The purpose of my blog is to inspire and shine a light on the beauty and power of the wonderful being inside your body. You came into this world to share what only you can give. Remember who you really are, conquer the world the way you always wanted to, and become the blessing to us all that you were meant to be.
May it be, Sue 💖 May love break all the walls of ignorance and intolerance. Thank you, Sue, and I hope you had some lovely Christmas Days 💖take good care, dear friend 💖
Indeed Erika, on the day we give us that love, is the day we are truly free…and unconditional is its name. Great post dear lady, may we hold it this weekend 😃❤️
Look at people who still haven’t realized that self love, still giving out a masked one. On the day we see us, we see others…and once we understand our fear, we see it in others. Only then can we love ourselves, can we truly love another. Take all those conditions away we bind ourselves in and we no longer look through them to live and love. A whole new world opens, one that has always been there but can’t be seen because of those filters. Its like trying to do many things, like maths…one day one of those functions just clicks, and it is no longer the frustration, the anger, and the tears…and now, give me 50 of them, I can take on the world. Just from understanding them 🤣 Understand the why of the fears…and something wonderful opens to us 😀❤️🙏🏽
I try. Like most every other human, I sometimes fail. And, I find it impossible to give love to some who are cruel and bigoted. It’s just beyond my ability to love someone who is cruel. Hugs, my friend! ❤
I know exactly, what you mean. It is not easy and represents our feeling of justice. I have to remind myself that resistance or exclusion only rises the potential of aggression and resistance. To really “love” the other one is a long way. But at least I managed in many situations to send love and walk away in peace 💖
You’re so right about that! But then, if I bite my tongue rather than venting my frustration, it keeps me awake nights. I guess that’s one of the main purposes of my blog … I can vent without causing damage! ❤
That’s the problem which I completely understand. Same over here. Sometimes I think “let it be” but later it is nagging on me and (like you) is haunting me at night. But the problem is in me. My ego is still too big. However, some things need to be said anyway. I think it always depends on the situation and the personal condition. It is not easy and like everything, it is a process if progress. Anyway, I hope I reach that level one day, when I can completely detatch and reflexively don’t identify anymore with what anyone says or does… still a long way to go….
Ahhhh, my friend … I don’t think your ego is too big at all! I think you are an intelligent and compassionate person, and that means that you care … sometimes maybe too much for your own good, but it’s still better than not caring about the problems of the world, the narrow-minded attitudes of people, etc. We are all a work-in-progress until we take our last breath, and hopefully by that time someone, somewhere, will say, “She was a good person.” I don’t think that you’ll ever completely detatch … your mind will always seek to understand, and if possible to fix that which is broken, or at least to be a part of the solution. We’re all part of this world, and what happens to one affects all, whether we like to admit it or not. You cannot simply turn a key and suddenly it doesn’t matter any more. Not how we’re wired. Hang in, my friend, and accept yourself for who you are. Personally, I think you’re a pretty great person!
That’s exactly what we are “work in progress” and that’s why we are here… to progress. It is all part of the deal to develop in our personal way. And that is actually awesome because everyone around someone gives something to push that development, whether noticed or not. Reaching that Buddha state is long way. In some way, it would be so healing in another way… it would be boring… lol. We can only do what we think is the best to do and that is what we should do. From there we reach one level after another.
I love our inspiring discussions, Jill. That’s the amazing thing of interaction. So much inspiration, added thoughts, wided horizons, new inputs, or simply confirmations of our own thoughts. Thank you for your lovely and thoughful words. Much love to you, dear Jill 💖
So true … who we are is a culmination of our DNA, our upbringing, and the people we encounter as we go through our lives. I, too, very much enjoy our discussions! I love your positive attitude! Love and hugs to you, my friend! ❤
Just arrived, Erika! 🙂 This is very true. I wish you and yours a wonderful and blessed festive time! Merry Christmas! xx Michael

I think you are so right. Only if we allow ourselves to love ourselves, can we love others in the purest meaning of love💖

If only people around the globe would open their hearts, the world could, indeed, be a much more beautiful one.

Give love, no matter what while not excluding anyone. It is not always easy but it is the only way to provoke a change. Thank you, Jill 💖

I figure I’m doing good if I can bite my tongue and walk away … sometimes even that is a challenge! ❤

I hear you so very well 😄💖 Actually, we do ourselves a favor, in the end. It is not worth the effort and the inner turmoil.
