While I’m still deleting and revising older posts, from time to time, I came across this one. It is a simple one of my very early blogging days. But right that made me think about how many times I have fallen into this trap since I wrote it. Not only does it apply to how I handle my little world, but also to the difficulties the whole world has been facing for the past few years. Starting with climate change, to a pandemic, to the war in Ukraine. All this affects everyone in one way or another. But we must not lose ourselves in the crisis we are facing. Only by keeping in mind how many blessings we still are granted, do we gain the strength to make it through and bring about the change that this world so desperately needs.Read more ›
Life is rarely black or white. There are more gray areas than we can even imagine. There are solutions and options that we don’t even think of. So why do we often get so stuck in a rut and not deviate from it one millimeter? How can people be so short-sighted when they arrive at what appears to be a dead end. After all, there is still left, right, up, and back. But for that, one would have to turn. A person’s point of view results from what they have experienced and come to know so far. It is human to judge from one’s own perspective and knowledge. But no matter what age, it is not mature to think that the way in my head is the way things can work.Read more ›
There are so many projects living in my impatient heart to be realized. Although I would love to go for each one immediately they have to take numbers because I am only one woman ( who is already working two jobs, has a house and garden, is managing a family, and is starting a 3 years education next year,… to mention only a few). Each one of the additional projects in my pipeline is “burning under my fingernails” as we say in German. But each one is also pretty time consuming and would actually need my full attention. Of course, I don’t want to stress myself completely out. But, as I said in Dreams – Reminders Of Your Soul, you cannot silence the calling only because it doesn’t fit in your current agenda. It only gets louder over time. It is who you are and it wants to be lived. It is worse to be unhappy because you don’t live your purpose than having a full agenda but a content heart. Read more ›
I often hear about how companies should make it an effort to motivate their employees or to provide conditions to motivate their personnel. Lately, I came across this again and it made me ponder. I think this is a misinterpretation of the meaning of the word “motivation”. Because that way, people are actually manipulated or paid off to do something they don’t want to do. In my opinion, the meaning of the word is used wrongly. Read more ›
A few weeks ago I was picking black currant from the two bushes in my garden. Branch by branch was done. When I worked myself around that bush I noticed that there are still many berries on branches I thought I already emptied completely. This happened quite a few times. They were hidden behind leaves and I couldn’t see them from the angle I was standing at the moment I was picking them although I had checked under the leaves. Read more ›
Lately, I was talking to one of my best friends on the phone. We live about 6000 miles apart but that doesn’t matter since we are friends for 37 years. We haven’t talked to each other for at least 2 1/2 years and only barely texted since both of our lives have become crazily busy. But what is most important in this world? What do we need if we lose everything? Friends! That’s what we both realized when we had some days off over the change of the year. We managed to have a 3 1/2 hour talk. But it was necessary since so much happened in both of our lives and we both needed to update each other.Read more ›
A few years back, while mowing the lawn all of a sudden the engine of the mower started to sputter. I stopped and after seconds, it died. Great! I stand in the midst of the lawn not even done with half of it and my mower refuses to work. Now, what to do? Trying to start it again failed. What can be the problem? Perhaps the spark plug. That was always the first thing I checked at my moped. I was used to cleaning or exchanging it and had no problem doing it by myself. OK, so I left the spot behind the mower and walked to the front seeing that the spark plug hung down loosely. No wonder, that the mower did not work and it was an easy task to simply plug it in. All worked properly again! Read more ›
Confusion clears off
Horizon in sight again
All is possible

It is clear to me that being serious is important to stay focused on your target and not lose concentration most of all in difficult situations. But it has also become clear to me for many years that this can be exhausting and draw all your energy from you when it lasts too long. Most of all when it is not about temporary situations but for a period of difficult times.Read more ›

I just finished writing my latest book which is about miracles. I thought I write a little about this today. What is a miracle? How and why do miracles happen? We all wished for a miracle at times and I know that some of my friends are doing it right now.
What is the definition of a miracle? I’d say it is a surprising, unexpected, sometimes strongly wished occurring happening, turn, encounter, or “coincidence”. Of course, we only talk about a miracle when it shows a positive result. If we experience a negative happening we talk about bad luck, karma… But in the end negative like positive has the same root with two different outcomes.Read more ›
I recently posted a quote titled Who Am I? It said: Realizing who you are, does not mean finding out who you are!
We mostly notice that at times we are feeling something in certain situations which is not for our benefit. That can be anger, jealousy, greed, frustration, or resistance. And we don’t even know why we feel it. It is coming up like a reflex when a certain person calls or when we are confronted with repeating issues or happenings. Then these emotions show up and take over instantly and we feel helpless doing anything against them. But we know exactly that we don’t want it, that it is in our way, and that it would make our life so much easier without them. But how to get there?Read more ›
During the past weeks, I often posted, read, and experienced what a blessing and relief it is to stop controlling life. Some things we can but some things just happen. The most beautiful things in life only unfold when we stop forcing and controlling out of fear it wouldn’t turn out the way we want or out of fear we could lose something. But that’s not true. Things that are about to unfold are meant to unfold. But in believing, we might keep control over the unfolding and the way how things are supposed to unfold we simply scrunch the fragile flower that just started to open up.Read more ›
This is a post that I originally posted on June 2, 2014. I had a handful of followers at that time. I thought it would make sense to bring those posts up for all my wonderful friends in my meanwhile so big community. I hope you like it:
At times everybody is confronted with burdening memories of the past. I am very sure that there is no exception. It is not always a clear memory, but sometimes a behavior we cannot get rid of but which is in our way. Often we know that these attitudes, sadness, anger, feelings of guilt, frustrations, and sometimes helplessness originates in the past.Read more ›
I so often think back on how things have come together in order to unfold the way I find them in my life today. It is an exciting journey of exploring. It helps to understand the universal laws, gives lots of profound insights, and therefore strengthens my faith.
My most impressive string of unfolding in order to come to new unfolding is the story of how I came to write my book I’m Free and so much that followed. It is a huge story. When you read my book then you find lots of examples in it from my own life of how to break free. I am currently writing a new book which is about miracles. The story I want to tell you today is mentioned in that book and it is still a miracle to me. But at the same time, it is only a part of a far bigger miracle that still seems to unfold.Read more ›
Just before I started writing this post I got a Twitter message in which I was invited to watch a fantastic video of the great Gregg Braden. I saw him at a workshop in Pasadena last October and was completely caught by his presence and his message. He explained perfectly how the heart has memory cells just like the brain. Therefore it has a brain of its own (actually each organ has but the heart has the most). This made me understand in a very physical explanation why the heart and mind are often pulling in different directions but also why they have so much power when aligned. Things we actually already perceive as inner knowing.Read more ›
