How The Well-Being of Others Becomes My Freedom – #60

In 2008 Dr. Wayne Dyer published the book “Living the Wisdom of the Tao”. It contains the 81 verses of the Tao Te Ching. Wayne Dyer wrote an affirmation to each verse to bring the meaning of it to better awareness. I was fortunate to buy that book the first time I experienced Wayne Dyer live at a lecture, and I even got the book signed by the author himself. Still, it is giving me goosebumps to think back to the moment when I was standing in front of him, handing him the book, and got it signed.

Rule Number 6

I shared this post one year ago regarding the importance people grant themselves on social media. Not social media, but the current pandemic made me think of it again. Now that many countries have loosened their strict measures, people seem to go crazy in acting as if everything was already back to normal. But the growing numbers of infections prove that only ignoring a virus doesn’t mean it is not there. We need to follow the little and doable requests like washing or disinfecting hands, social distancing, and wearing masks in crowded places or public transportations. It would be so simple to protect others and ourselves. What many still don’t understand: Wearing masks means protecting the people around me since I cannot be sure that I am virus-free! So, if you ever wanted to do something good for others, it was never easier than today. Wear your mask in the public where it has been recommended or even requested, and follow the hygienic rules.

No More Excuses – The World Is Yours!

Within my important breakthrough year I printed the 18 excuses of Wayne Dyer’s book Excuses BeGone we mostly use instead of just going for what we feel inside. In turns I hung 6 of them which spoke most to me into my kitchen. I went for each of them and made enormous steps in growing out of myself. Read more ›

The Journey of a Miracle!

I so often think back how things have come together in order to unfold the way I find them in my life today. It is an exciting journey of exploring. It helps to understand the universal laws, gives lots of profound insights and therefore strengthens my faith.

My most impressive string of unfolding in order to come to new unfolding is the story how I came to write my book I’m Free and so much that followed. It is a huge story. When you read my book then you find lots of examples in it from my own life how to break free. I am currently writing on a new book which is about miracles. The story I want to tell you today is mentioned in that book and it is still a miracle to me. But at the same time it is only a part of a far bigger miracle that still seems to unfold. Read more ›

In Love and Light!

Real Love is a Condition not an Emotion!

When I start writing my weekly post I can’t do it as long as I am not in a state of love. This state of love enables me to dig deep inside myself and to expand into my inner cores. When I reach that place a feeling surrounds me that I am not able to describe but I try: It is a warmth and an all-embracing comfort that emerges, fills and surrounds my whole being. It is a feeling of happiness and commitment. When I am feeling it I am so full of love that I am almost bursting. Every time I am in this state it is like the excursion to another world – a world of lightness, of being carried with strong invisible arms, a world in which we all are not only accepted for what we are and how we play our roles in life but even cherished for it. Yes, this state in which I dive in when I am writing is what I identify as divine love. It doesn’t judge but perceive. It doesn’t mourn about what was once but thank for it. It doesn’t call for justice since there is interaction which teaches us and keeps us in motion and development. It is a state of pure consciousness and simple being.

I planned to write about something totally different. When I sat down, and closed the door to my room (which says to everyone: Please, do not disturb!) I first went to this place of love in order to feel into the story which I wanted to write about. But – as often – it turns out differently. I love to write because I love to be in that state. I love to meditate because I love to be in that state. I love to love because I love to be in that state.

If ever possible I walk through life looking through eyes of love. When you look through the eyes of love you perceive everything in a completely different way. You see a bee as divine creation which flies around all day long to just fulfill its purpose and we benefit from its purpose. This little bee serves us. A meadow of flowers in the spring makes our heart jump and every single flower and piece of grass does serve us for that feeling. Everything around us serves us. Like every person serves us. When you see everything through the eyes of love you get distanced from physical needs and problems. You see the behavior of others towards you as struggles they have to deal with. You will be able to see their problems, their sorrows, or their burdens, or you will simply perceive that they might have those problems. Looking through the eyes of love will make you compassionate in a supportive but not in a pitying way which never helps. Acting now from this place of perception will lift you in a state of higher awareness and people can feel that. They will change their behaviors over time or even leave since they can’t deal with your new and higher vibration. People will just connect with you because they feel this love and love is all we need in the end. When it comes to the basics we don’t need a good advice we only need love and everything else gets into a new order.

