Thank you so much for letting me share your words. And you see, how the resonate with so many! Yes, it always takes a few weeks until a guest quote appears after I asked for permission. I am sorry about that. I am always a little ahead with scheduling my posts… hehe.

Just so you know, you have blanket permission to share any of my work at any time!!! No need to even ask! You’re AHEAD with scheduling posts? I’m always so far behind … I feel like I’m chasing my tail sometimes! I do have tomorrow’s music post on the schedule already, though, because it’s a notable date and I didn’t want to forget! Moi? Forget? 🤣

Thank you so much, Jill. I appreciate that a lot, but might be asking anyway again… hehe.
Yes, I need to. My days and weeks are so packed that I need to make clear space for writing posts, and if I cannot make it when planned then there is still some time left.
AND yes, that thing with forgetting, could come in my way too… lol!!!

Ha ha … I hear you!!! I seem to forget more than I remember these days, and the things I DO remember are generally useless bits of trivia while it’s the important things I forget! Old age is NOT for the faint of heart!

Oh yes, I’ve had tinitis for many years from my cortico steroid allergic reaction. A reminder of my silence and not passing on my message from God to the medical, drug industry….of…’where is your heart?’. The medical ‘system’ has become so money orientated that we are attended (or not) by what medical coverage we can afford or what they can get from us by poking us into things that truly have no purpose. The one thing that has stood out on my journey through all this…is my body will heal if I let it. It is a very powerful healing modality, as well as so many other things. The interference from the medicines side affects has been atrocious. And yes, there are medicines that work beautifully, and usually more natural ones (and good Dr’s etc), but it has grown into a behemoth of barely any humanity using us as ‘their’ very profitable lifestyle. Even the food industry has a lot to answer for in their tonnage of chemicals they use in everything.
Sorry Erika, my ‘silence’ escaped 🤣❤️🙏

You do have tinitus? Sorry, I did not know. Gosh, that must be terrible at times. Yes, agreed, what we got used to swallow and did not question is crazy. Thank God a new awareness about that has grown and makes it harder for that chemical food or medicals to flood our bodies.
Oh, just let it run… haha.

Not a worry Erika, I had a very mild tinitus for years but when I had the allergic reaction to the cortico steroids it went through the roof…but it too has a positive effect. When it gets louder it is a warning that I’ve eaten or taken something I’m reacting to and triggering inflammation which to me is a lot of discomfort and pain, so I stop. Without it I would keep eating and really get ill. Blessings can come in many disguises, especially when I react to so much…but can still eat chocolate 🤣❤️🙏

Indeed dear lady. In the beginning it was driving me nuts, like one of those slow, quiet tortures they invent. But as time went by I learned to listen to it and realized it spoke its own language and it has saved me many times. Except for once, I had this glorious slice of cake with a multi layer of nuts and berries and white chocolate on top. It was one of those where the opposite types went together beautifully. I ate it too fast, by the time my ears started ringing it was already totally nestled in the bottom of my stomach. I paid for it but boy did I enjoy it 🤣 If I ever try anything for the first time I try a small piece and wait 15 min to see the effect. Never misses. But alas, many a dessert has melted by then 🤣😂

Oh, wow, that must have been one dessert… I think my whole body would have been ringing if I only looked at it… but I so understand you enjoying it anyway, yum!
