The purpose of my blog is to inspire and shine a light on the beauty and power of the wonderful being inside your body. You came into this world to share what only you can give. Remember who you really are, conquer the world the way you always wanted to, and become the blessing to all of us that you were meant to be.
it IS all about the joy

We really do have to be mindful of our thoughts, they can certainly cage us in. I hope you have a good week ahead .🌞

I believe that with all my heart! I once did a walking meditation through a labyrinth with the intention of getting the answer to why I am here. At the center of the labyrinth, when I sat in contemplation, the answer that came was “You are here to experience.” Simple as that. We are not here to suffer and be oppressed. We are here to experience!

Yes, I completely agree, Jan. I believe too believe, we are to learn during our incarnation. No punishments, just experiences to learn and grow from.
