We met a couple on the Camino while we were on the Camino, who suggested we express gratitude of 5 things every day. And since returning, we do that and have noticed a huge difference in our state of mind.

We go to bed lighter and more peaceful and we have noticed that our every days are much the same. Each day a little more lighter, peaceful and happier than the last no matter what we do 🙂

Thank you, dear! Yes, in gratitude definitely lies the key to happiness, satisfaction, fulfillment and the source of more things to be happy about. I used to write a list every Friday for about two years what I was grateful for during the week. The list got longer every Friday. Today I am also grateful on a daily base whenever I notice a little miracle or gift, or just be aware of the blessings that surround me every day.
