I remember camping out in the bush and seeing just how bright those little smiles are Erika. No street lights, cars or noise, and that wide, wide universe speaking in its silence. Great post kind lady, with another view ‘over your side’ of this incredible place we live. Thank you 🤗❤️🙏

When I saw the milky way for the first time with out any “light pollution” I first thought it were clouds. Absolutely breathtaking 🤩

It is indeed a very different world away from the light Erika. Until you hear something big in the scrub near you. No way you can focus looking up thinking a dingo is right next to you 🤣❤️🙏

Hmm, that makes me think again that I might never step on Australian ground 😂I don’t know if a dingo was my worst problem… lol… but yes, no peace to watch the night sky anymore… 😂

It is actually very safe. The dingoes are way up in the mountains and are gone before you see them. The only thing really dangerous here are the people, like all around the world there are always a few in amongst the herd you would like to cull 😂
At the least the pollution isn’t as bad as other places so it doesn’t take much to go out and see the universe in all its glory. Mind you, there is an odd UFO. Did I tell you about them? 🤣❤️🙏

Sadly, you are absolutely right! The worst predators are we!
Ok, I want to hear more!!!

Well, in all honesty, I don’t think we have any more than the rest of the world. Mind you, there has been some classic witnesses. A whole school watched one fly over and land. Crazy stuff. But we do have the Min Min lights. Look that up in a search, they have been here forever and the aboriginals say it is their ancestors appearing. Small round yellow or green lights that will follow you in the outback. Scientists say it is light refracting from Venus when the tides are high and the dingoes are howling to the south. Or the usual rubbish for UFO’s. But they have been there forever. I’ve never seen one myself…but…I have seen a very bright red light skimming over the surface of a lake inlet one very calm and still night, and not a sound to be heard. It was weird 🤣❤️🙏

Oh, wow, what an experience. I can imagine you could not believe your eyes… but you saw it. Amazing!

It is an odd experience because your mind, body, senses are so used to witnessing movement with a sound. Think about it, when you are close to something and it moves, there is some sort of force happening. And it makes noise, unless you are too far away. But this thing was up close and the silence was what stood out. Bizarre 🤣❤️🙏
