No, we can’t. At one point it becomes too heavy and we have to met it fall off. The liberating feeling after holding on to the heavy load for so long is incredible!

OMG! I was tossing and turning, even in broad daylight, over something that I needed to say to a friend. And when I woke up, I finally got it off my chest! I feel so much better. ❤

Wow! How my family needs to see this, Erika! The Silence is deafening as they insist on NOT talking about the death of my Mother and the horrors of the past. I am determined NOT to shush up. My Heart goes out to those who will not face the truth because that truth always somehow catches up to them. Thank you for the beautiful confirmation you gave me today! 🦋
