After the crazy busyness and hectic of the past weeks, I am enjoying it even more more to sit on my patio and let my inspiration flow for writing my post. I was just so relaxed that I emptied my spirit… and kept in empty… lol. So, I decided to pick a card getting inspired.Read more ›

In Love, Light and Health
There are so many wonderful peeps on this blogosphere who have always been big lights for me. These days their lights appear even brighter and bigger. Because they are those who share their strength with a grounded but at the same time, a higher perspective. They are understanding with those who do struggle during these extraordinary times. They refuse to let unnecessary negativity that others may spread influence their moods. That is the strength we need.Read more ›
These days many of us are called upon to stay at home as a matter of principle. Some stay together in groups (like family) while some are alone. Both situations can become a challenge over time or even overwhelming when they can no longer “escape”; either from the people they live with or worse – from themselves. The second one is what I want to talk about and what is a general problem. In our routine days it may be easier to get distracted from the fact that they are not able to deal with themselves. But these days there truly is no escape. Instead of throwing themselves into work or party life, they are now forced to deal with themselves. It can be very hard… but also wonderfully healing. To me it feels like a high-speed rehabilitation – wanted or not.Read more ›
Lately, I thought about change and development. It happens that people you have known your whole life don’t appear the same anymore. It is getting harder to get along with them or it goes better, all of a sudden. But is it really them? Read more ›
I actually planned to write another post about the 25 core messages God shared. But this will happen a different time since I feel like sharing something that moved me some days ago. I met a new blogger, Sheila Murrey of Take It Upon Yourself, who left a wonderful comment about her emotions and thoughts regarding the movie Bohmian Rhapsody. She expressed wonderfully what I felt too. I took a look at her blog and saw that she has written a book about self-development, healing (body and soul), and giving a look onto life from a higher perspective. I have been excited that I found her. Or actually, she found me. It is always such a joy to see how many people are dedicating their free-time or even their lives for giving something to help others to bring more light into their own lives.
Then I thought of a post our lovely Sue of Dreamwalker’s Sanctuary. She had an inconvenient encounter here on WordPress with another blogger who couldn’t deal with the fact that Sue used an analogy that blogger used too – without both knowing of each other. Instead of being pleased to see that her way might be truthful and that there are others to support the healing in this world, she reacted offended AND offending. Why do we so easily think we are in a competition here. I don’t exclude myself, by the way. it is a reflex that must have been planted in us from childhood on by all the influences of society. Aren’t we all living for the goal of living a happy and fulfilled life? Like I want it, you want it, and she and he want it too! We cannot claim to have the copyright of sending light because we all ARE light. And the only thing that can dim that light is when the ego takes over in its distorting opinions.
There is not one best song or music style. There be those who reach more people but some like this most and some like that. So it makes no sense to compete over it. That is a reason why I don’t like those competition shows anymore. Only because the majority thinks one song or singer is best doesn’t mean it really is the best one. They simply are the ones, the majority of those who watched and voted liked it most. Don’t get me wrong, competitions can push us to work on ourselves to get better but we should always be aware that it is not a general truth. Like that, there is not only one way or one best way. There are many ways. There are even many ways for each individual regarding their states of awareness.
When everybody does everything their ways then it will always reach exactly those people who need exactly what they share. And if two share something similar or even the same then only because even more people might need it and that way more people can be reached.
Remember, we all have may have the same goals but we are all individuals to serve individuals individually. That way we all walk towards those goals in the way meant for each one of us. Isn’t that amazing?

