Carol Anne over at TherapyBits reminded me of this post I published in March 2022. It is still an urgently needed message. Who would have thought that things could get even crazier than they already were? I hope the following can encourage and empower you to feel and shine the love that has always been there:
February is a month I use for some “small stuff” which I don’t have time for once the year progresses. One part of that “small stuff” is checking on my blog in general, going through old posts, checking on links, clearing out my media (to make up data), and deleting what seems unnecessary. While doing it, I found a post I wrote 6 years ago – my jaw dropped for its timeliness. Here we go:
This is the last song and post for this year! For about six weeks, I worked more or less 24/7: main season for my business, Christmas markets, and hectic times at my employed job since my boss was absent due to illness. I will take a break until January 6th.
Two years ago this week, Russia invaded Ukraine… and the war is still going on. Who would have thought Putin really attacked the country, and who would have thought this war is now going into its third year?
I am following Eckhart Tolle on Instagram. Often, I don’t read or watch his posts or reels because I don’t have the time to watch everything. But this caught my attention. When something undesired happens in our lives, what is the first reaction? Probably resistance, desperation, frustration, or resignation? Maybe the first thing is that we shake our heads and sigh deeply. However, I don’t think the first reaction is: “Yes, it’s ok.”
Let us continue to believe in a world where respect and appreciation for one another are held dear. Let us never stop seeing the good in each other and do everything we can to spread love and compassion for a world that will one day live in peace.
Let us continue to believe in a world where respect and appreciation for one another are held dear. Let us never stop seeing the good in each other and do everything we can to spread love and compassion for a world that will one day live in peace.

After I saw a Reel from Eckhart Tolle on Instagram, the quote above came to my mind again. I often think if only this or that would be different, I could relax. But in the next moment, I shake my head and think again that nothing will improve just because a particular situation is over. Maybe it will be short-term, but since it is my thinking that labels a situation as difficult or challenging, the challenge is always with me.
Let us continue to believe in a world where respect and appreciation for one another are held dear. Let us never stop seeing the good in each other and do everything we can to spread love and compassion for a world that will one day live in peace.

Another year, and still, what the world needs most is unity. So many tasks are waiting for us, and we can only achieve a good result by doing it hand in hand.
Let us continue to believe in a world where respect and appreciation for one another are held dear. Let us never stop seeing the good in each other and do everything we can to spread love and compassion for a world that will one day live in peace.
We only entered another year, and still, wars are raging in this world. I think one of the reasons that we may think this world is in a downward spiral is that we have forgotten to see what we want to see. We see bad things happen and people doing bad things we don’t have any explanation for. But if we only see the bad in everyone now, how can we trigger something good in others? Skepticism, disbelief, and denial are reflexive attitudes that only feed that bad side. How can anyone be encouraged to look inside and dig out their good parts if only bad things are expected of them?
Since it is the last Tuesday before Christmas, I am sharing a special song that always goes deep down to my heart – most of all since so many in this world are suffering from war, hunger, discrimination, diseases, and more. May there be peace on earth for everyone, and may we understand that everyone counts to make it happen.
And here we go with another Christmas Song I’d like to share regarding compassion and support for the world and those who go through hardships – may it be wars, hunger, discrimination, violence… It’s a little easier to be nice during the season, let’s make use of it. There is something about Christmas time…
It’s crazy but the season has already started again. I’d like to continue sharing songs that express compassion and support for those who go through hardships – may it be wars, hunger, discrimination, violence… Let them know it’s Christmas time.

What we see is what we understand as our reality. I think we agree on that. But the problem is that many tend to see this reality as something given, not as something that can be changed consciously just by using our imaginative power and, in addition to it, the power of our thoughts and deeds. Every one of us is a legislator and executor. We decide what we accept as our reality. What we see today is only the jumping-off point, not the punch line.

During my latest break, I spent a few days in a SPA hotel. Just spoiling myself, being out in nature, and letting my thoughts come and go. At one point, I noticed being completely relaxed and detached from any agenda or news. I read a bit in Neal Donald Walsch’s book “What God Said”. I think I only made it through a page when I laid the book aside and asked myself what I actually believe. What do I believe about my role here in connection to every person? And what do I believe about my connection to God? Instantly, I felt the need to write everything down that started coming up like an eruption of a volcano. What you read in the following are my unfiltered thoughts in the exact order I wrote them down.

For today, I’d love to share another page of my latest book 365 Thoughts of Healing. Today is the 261st day of the year. So, let’s go with the according page. Have an inspired day!

When something we don’t like happens, it is a natural reflex to show resistance. But in showing resistance, we give power to what we resist. If we are against something, we concentrate on what we are against. So, we feed something that we actually want to dissolve. How shall this work out? If I am afraid of something, I cannot get it out of the way by saying “I don’t want this, I don’t want this” because “this” is the subject that gets stuck deeper and deeper and becomes more persistent. My fear only grows because it seems to completely surround me. Resistance makes the problem bigger.

