced and come to know so far. It is human to judge from one’s own perspective and knowledge. But no matter what age, it is not mature to think that the way in my head is the way things can work.
For today, I choose to pick a card of my GATEWAY oracle cards by Dennis Linn. And what an inspiring card I picked. Please, interpret the card as it feels for you. Below, I am sharing how the card inspired me.
Colin of MeAndRay.com shared the video below with me that moved me to my deepest corner and inspired me for this post. If Nick’s example does not lead to more consciousness, self-awareness, and gratitude for who you are and for what you can make of who you are, then what can? If Nick’s story and journey are not convincing you that you can always be who you want to be, that there is always a way and a solution to be who you want to be, then what can?
I printed Nick Vujicic’s words that “If you don’t get a miracle you could be a miracle for someone else”. What an example of no matter who you are, how you look, or where you were born, you have your purpose. That purpose’s seed was planted in you by the moment you were born. However, you are composed it is exactly who you need to be in order to fulfill that purpose and become who you are meant to be. You only need to be willing to look at it and live it. Then life will expand and give you the miracles you are looking for… because you are the miracle.
This is my latest creation. Gary of A Dad Trying to Cope with the Loss of his Partner and Becoming a Single Dad said: “I would wear this on a T-Shirt.” I thought, hey, awesome idea, why didn’t I think of it? So, here we go! Simple but Zazzle. That means, you can customize the T-Shirt in style, size, color, even fonts and their color to your desire. Check it out!
Do you know that too? You were so full of anticipation for a particular event, for a special meeting, a vacation, or something you planned for a long time to experience? And then, the time arrived, and it was fantastic. Perhaps it even exceeded your expectations, but when it was over, you felt like falling into a hole. Even though you may be a realistic person, it was hard to accept that what you were so looking forward to turned into a memory in an instant. It can also happen when beloved habits or traditions suddenly change, like when friends or family members we met regularly move far away.
After the crazy busyness and hectic of the past weeks, I am enjoying it even more more to sit on my patio and let my inspiration flow for writing my post. I was just so relaxed that I emptied my spirit… and kept in empty… lol. So, I decided to pick a card getting inspired.
What an Easter Surprise😃 Without making a big fuss about it, Sylvester published his 8th book today. As he says in his post, it is not just a new poetry book. It is rather a collection of inspirational thoughts about what a soul encounters during its journey down here. Sylvester put it in the form of quotes, texts, and poems too. Curious? Well, I certainly am! That’s why my copy has already been ordered. And what about you?
Please head over to his blog for learning more about his book, how to order, the story behind, and last but not least, to congratulate him!
“If you speak from the heart and spirit, you will touch more than the ears, you will reach the soul.” -Syl
My writing journey has taken a lot of twists and turns. I am so very thankful to be blessed with the gift to write and create with words. I published my first poetry collection eight years ago which was a journey in itself, realizing a dream come true. Since then I have published several other collections.
Now I am thankful to present my latest book Soul Waves. This marks a change in my presentation style. There are poems, thoughts, and quotes sprinkled in. As my writing journey continues I become more aware of the purpose for my writing.
Thank you to all of you here in the WordPress community that have inspired me through your blogs, interactions, the smiles and laughs shared, an all the heartfelt comments.
