In Love and Light
Sometimes I just smile
At the flight of a bee
At the crickets’ song
At the wind in the tree
Leaving seeds of kindness
With every step you take
Whenever you look back
You see the garden you create
A little bit of light
Can make me see right through
A little bit of calm
Can help to change my view
The joy that a song can bring
When it reminds you of a time
That you enjoyed so much
So long ago
It was all mine
Still in my heart
Hard to define
Some developments in life just happen. They occur without us knowing beforehand that we even wanted them. They seem to pop up without us asking for them. Then there are developments that we first have in mind and need a roadmap to reach. And then there is a combination of the two. Something triggers an idea or vision which leads to developing a plan for a particular achievement or goal.Read more ›
Have you ever really lived?
Have you smelled the flowers in winter
Or recognized the raindrops in a leaf
I found a post again that I shared three years ago. It spoke volumes to me, since currently, I have to remind myself of the important fact that only in distancing from life, I find the necessary overview and the needed solutions. My employed job has been overwhelming me in many ways more and more for years. I don’t want to go into details because I don’t mean to please you with my problems. The irony is that I slipped into it for a purpose that does not even exist anymore. But that is life. Sometimes you start something only to be led to the actual lesson. Nothing is in vain, but when something no longer serves the purpose, it begins to show itself in internal and external tensions. Maybe this speaks to more of us than only to me.Read more ›
Have a wonderful time, feel the spirit, feel the love, and take care.
In Love and Light
Side-note: I will take a break for the coming two weeks. I will dedicate the coming days to being with my family, working on the financial statements for my business, preparing and organizing new ideas for my business, and continuing working on my book. I will check on your posts from time to time, and only be posting spontaneously or not at all.
Because it is a reflex. Have you noticed that some people ask about how someone is doing, and then they say: “I am glad to hear because then I don’t need to worry.” When I hear that, I promptly say: “Exactly, you never need to.” It appears that some show their compassion by the grade they worry about something or someone. But what’s that for? It only adds negative vibes to someone that already tries to stay as positive as possible.Read more ›
For just a few days
Recharging my batteries
Clearing my mind’s maze
Why is it that beautiful memories can make us melancholic or even sad? Looking at photos of past events takes us back to that time and makes us feel what we felt at the time. The feelings may have been beautiful, but in retrospect they can turn into the opposite although nothing has changed in the past. It is the present that makes all this appear in a different light.Read more ›
Love to look at my rose
Delicate petals unfold
Such delicate color
From a root that’s quite old
Welcome to another summer Tuesday. Regardless of the weather (which is just incredible while I am scheduling this post) this song IS summer! Happy Tuesday, everybody!Read more ›
Have you ever seen a bee
Following its purpose
Have you ever seen a tree
Doubting its strength and growth
Do you know that too? You were so full of anticipation for a particular event, for a special meeting, a vacation, or something you planned for a long time to experience? And then, the time arrived, and it was fantastic. Perhaps it even exceeded your expectations, but when it was over, you felt like falling into a hole. Even though you may be a realistic person, it was hard to accept that what you were so looking forward to turned into a memory in an instant. It can also happen when beloved habits or traditions suddenly change, like when friends or family members we met regularly move far away.Read more ›
We hear it so often that we should enjoy life, not put anything off, let our soul unfold and follow the call of the heart. There are commitments, yes, but not all of them are real commitments. Many we do out of habit, even though times and circumstances have changed and the reason we took them on no longer even exists. We sometimes need to stop and examine how we are actually filling life. Is it only filled or is it also felt?Read more ›
A simple song
My heart wakes up
A smile spreads out
The first time I heard this song was in the movie “Rain Man” (1988, Tom Cruise and Dustin Hoffman). It was the reason I bought the record and more or less only listened to that song. Only later did I find out that there have been a lot more versions. Recently, I heard a new one on the radio. When I hear this song, I cannot sit still. It lifts my mood and makes my heart shine. What about you?Read more ›
This post is the last Monday post before Christmas. It would be obvious to talk about remembering the true meaning of Christmas or to relate to the current situation. But instantly there was one single word in my head: Enjoy!Read more ›
Joy is always there. It can be that first sip of coffee, a warming ray of sun after three days of rain, or it is the cozy blanket and a cup of tea on a cold evening. It may be my own smile, and it is up to me when I am using it. Joy is always there. Sometimes it may be a bit buried, covered with dust or thrown in a corner… but it is there, waiting patiently until we let it shine again.Read more ›
For today’s #MomentsOfJoy I am sharing a song I was listening to over and over again. It is the theme song of the workshops of Esther and Jerry († Nov. 2011) Hicks. She is the author of The Law of Attraction, The Vortex, and many more books. When I was heading with highspeed to my breakthrough moment, this book was one of the stepstones. In 2009 I had the opportunity to join one of those workshops in which Esther Hicks is channeling Abraham, and it was an unforgettable experience.Read more ›
Lately, I had an interesting discussion with my business partner. He told me that on the way to work, he heard about a study on the radio. When you smile at someone, something begins to change in the brain cells of the other person. They are more responsive which has an effect on that person again who smiled in the first place. Also, there something changes in the brain cells which, in the end, makes both experience feelings of happiness. A smile does indeed connect, but it seems that is is a result of a switch the brain makes. And we know what an influence the brain has on our feelings.Read more ›
I checked YouTube for some joyful videos. I simply put in the word JOY, and the first thing that popped up was an 80s boy group. I remember their song and it made me giggle instantly. It sounds like they hardly tried to imitate Modern Talking – obviously not very successful. When I checked out the video, I immediately decided to share it today. The song, the video, everything is so constructed which gave me such a good laugh. I could not remember how bad it was. I thought this must be the most embarrasing 80s song 😂 Do you know a worse one?
However, I hope it gives you some joyful moments😂
I often mention that I am writing my posts quite a while ahead to make sure that I am having them ready even when something gets in my way. What amazes me very often is the fact that so many readers say, how timely the post was for them and probably would not have touched anything in them if it was published right away.Read more ›
I think all of us make good use of some distractions. Why not sharing something funny, uplifting or beautiful? When we look at successful people, there is one thing they have in common: Enthusiasm. People who put themselves into their projects, who invest hours and hours, day and night, who don’t get tired to find ways and solutions, and who are not afraid to walk any necessary path in order to make their project a success, are highly enthusiastic about their vision.
It is clear to me that being serious is important to stay focused on your target and to not losing concentration most of all in difficult situations. But it has also become clear to me for many years that this can be exhausting and draw all your energy from you when it lasts too long. Most of all when it is not about temporary situations but for a period of difficult times.
Giving room to your silliness doesn’t mean that you don’t take circumstances serious. It means that you are opening an outlet to let go of the pressure some situations can cause It means to take a break from the “task” or challenge for some moments. When you keep your humor and see the irony in situations you stop being the problem. When you are laughing you relax the muscles in your whole body and what is important: When you are laughing you are also breathing deeply and fill your whole system with oxygen and therefore energy! It is like an energy shot.My boss and I can really tell stories about hectic and stressful times since we experience them for quite a while. But we never lost our silliness and making fun of the situation. We are laughing at ourselves and really can be so silly. Most of all now that I am in charge for so much more since my colleague won’t be coming back to work anymore and we don’t have something new yet, it is a task at times regarding stepping into fields I have never been before and learning quickly how to deal with them. But when you still can laugh about it, you are like a ventilation system. The pressure and stress get blown out and fresh air clears the cells.
It is also one of the tactics of not running the risk of becoming burned out or depressive through some happenings in life or some temporary situations. Keeping your humor means keeping your head above it. I don’t mean to ignore how things are but to see them from a distance in order to have the power to deal with them. Don’t forget that you are not what you are dealing with. You are not your problems. You are what makes you feel well. Because feeling well is your natural state of being. That’s why all things that make you feel good are empowering and all things that make you feel bad are exhausting.
We have to deal with difficult situations throughout our lives. Some can lead us to our limits. But they are there to make us develop because every task asks for something more or something new we need to activate within us. It is not something we need to invent. No, it is already there but was asleep until the moment arrived to wake it up. All we need for this lifetime is already within us. Therefore we need to connect with the being within that body through raising our energy frequency for making them match. The fastest way and the most effective tool is feeling good.
Being silly is not silly at all! It refreshes your body, clears your mind, detaches from who you are not, and that way keeps you healthy and empowers you to face your daily tasks!

