Sorry, friends, I didn’t manage to schedule my regular posts for this week. Hopefully, everything will be back to normal next week.
But I’d like to share one of my life mottos with you as inspiration for this week—something the world so desperately needs these days. Simply act the way you want your life to be. By doing so, you’ll not only inspire others to follow your example, but you’ll also actively set the law of attraction in motion to manifest what you believe. Don’t wait for others to change. Because that is what too many still do!
Have a great week!

Love this! Acting as if your goals are already reality is such a powerful way to create momentum and inspire change in yourself and others.

I agree! And once you know that you can affect conditions that way, already makes you feel this enthusiasme and anticipation of what is about to come – which only increases the power of creation. Thank you!

It took a while but I finally realised that what I sought was the wisdom of that love and happiness we all search for. And in those steps we eventually stop following and become ourselves, a natural light not a reflected one from another by opening to that love. That you can see and feel in others as they too open. Great post kind lady, for a loving motto it seems to have had us all ‘looking’ deep 🤗❤️🙏

We all have the same goal, I am convinced about it. We just come from different directions and through different areas. That’s the journey. I think the really big step to ourselves is what you say: recognizing that we have our own light and not only the others. I think that is, when our personal journey becomes a deep meaning and is walked consciously from that moment on. All experiences are seen in a different, much closer yet bigger, context.
Thank you, Mark, you always inspire me to go deeper 💖

Thanks Erika. It has long been a great motto to live by. I am reminded of Fred (Mister) Rodgers sage advice from his mother. When there is a terrible tragedy and all seems lost, he said his mother taught him to watch the helpers (the EMTs, firefighters, police, doctors, nurses, etc.). Do what the helpers are doing and just start helping. This is a heightened example, but gives some guidance. Keith

This is (again) the perfect example drawn from life. Thanks for mentioning this, Keith!

You are right, but we first need to know who the hell we really are and what we want. You can’t be who you can’t see

Consider the people you admire, and why you admire them. Then consider those admirable traits in the context of yourself because, if you admire them in others, what better person to model similar traits than yourself?

I think you can admire something but just naturally fail at it, I mean who you are is independent of what you think someone else is doing .. of course it may work but honestly if it worked it was always in you.

I think we have to agree to disagree on that concept. The goal is to determine what is important to you as an individual because, if it is important to you, then the greatest reward you can surely give yourself is to pursue goals accordingly. This does NOT mean that you must achieve the same attributes that you admire in others, but it should give you a life direction.
I admire Mahatma Gandhi for his acceptance of all religions, despite being of the Hindu faith. I also admire his emphasis on non-violence to resolve differences.
This does not mean that I should join the Hindu faith and travel the world preaching non-violence, but it does mean that I should be open-minded about religious beliefs, and should endeavour to negotiate differences to a satisfactory conclusion rather than use threats (or worse).
You might admire an individual who has done so much good around the world. You may not be able to emulate that lifestyle for a variety of reasons, but you can still make an impact (albeit on a smaller scale) by simply volunteering at a local community support operation.
I cannot donate $10M to a local hospital (I wish!!!!), but there is no reason why I cannot donate a much smaller amount to a local food bank.
Once we have established a sense of direction, there is no reason why we cannot evaluate our own life and skills and move in that direction.

I agree with that concept, that’s what I meant too.. the sense of direction in life is what most of us lack. Also what shapes one might not do the same thing for us.
The Purpose is always unique, it’s what feels right to us, and that may come after transcending the limitations of what we were told, it comes after surpassing the shadow aspects within us..
I’ve seen many people growing up who wanted to be like someone they aspired to but it always comes with a lot of unique hindrances that sometimes one never sees behind the scenes of what their idols went through,
I think that sense of direction is necessary but also it should align with our core values, our unique strengths, we can’t lie to our own souls… We have to pick our crosses.