When I was on the plane toward San Francisco, I finally had the time to continue reading one of the books started reading years ago. It is the book What God Said by Neale Donald Walsch. The only problem is that when I start reading, my mind starts spinning, and all kinds of thought fractions try to connect. That happens instantly. So after reading a few pages, instead of reading you found me writing. The last time I read that book was back in 2018 – 4 years before Russia invaded Ukraine. Now I continued reading with a chapter about the cause of issues between one another that can even lead to the development of wars. It amazed me again, that sometimes breaks are necessary to understand a message read later better.

Good News: I found a way to lower the book price by republishing it. Now it is available for example for € 24.35 or $ 20.66. It was quite a nerve-wracking action because I had to set it up completely anew and unpublish the first one which was not so easy. But I made it and it was worth all the effortto make it more affordable.

The world urgently needs peace – not only with regard to ongoing wars. The population in general must unite so that we cannot only end wars but also help this planet heal the damage we have caused. That thought reminded me of a post from 2016:
Lately, I came across several posts talking about miracles and coincidences or some conversations turned out to be about them. I love this matter. I also made it the topic of my latest manuscript (which still is waiting in line to be translated and published in English). But what actually is a miracle? Most of us would say: It is an unexpected and sudden change of circumstances for the better. Do you agree? But are they really unexpected?

Can you believe that it is already a whole year since the Russian president began his invasion of Ukraine? Who would have thought that this war even starts and now we already are in the second year. Let’s keep up a peaceful attitude in our own little worlds to spread the energy of a loving world.
It’s Christmas Day, and I felt like gifting you something special from our community. Many of you may know Colin. Colin knows my love for music very well and often shares some songs with me that are probably not so well known. A couple of weeks ago, he shared some Christmas songs and a Christmas poem he wrote with me. Unfortunately, due to other priorities, Colin has not the time to make a post on his blog. But he left it up to me to share the songs and the poem if I want to.
We have arrived at the last PeaceSongTuesday before Christmas. The song I am sharing today shows the connection clearly between Christmas and the peace we desperately need. The message is clear, and we all know it. Still, we need to remember: If we want peace on earth, it starts with oneself.
Maybe the Christmas song has never spoken louder and clearer to me than this year. It is clear that I had to share it again. May someday at Christmas the world be free and healed.
When I checked out Christmas-peace songs, I stumbled over this one. I remember I heard it before and it went straight to my heart. It may appear that this is rather a love than a peace song. But when you listen to the lyrics until the end, you will see, it fits perfectly. Love is the greatest gift of all anyway. If we can feel it, we are living in peace.
Until Christmas, I would like to adjust my PeaceSongTuesdays and post Christmas songs. I love Christmas songs, and I cannot recall one that is not coming down to peace and love. A few songs came to my mind instantly. Although I shared them already in previous years, it doesn’t hurt to share them again.
The situation on the planet becomes crazier and scarier with every passing day. I understand that it is not easy to stay positive and look beyond what happens around us. We can easily get lost in the turmoil of climate change, increasing violence, and a war that threatens all of us.
Since we still have this terrible war in the current conflict in Eastern Europe going, I would like to continue playing songs for peace and unity in this world for a while.

How often do we hear that we need to be more tolerant? Tolerant regarding other people’s opinions, way of living, and decisions. And, of course, it goes further than being tolerant regarding different cultures or religions, races, and LGBTYQIA+. But is becoming more tolerant a good idea? It made me think about the meaning of tolerance.

Listen to the wind when it softly blows through the leaves, See the flowers waving with its melody, Feel the gentle touch on your skin… Feel the peace.
As long as the conditions in the current conflict in Eastern Europe do not change in favor of humanity, I would like to continue playing songs for peace and unity in this world.

First, it was the pandemic, and now, it is the war in Ukraine, while the pandemic is still raging. I understand that it can be hard to look confidently at this world and toward the future. It is not fun what happens, and it can scare you out of your skin if one spins specific thoughts further because the megalomania of only one can decide over all our fortune or misfortune.
The thought when results don’t meet expectations The desire when you are longing for explanations When people don’t cooperate When you begin your life to contemplate When plans are shattered or don’t work out When you wish for things your wallet does not allow
Today I am sharing a story Wayne Dyer told in his book The Power of Intention. It was part of a post I already shared twice. The first time because of the way people are using social media for their self-exposure and two years ago because of the selfish behavior of some people during the pandemic. I think the message has been never more timely in the past three years than today. It is unbelievable what happens when the wrong person ignores that rule.
Instead of writing a poem today, I ask all of you to take 2 minutes – only 2 minutes – to look within, and focus on a peaceful and loving world – the world we all want to live in. Hold this image in your heart and create a ball of love and light within you. Project it onto the vulnerable areas and people involved to bring healing where it is needed the most. Please, don’t forget that the person who caused the chaos may need the most healing.
… those dirty drops only scream a lot louder than the clean ones…
We are already moving toward the end of January, but when I scheduled this post, it was December 30. On that day, I received a wonderful gift from our dear blogger friend Parneet: his book, Prisons – The Six Secrets of Life. Even when he offered to send me a signed copy, I was touched by his kind gesture. Then when I held the book in my hands, I was touched again. I know I don’t post here as often as I did a few years ago. I wish I had more time, but “the bills” have to be paid too. That’s why I appreciate such loving gestures all the more and hope I can give back some of what I receive here.
