I don’t know about you, but since I realized that I have the ability and permission to create my life the way I want it, I am open to inspiration, and curiously looking out for opportunities. When something on the outside seems to connect with something inside of me, I look closer. I don’t question it anymore or even push it away, only because it could cause effort or a change of plans. Instead, I want to find out more about this new window that seems to open.

I came to a chapter where he discussed “the three concepts of holistic living.” The three concepts are Honesty, Awareness, and Responsibility.

The quote above may look and sound familiar. Over the past weeks, I have written in different posts about taking responsibility and creating an inner concept to support your inner peace. A case in my family reminded me of this topic. Although I am an epicure, I never had problems with any addiction. Never! I even refused to get in touch with smoking, alcohol, or drugs. I have a strong sense of self-discipline (which can lead to other problems), but probably not to addictions. So, I don’t know how it feels to be addicted, and what I write here is based on my observations only. Maybe right that can be interesting.

Since I discovered it now, it may be time to go with it. So, I wrote this post without using my mind too much. I hope it is what one or the other needs to read today.

At one point, I noticed being completely relaxed and detached from any agenda or news. I read a bit in Neal Donald Walsch’s book “What God Said”. I think I only made it through a page when I laid the book aside and asked myself what I actually believe. What do I believe about my role here in connection to every person? And what do I believe about my connection to God? Instantly, I felt the need to write everything down that started coming up like an eruption of a volcano. What you read in the following are my unfiltered thoughts in the exact order I wrote them down.

Although the idea of living that dream brings you joy, the thought of realizing it brings you back down to earth. The reasons can be money, circumstances, self-doubt, or fear in various forms.

Each One’s Responsibility
Why is it that we still don’t see
That we are dancing our last dance
To save our planet, maybe we
Already lost our given chance

Often we are confronted with situations we may have had no control over or no influence that they happened the way they happened. At least that may be the first thought about it. I may go through life doing my thing the way I do it by being the person I am without bad intentions. Still, life may throw stones in my way. It is easy to fall into the victim mode like: “What can I do?” Consequently, I may ignore or accept what is but continue doing everything the way I always did because I am not considering my responsibility for the outcome. I have been able to follow the developments of the following examples for some time.
Read more ›There are situations in our lives that we know for sure it would be time to change or end. We know it would make life easier, and less stressful. We know that this particular step would create space to feel happier and more at peace again. What is it that keeps us from taking that step?

A few weeks ago I picked up one of Walsch’s books and began to read the first pages. After I read the short list of the 25 core messages to explain the main message (in the title) I stopped reading. It was so inspiring and my mind started spinning. Before I read on I want to share the flow of pictures and thoughts of some of those core messages which immediately filled me. Most of those core messages won’t appear new since we are talking about them over and over again. We all share them in our own words. Isn’t that amazing proof that we are fully aware of God’s message? If you would like to read the previous parts, you can check out here part 1, part 2, part 3, part 4, and part 5.
