Not only are the days of many of us already filled with obligations, ideas, plans, visions, jobs, and tasks to do. But there is even more that we absorb, even though it may not concern us in the first place. Injustice, war, diseases, tragedies, natural disasters can burden a lot more than we may think. Although the days may be well balanced and nothing has actually changed in daily routines, still, there can be a feeling of sudden overwhelm. The walls may appear closer than before. Simple tasks or even everyday things feel like a burden, whereas before you didn’t even think about it. Or maybe some discussions or statements throw you off track that you usually don’t even ignore.
Demarcation is the magic word. You may think you are in control, but one small drop can suffice to break the whole barrel. This drop doesn’t even have anything to do with the actual aspects that put additional strain on your shoulders and chest. So, it is not easy to find out what it was in the end. We are no machines. The more sensitive one is, the more difficult it is to distance oneself from external influences. It’s not about ignoring what’s going on in the world, but finding a way not to get caught up in it in an unhealthy way. One light thought breeze can turn into a tornado. The present moment is what it is. But when we are constantly filled with spinning thoughts, it becomes a homemade hell trip.
If you feel like your nerves are wearing thin, and you can’t handle your day for no apparent reason, it could be because the outside world has been allowed to pollute your inner world for too long. It helps to talk about your feelings. Because in doing so, you give them a name and hear other views of the situation. That’s the problem when we make everything up only with ourselves. We will only get the answers we already know that only pulls us deeper into the vortex.
Everybody deserves to be happy, regardless of the situation.
Again, the brighter I shine, the brighter the light I shine on others.
In Love and Light

I am happy when you think so, Michael. But maybe it is only the change to Daylight Saving Time… lol

I know, you know that well. Talking along can already release so much pressure because we don’t carry it within us and let it grow.

I thought I was ready to “let go” as my head hit the pillow last night. So why did my brain stay awake three hours longer? 🤔

Sometimes, a little thing can cause an explosion and we don’t even notice how much we accumulated until it happens. But you and I know that nature is a wonderful healer when it comes to overloads in our minds. Thank you, Nico!

Well, didn’t you time this well dear lady. I was feeling a little low in my current moment so I took the garbage out…as you do when depressed 😂 And my neighbor, dying of cancer and having radiation treatment and a wheelbarrow full of radiation drugs etc, was happily cleaning out his work truck (he’s a kitchen tiler which isn’t light work), and set about chatting away to me until I finally burst out laughing at him in his own incredible circumstances cheering me up. And I’m unconditional? Haha, I needed that…and you too dear lady. The souls we attract to share these moments…of which I thank you too 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋

What you said here brought tears to my eyes. Why is it that those who seem to be beaten with tasks so much more are those who are cheering others up? It is crazy and as you said, it does the trick. They are angels in disguise. That was amazing, what you shared, Mark. It filled my heart with so much warmth.

The universe doesn’t let us away … it makes sure we do learn our lesson. I hear you well, Annette. But sometimes a small favor would be nice, wouldn’t it?

You say it, Jane, that’s the point. We need to find ways to keep our inner world in good shape to shine it on the outside world. Thank you, Jane 💖
