Forever Young

The joy that a song can bring
When it reminds you of a time
That you enjoyed so much

The comfort that a smell can bring
When it brings you back to a place
Where life was good

The bliss that a touch can give
When it reminds you of the fact
That you are loved

The brain can be a blessing
If we let it recall the memories
That make us feel good again

That way we don’t grow old
But keep collecting memories
That keep us young forever

In Love and Light

The purpose of my blog is to inspire and shine a light on the beauty and power of the wonderful being inside your body. You came into this world to share what only you can give. Remember who you really are, conquer the world the way you always wanted to, and become the blessing to us all that you were meant to be.

Memories live on in our hearts forever and indeed keep us held in that same cascade of love and appreciation for the moment. Like snapshots in my mind, when I come across a scent, a song, a flower…just about anything…there’s a sweet memory to go along with it. How amazing life is and how our being works in tandem with this magnificent Universe we exist within 💜💜💜

I experience it the same way. We would never run out of beautiful moments since we carry those we already experienced in our hearts forever. So, let’s keep creating wonderful memories. Thank you so much, dear Maria 💖

I am happy this spoke to you, Carol. So often, my memories take me back to a time that appears as if I was still/again there… like no time passed by.

It is so amazing, how much we store in our hearts and minds. Often we even forget about it but get reminded through something in the present. Yes, absolutely amazing 💖

Songs, even smells, … the memory cells of our hearts and brains are like sponges. One small trigger of memory can cause tears of joy, although we don’t even know why…
