Erika, “overcome” them is a more productive way to deal with fears. Keith

Thank you, Keith, very well said! I believe so too! By overcoming we are working on ourselves and thorugh that develop. By fighting we look for the reason for our problems outside of us.

Let’s concentrate our energies on what we want, not on what we don’t want!

So true, Erika! The focus produce the result. Fighting always demands too much power and forces a tunnel view. xx Michae

That is something to be reminded of. Short and to the point. Would you allow me to quote you, Michael?

fears are more afraid of us, than we are of them

Understand a fear, and your perception of it dies with it. Remember those aha moments, when you understand something in a moment…and it sets you free. Your whole perspective is forever changed towards it. Great post Erika 🤗❤️🙏

Ah, yes! When we die everything dies that is from this world, only our divine being still exists like it has always done. Fear and its creator (the ego) dies in the moment, we leave the body. Thanks a lot for adding this important aspect, Mark 💖

Oh, how I love that point of view, Annette! Fear is a construct of the ego. That way it can control us. So, yes, the ego is afraid we could not fear it, because it would have no power over us anymore. Awesome, thank you!

Have you seen the huge Harvest Moon the past couple of nights? It’s still pretty here in the sky when I walk in the mornings! Glorious! 🍁🍂🌕🌾

I saw the full moon, but did not appear this big. Maybe because of the angle. However, I love the full moon and enjoy still seeing it in the morning when opening the windows 😍

Overcome not out of self preservation but to keep progressing.

Exactly! It is of no use to fight something, it weakens. Overcoming something makes us stronger.

This is a great quote to build on.

This is a good conversation starter. Fighting a thing often makes it stronger. Focusing on building a things opposite overcomes it.

That is the point! What we fight is what we feed with energy. We need to focus on what we want and go for it. That makes the difference! Thank you for this great comment, Joseph!

I am finding that building what you desire works much better than trying to destroy what you don’t.