Lately, I came across this topic several times and thought it would make sense to repost an article I wrote almost 2 years ago:
Life isn’t about being someone we think we should be only because it sounds good because others want us to be, or in order to fit into a certain image of society. A faked personality only confuses the people around you and yourself over time more and more because the real identity gets lost.Read more ›
Most of you know that I had the exciting opportunity to be at the Blogger Bash 2016 in London last weekend. But due to the fact that I lost a whole weekend and had some stressful days before I wasn’t able to write a new Monday Post. I decided to pick a fitting one from March 2015 and modified it a bit.
We are more than what we experience and in order to recognize and to feel that, we need to pause. Please don’t miss to watch the inspiring slideshow at the end of this post. I watch it from time to time and it always has this amazing calming and centering effect. Read more ›
With Sylvester’s permission:
In Love and Light
I heard sceptic voices regarding meeting bloggers in person because of a possible disappointment. My own experience was nothing like that at all. I did not have any expectations about the wonderful people I was going to meet. They already captured my heart for months and I dare to say that we did know each other by heart. That is why it was not necessary that any ice needed to be broken. There simply was no ice. We all embraced each other with arms wide open! We laughed and joked about all the things we were posting about. It truly were meetings between old friends! I am already thinking about my next trip. I will make it an effort that at least once in my life I want to embrace the people I call my friends, brothers, and sisters! Read more ›
Actually I planned to post another article according to a request of a blogger friend for this Monday. I hope you don’t mind that I changed my mind. A lot of things happened during the past days and it made me spontaneously write this post: Read more ›
In Part 4 of the success series (see part 3 Love what you do) I am talking about banishing your doubts while working on your project or personal development. Instead open up for insights, tools and signs which are coming up in the process of walking towards your goals.
Don’t doubt but open up your mind!
Success is to live your purpose! Your purpose can change depending on your age, your family situation, and your personal evolution! We have so many purposes in life. And one lived purpose gives you the necessary experiences that lead you to the next one. You don’t need to know what your purpose will be in 10 years. You simply have to live what seems right and important for you now. The next step will unfold right out of that at the perfect time.
When you start walking a new path doubts are likely to appear. You are taking a new direction which you have no experience with. You have to get familiar with abilities you need to develop or improve. You are encountering new spheres, new kinds of people and most of all you get introduced to parts on youSelf which you have never known before. That irritates in the beginning. But don’t worry that’s normal – it is simply new! And being confused about all of this is the best proof that things reorder and that you are about to change your world according to the change of your consciousness. Your intention to expand yourSelf, to improve yourSelf, and to simply evolve your life with yourSelf is the fuel for success in whatever you do!
Success is to keep an open mind for whatever you want to accomplish, for whatever dream you want to realize. Believe that this dream or vision only exists because you brought it into this world. It is a reminder of your soul and says: Don’t forget what you wanted to do. I remind you because it is meant to be. Come on, it’s time now!
There are so many things lying dormant within us to call us when time has come to go for this new adventure. When you feel to go about a new project then start to take the first step in that direction. You don’t need to know the whole plan. Just start somewhere. Now keep your eyes, ears and your heart open. Watch the signs of the beginning development and grab them. They lead you to more ideas and after a while you will see more and more of the whole picture. People will appear in your life, you will see headlines in magazines and newspapers, or you will hear someone talking which gives you right the catchwords you needed.
An open mind that looks into the direction of fulfillment is focused on manifestation and nothing else. Its intention is clear and strong. Then doubts are not weakening but even helping to stabilize the progress.
In Love and Light!

