The purpose of my blog is to inspire and shine a light on the beauty and power of the wonderful being inside your body. You came into this world to share what only you can give. Remember who you really are, conquer the world the way you always wanted to, and become the blessing to us all that you were meant to be.

This is so relatable, Erika. The heart never forgets, emotions can’t be stopped just by thinking them out… we need to feel them to let them go. I woke up with heaviness today, and instead of trying to fixate my mind, I accepted the situation, though a bit uncomfortable, but eventually, those feelings dissolved slowly.

I get you, Sanjo. We do ourselves the greatest favor when we learn to accept and move on. We learned something from it that will make our life or the lives we touch better. I think we need to see it that way to deal better with what we cannot change.

Thank you for sharing, Sanjo. I always appreciate your thoughts and openness!

Oh wow! Beautifully spoken Erika, our hearts river does indeed become born somewhere, travels its path of discovery, ever knowing what was before, to encourage what is to come. This is so well written kind lady, add that to your poetry book…in fact ‘lead’ with it. Thank you for the lovely share 🤗❤️🙏

Erika, you’re a beautiful soul. The juxtaposition of the joy and the “juggling”. The bitter and the sweet. The happiness with a touch of hurt. The Spirit that rises and resonates with love–that’s the power of the positive posture that will never leave. That’s YOUR posture–despite the heavy feeling. I’m like you. I FEEL hard. Love Hard. Hurt hard. BUT we live by truth and feeling it all is ….powerful. And POSITIVE! Much love and hugs, dear friend. You’re a light and treasure! ❣️💞

Your words bring tears to my eyes. You have a way of using words like a soft strike and at the same time like a breeze that makes you breathe deeply.
I agree totally, we have come here to FEEL, to learn through feeling. Yes, feeling deeply means risking more to get hurt. And we feel it harder but we feel ourselves that way and we can say we have truly lived. Who can confirm this better than you, my dear Sister 💖

Whenever I read your words, I feel it too, believe me. Who knows, maybe we met before (in a former life) and got another opportunity on WordPress in this life. As we both know, everything happens for a reason 💖

Thank you, Keith! It happens over an over again. Some days we feel so strong and a single thought, a word someone says, a song we hear can shake our solid construct again.
