Keep up the thought
No matter what
And in your heart
Find a safe spot

Be curious
and let it thrive
your inner picture
will come to life

Erika, I love the idea of finding safe spot in your heart. It is akin to finding a mediation thought to bring you peace.

It could be walking on the beach holding hands and kicking up the water or finding a sunny chair on a cold day to read a book or cuddling with your spouse for a Sunday afternoon nap. Keith