It is Easter Sunday, Spring is showing up more and more on the northern part of the globe, and our feelings are starting to bloom according to nature. Today I was looking for a song that meets this expression of a new beginning, of feeling ourselves in a new way, of a breakthrough within ourselves… A song that says THIS IS ME and I am perfect the way I am. From now on there is no hiding of my light but shining it out into the world. I am who I am! That’s my power, that’s my gift and whoever wants a piece: feel free to take it. Read more ›

We touched one topic that is most important to me. Because it is one with which many of us are fighting during their life times. I too did, because I thought I wasn’t meant for a purposeful life. I simply misunderstood that I am always fulfilling my purpose. But only when I rediscovered my value I started going for my dreams consciously. It was the time when I promised myself: “I will never ever look back and say that I had the chance, but didn’t take it because I was scared. And now it is too late.” Never! Read more ›

There are times, we feel left alone by all the world and his brother. We feel harried, disappointed and under a massive pressure from all sides. Some people seem to have it in for giving us a hard time. There are problems in the job or it is a time of big stress. Perhaps your private life has reached a point and you question yourself where your relationship shall lead to. Maybe your worry about someone you love or someone said goodbye. Sometimes you come to a point when you ask yourself: Was that it? Was that my life? Is there nothing waiting for me anymore? Read more ›

Do you know that? You want something so hard that your thoughts are only circling around that one thing. May it be a certain outcome of a project, or of a decision someone else makes, a job you want, showing up something you want in your life, winning the jackpot, … If something you have dreamed of for a long time is coming closer and closer but has not manifested yet, you could go crazy because you fear to lose it before you even had. There is still excitement about the fulfilling of that dream but the fear of a possible failure is growing more and more. Why? Read more ›
Why do I love Christmas so much? I think it is the same reason why most of you (the ones of you who celebrate it of course) might love it. It is this special atmosphere that is lying in the air. This excitement of getting back to feelings and practices of our childhood. The commitment we have a thousand times more than in all the other months of the year, and this certain sensitivity and sensibility.Read more ›
It has been a while since I posted my last impressions of my days in California after the I CAN DO IT convention and my book signing. I am very excited about scheduling my workshops for next year. Yesterday I got a call from my publisher and perhaps I get the chance to give workshops in a big business hotel in our capital beginning next year. It is still in discussion but things are in motion like the offer for another marketing campaign with Kimberly Rinaldi. I met her at the book signing in Pasadena and she just got back to me. Here we go again! I am very happy to announce that my latest poem book is now available online!
Enjoy Life! is a collection of 24 English poems referring to a variety of situations we might face during our lives. The poems show that we all have to deal with similar topics – some wanted and some unwanted. But also in the unwanted things we can always find a door out of the struggle or pain into a world not being discovered without the challenge.
Enjoy Life! is available at Amazon as an ebook and you can download it on your Kindle.
Take a look and Enjoy!