When I saw this quote – as simple as it is – my mind started spinning because it holds so much meaning in so many different ways. Then again, it nails it all down to the fact that the natural state of who we are is happiness. Read more ›
We all have both of them. And much too often they seem to stand in opposition to each other. Because what we do and what we would love to do sometimes appears like sitting in completely different corners. But why actually? Why should it be not possible to realize our dreams and fulfill our obligations or even make them our obligations at the same time? Read more ›
We are experiencing consequences day by day and probably moment by moment. Most of those little daily consequences happen unnoticed or unrecognized. When I go outside while it is snowing only wearing a t-shirt, I will be cold. When I touch a hot stove I will be burned. Natural consequences we mostly don’t question. Sometimes they simply remind us of further experiences or (in case we learned the lesson) we already include the experienced consequence in our decisions and won’t touch that hot stove deliberately.
All decisions we make cause consequences. No matter what decision it is. Some are predictable and some are not. The more predictable and calculable they are the quicker we are to make the decision. The more drastic, life-changing, and unpredictable they are (mostly due to other people involved in the process) the longer we ponder.
Consequences are the necessary factor to lead us and teach us. Without consequences, we wouldn’t develop. Whether they are confirming and brightening our days or they are challenging us to the core of our being. They always keep us on track because we experience them exactly the way we need to in order to become the person we are meant to become. Sometimes we ignore them (deliberately or not) and keep on making the same decision repeatedly or we cannot let go of one and the same decision. That means we are experiencing similar consequences over and over again. For those who are not aware it feels like a punishment. Or they see it as a misunderstood confirmation that it is their fate. But in reality, it is only a sign that when they run against a wall they will end up with a bloody nose. Perhaps one day the will look to the side, see the door, and walk through it, walk around it, or climb over it.
Sometimes we need to make a decision without having the slightest experience or idea how it could turn out. We only know that something needs to change. It feels scary and probably it takes us quite a while to make a certain step… if at all. But however it will turn out, they will teach us something we are meant to experience in order to develop. The experience we make from the consequences we feel today is the starting point for the next step in order to experience new consequences/experiences and therefore again development. Even though a consequence we made leads us to reverse a decision (if possible), it is not a step back at all! It may appear that way and perhaps we think we are a failure but that is not the case. Whatever step we make next is always a step forward because we take something along from the consequence we experienced. We know why we go back and we do it determined. It is not the same place anymore to which we return.
Don’t misunderstand it: not taking steps doesn’t keep you from consequences… they only push harder. Also not making a decision has its consequence. Consequences are THE teaching tool for us to evolve. They are the step stones on our journey through this life. No matter how hard they may appear they are no punishment but they show what our actions cause, if we want to keep up the path, or if we want to change the direction. They are the keys to our insights.
In Love and Light
From the moment we take our first breath, we are in constant development. A development that is attuned to the place we are heading to. I don’t think that anyone of us knows the highest grade of development they are meant to reach in this lifetime. Or that anyone understands what part a certain achievement plays in the greater context. We are heading from one insight to the next. Once we overcame something we often think that “we got it”! Until we arrive at the next hurdle and are frustrated because we think that we are at the same point again. NOT TRUE!
Even though we might face a similar situation again doesn’t mean that we did not get the lesson before. Perhaps we simply did not get the whole thing and need another kick. But each “kick” moves us towards the insight. Each insight absorbed from our consciousness is a step on the staircase of our development. We did achieve something wonderful and we made it closer to the end of the staircase…. but it is not the end yet. So, facing another step to make is not a setback but prepares for the next possibility to get closer to the end goal. What is important to know is that those steps are not meant to punish. Not at all! They are tools that force us to keep moving.
Before we arrived here we looked at the big plan. We set certain happenings and experiences. Sometimes it was set for a particular time sometimes it was something we planned to experience some day. All in between is meant to prepare us for those happenings and experiences. And all together shall lead to the big insight or purpose we planned to fulfill. We made that plan together with many of the people we are meeting down here. Those who impact our lives in a special way (no matter which way) are those who were sitting with us at the same table while planning their and our incarnations. Whatever happens in our lives is a perfectly planned sequence in which many destinies are connected. Whatever happens, impacts each life in a different way and all are taking something from it which pushes them further in the way they need it. If I had not written my book I would not be on WordPress writing this post and you would not be reading it… We all know how much only blogging influenced our lives and what all developed from that!
Many of us are going through such tough times others cannot even imagine. It is hard to think that they chose this life. Perhaps they did not choose it in particular but they needed limitations in order to keep the bigger plan alive. And life will always stick to the bigger plan and provide all that is needed to fulfill it. If we had to decide about our plan once we are here, of course, no one would want to live in poverty or illness. But before we arrive here we are free from physical thinking. We are love and life itself and we see the bigger meaning of the word “development”.
But we don’t only come for our own development but (as I touched it before) also for the development for others. We are having contracts with each other. Many of us are dedicating their lives to the development of another soul. A baby born with a disability may have been born to teach their surrounding compassion, humbleness, love, taking care of others. Victims of wars might not have chosen that for themselves but for the rest of the world to trigger the global love and sticking together again for each other. Even uncomfortable people in high (political) positions are meant to be there to bring the rest of the world closer together again. They don’t realize it down here and that is necessary in order that they are able to play their roles. I have to admit that I have a hard time accepting this too at times. But thinking of my own life it helps to detach myself from the thinking that they are mean. They are the way they are in order to fulfill the plan. How could we ever appreciate the sun if there was no night? How could we ever discover our potential and abilities if we were never forced to activate them?
As God said:
We influence, help, and challenge each other and everything helps in its own special way. There is always someone who chases you up there and someone standing there and reaching out their hands. And sometimes you are the one and then again the other. No matter where we have gone through during the past years, we are here now. And it counts who we are now! I am thankful to be who I am today. I couldn’t be who I am without the support of everyone who ever crossed my way.

Lately at night in the bathroom, I looked into the mirror and welcomed the new wrinkles which joined me secretly during the day. While brushing my teeth I started pondering … uhm… yes, while brushing my teeth I am often pondering about a lot of things. There is not a lot you can do in those two to three minutes and so my thoughts start traveling and boy, they can get far in that short time…!!! But back to the topic! Read more ›
Last week I wrote about the seeds we spread constantly through our thoughts, feelings, and actions. I told how they are responsible (consciously or not) for the miracles we are experiencing in life and that most of them are co-created when many put the same or similar conviction into their beliefs and convictions. After I had scheduled that post a friend of mine sent me the quote above. It is again about that little seed that carries a garden of wonders inside. But there is a different message behind. A week ago I gave a lecture in Germany with this title. It was such a fulfilling and joyful experience which totally gave me the freedom to be me. Or actually, the decision to speak about what I want to share is the freedom I give myself to be me. That is what I want to do: Sharing the beauty of life and possible ways that others find their own beauty in life. The pre-condition for finding into the life you want to live is to get to feel who you actually are! Read more ›

Today I turn to a topic given by our wonderful artist Robert Goldstein. Robert is living with Inside Dissociative Identity Disorder. What made me follow him? The way he deals with it. He is aware of his disease and he knows exactly how to handle it although it often is a big challenge. This makes him a speaker for people with the same or other mental or physical diseases. He spreads information and awareness and stands up for the social acceptance that any physical or mental limitation also is part of life and that those people too have the right to live life to the fullest. They simply live it differently due to different needs. Read more ›
The topic to this post was given by Keith of btg5885. I thank you very much, Keith, for dropping me your questions. It is one of my favorite topics to write about. Here are Keith’s questions:
What are the common attributes in people who connect us? And, what are the differences that make life fun and interesting and make us better than who we are by experiencing them? Read more ›