When we feel loved, we feel love. Out of that we gain power, motivation, visions, courage, strength. I am again at the point where I say: All we need is love!

I had a wonderful experience with a homeless person (actually there were two but I want to tell you from the first one). It was two years ago when I went to Pasadena for Wayne Dyers lecture. The lecture was scheduled in the evening but I was there already around 10 am. I strolled around, felt the warm Californian sun and just enjoyed the me-time. While looking at some shop-windows someone started talking to me. I turned around and saw a young-looking woman. She was dressed very simple. Her clothes looked old and used but tidy. She almost did not dare to look me in the eyes and felt guilty for talking to me. She said God bless you several times before she asked me for some money. When I saw her eyes I saw such a sadness lying in them and the embarrassment to be in this situation. She said, she was pregnant and is all by herself and that she doesn’t know how to help herself but asking for some money. I am always very careful when it comes to those situations most of all when I am by myself. But this was different. When I looked in the eyes of that woman something happened. The world around us seemed to dissolve. There was only she and I within a bubble. I felt save and looked into my purse. I only had a one-dollar-note and a twenty-dollar-note. After a second of course I pulled out the twenty-dollar-note. When I gave it to her, her eyes filled with tears. She couldn’t stop thanking me. I couldn’t help it and hugged her strongly and long. I wished her all the blessings in the world. This woman gifted me with the greatest gift ever. She served me in activating the most wonderful feeling: the feeling of love. She seemed like an angel to me sent from above to make me see. I gave her money and she showed me something within myself I had never felt before.

I felt so much love for this woman I never met before – or did I? She felt so very close. And when at night Wayne Dyer was talking about divine love I knew that what I felt was the pure connection from soul to soul – the purest, deepest and most primary connection possible. And yes, that way we met before…

In Love and Light!

Don’t fear, just love!

Do you know that? You want something so hard that your thoughts are only circling around that one thing. May it be a certain outcome of a project, or of a decision someone else makes, a job you want, showing up something you want in your life, winning the jackpot, … If something you have dreamed of for a long time is coming closer and closer but has not manifested yet, you could go crazy because you fear to lose it before you even had. There is still excitement about the fulfilling of that dream but the fear of a possible failure is growing more and more. Why? Read more ›

Another big step on the ladder of realized dreams!

My dear friends. I am still in Pasadena and can’t wait to share this wonderful weekend with you after the completion of my book signing.

On Friday we were in the audience with 3000 people to hear Wayne W. Dyer’s lecture. The starting point of the big change in my life definitely has had to do with Wayne Dyer.  In 2009 I found his book at the Los Angeles Airport, while waiting for our delayed plane. I did not know Wayne Dyer at all, but the book attracted me. In 1000 years I would have never ever thought that one day I was signing my books about transformation of life at the same event Wayne Dyer is giving a lecture.

Yesterday we also had a fantastic day joining workshops of great authors like Brian Weiss, John Holland, and Caroline Myss. I cannot even count the amount of goose bumps and insights I was given. And today on Sunday I finally had the chance to see the amazing Gregg Braden.

But nothing ever on this weekend can catch up with the book signing today. I was provided with 75 books to sign and give away for free. Although I did not doubt, that I would be busy signing books both of my 30 minutes, I worried a little if the time would be enough. Then all of a sudden the doors opened from the previous lecture given by Doreen Virtue and people swarmed all over the place lining up in highspeed in front of my booth. I was totally surprised. So many said, that they already took a look into my book and hurried to the opened book signing in order to not miss their chance to meet me and get a signed copy. I was overwhelmed, couldn’t stop smiling and laughing and had such great moments with every encounter. Believe it or not, but after 30 minutes there were only 3 books left. And before I went into the break those books were gone too. Even all the books on the publisher’s table which were for sale where gone at the end of the day. When I was out of free copies people went downstaires bought my book and came back in order to have it signed by me. Here are some impressions:

Also I was so happy to meet one of my WordPress friends Kevin from He and his family came to visit me at the booth. He told me that he plans to come by, but after this exciting signing experience I forgot about it and was so happily surprised when they showed up! Since it was the end of my signing period my husband and I had some time for a wonderful talk. Thanks Kevin and Ellen for visiting me with your cute little daughter. I appreciate it a lot!IMG_4725

