Walked through the storm

Walked through the night

Through many valleys

In search of light

 

Then finally this light broke through

The path so clear to see

Looked for the source to hold on to

And realized it shone from me

Ha! Was that the path to your hotel after you were done with your 3 hour commute? Were those lights headlights, by any chance?I would definitely feel a bit like this poem after getting through that!

Hahaha…. that is awesome. A true Marissa comment… lol!!!! I cannot stop laughing. You are so right! Could have been that way, when I finally saw the 55 showing up… haha! I actually wrote that poem some days ago… but it really fits “my journey” of yesterday!