What a day!!! A dream has come true in many ways. When we were sitting in the warm Californian sun during the break between the two signing periods I said to my husband that I don’t get what is just about to happen. When I saw  Wayne Dyer 5 years ago at a lecture  I wished that one day I would be able to do what he does: Spreading encouragement, motivation, and love in order to inspire others to fill their lives with all the beauty and joy they are in core. Today I got so much closer to the picture I have carried inside for 5 years. I have published 4 books and my whole life changed in highspeed! I love my life and I am grateful to no end for all the pain, all the fears, all the doubts and all the tears and frustrations of the past. They made me see the difference in life and they made me jump out of my self made prison. I would have never experienced a feeling of liberation and conscious self development without them.

Life is good! If it’s not good, we need to make it good. If we can’t make it good, we are using excuses! If we know what we want or at least what we don’t want anymore we can make a shift. Yes, it needs courage because we don’t know what a new road has in store for us. But to face the unknown is the only way in order to invent our lives new and it is the only way to evolve.

In Love and Light!

On my way to Pasadena!

I am so excited! Today is the day and I am gonna leave for Pasadena! Two years ago I went to the I CAN DO IT! event as a visitor to join Wayne Dyer’s lecture. This time I not only can meet all the amazing authors  but most of all be an official and promoted part of the event. A small step compared to what others already made but a huge one for me!

I am not on stage (this time) but I am an officially promoted international author with book signing hours:

Sunday 10.00 – 10.30 am and 12.00 – 12.30 pm I hope to meet as many of my dear co-bloggers as possible. I really found a wonderful community over here where everybody can share what ever they have in mind or heart.

What a long way I have come since Pasadena emerged in my mind: It must have been a movie I saw once in my teenage years where they passed a signpost saying Pasadena. I don’t remember the movie at all and also don’t know if Pasadena even played a role in it. For some reason it attracted me completely and the picture of that signpost was burned in my head and heart from that moment on. It was one of my dreams to once passing a sign with Pasadena on it on the highway. When I went to California for the first time in my life in 2009, I couldn’t believe it when we unexpectedly passed the sign and it happened that I even went to Pasadena. Meanwhile Pasadena has become a new meaning for me and the signpost of my dreams might have been a reminder what life has in store for me. A dream come true in many ways – one more time! And I will keep on working on it to experience more of my fulfilled dreams until the end of days. It also is another proof that whatever dream, yearning or vision is glowing inside of you is your Soul reminding you to your inner bucket list for this incarnation. Checking this bucket list will never disappoint you but lead you to spheres inside of you which words can never express.

I can’t wait to post about my experiences and make you part of one of my greatest adventures and the next big step of my new life regarding following my voice and living my dreams! This is what life is meant to be!

There is something in this life for all us and WE CAN DO IT!

Rocky Balboa – Great Quotes!

Last night I watched Rocky Balboa. I am a kid of the 80s and therefore I grew up with Silvester Stallone’s movies! Rocky Balboa is the final part of 6. I love that one a lot. It is not about winning, but about living a dream as long as it is possible. Or as Wayne Dyer puts it: Don’t die with your music still in you. It is about understanding that life is not about yourself, being there for others, make piece with the past and forgive yourself. It really touched me

But whatever you may think about the Rocky-Series, at least the last contents some powerful sayings which I want to share with you! I already watched the movie in 2006 when it was played in theatres. I think the reason I did not remember these quotes is, that at that time I still was caught in my own prison and not receptive for them.

Have a blessed Sunday in Love and Light!

My book – a breakthrough experience!

It was a beautiful day in September 2009 when I sat in this little cove in Laguna Beach. I sat there watching the waves come and go and listened to their calming sound that let me drift into a state of meditation. It felt comfort, healing, and lightness. At that time, I was in the middle of a marriage crisis, and at a point, I wanted to get rid of my old life filled with fear, self-doubt, and dependency on the goodwill of the outside world. I was confused; I didn’t know what to change and how to move on. I could not see the path in front of me, but only the one behind me and all the fears I drew into the presence. By that time, I had read many books to find back to my inner power and self-esteem and to find a way to live without fear and get the courage to stand up for myself.