It is actually not that complicated. How do you want the world to be? Compassionate? Be it! Supportive? Be it? Respectful? Be it! Not more, not less. You have a vision you want to bring into life? Take every possible step that you can and have that thought in your head (and heart) that it is not an “if” but only a “when”. When you are convinced and go for it with full passion, possible setbacks in between can only take you to different approaches, but not to give up. That’s how so much worked for me. You can keep it rational, but also see it from a higher level of vibration. You send something out that connects with the same energy around you. Therefore, when you change, people around you change (or the choice of people changes). That’s why it is true that “if you change your thoughts, you can change your life”.
Btw. we change and develop constantly. So, if we wait until we know who we really are, we might miss chances to create. But through creating, we find out who we really are. So, whatever we “we want to see in this world”, and trying to be it, takes us closer to who we are.
Thanks a lot for your comment, Sanjo. It totally inspired me, and as I can see, Colin too.

I get it Erika,… It’s all about energy. But don’t you think that we may miss the target when we just do what feels “right” what If we are in avoidance? And we just wanna be like someone else because we are wounded subconsciously?
Sometimes we just do things because we are trying to meet some unmet needs, or we just hate the idea of looking stupid, or we weren’t seen as children so it manifests as wanting to get rich, famous, etc but that fades and we’re left empty after we have achieved them.

You have a number of “What ifs” there, but what if you reach your senior years and reflect back with “I wonder if I could have ……?” or “I wish I had at least tried to ……! or “If only I had (whatever) while I was able to!”
There are many studies of people at their life’s end who express regret at never having tried to do …….. (whatever used to be a dream).
This is such a broad topic which is why I always fall back on the rationale that if I can identify what traits I admire in others, then I can take the first step in my own life to develop similar traits.
What better position could any of us be in, than to be able to look at ourselves in a mirror and say …….. it was a lot of work, but you did good!

Oh, yes, Colin, we talked about this so often. It is so important to be aware of that. It is never as bad to “fail” but to never know how something could have been. And from every “failure” we learn which makes them an experience (not a failure). Thanks for adding this, Colin.

Thank you for I know where you want to go with this. And yes, who knows what’s really right or wrong, right? Actually no one, right? And maybe we are in avoidance but don’t even notice. We can only start this journey from where we are today by checking things out, bringing visions into being, and developing from that. My truth today, may not be my truth tomorrow. But I can only develop or change my truth if I live it and deal with the consequences. That way I see how things work or don’t.
I used to only do what I was taught until I was in my early 30s. I did it, because I thought this was the only truth (and I was afraid to go “against the rules”). I already had my own family and the longer the more I realized that what I was taught was not right for me. I realized it by watching my children and how I treated them with that “old” truth. I learned through that, that this direction did not work out for me. I worked against myself, against my heart, against my inner conviction which was hidden deep down. But I began to work on myself and dug it out piece by piece, because I wanted to be a different mother, and I wanted to get rid of the ghosts of the past. And by doing so, I found more and more to who I was.
However, we all are works in progress and we can only do what feels right to us. Even though we follow a truth of someone else, one day, we will see the consequences and realize if it is the own truth.
But going back to a simple example. What is wrong with seeing peace as the world I want to live in? If I want peace, I need to be peaceful too. I cannot want to live in peace but fight my neighbors. That won’t work. The only way to achieve is to be peaceful myself. It may be that others are not, but, something will change anyway. If you are peaceful from your heart, you will step back at times – not because of resigning but because you see the higher context and the goal. The more peaceful you act, the more peaceful you become, and the less other’s envy (for example) will irritate you.
Ok, this got longer than planned although I did not even go all the way back. But however, what I want to say is: Everyone has a different perspective, and that perspective guides them on their way. They will make decisions and experiences, and develop from there. They will get influenced and will influence. That is this big game down here that keeps the collective development in motion. I believe that we came into this physical life to create with our spiritual and our physical abilities while life teaches us the one or the other lesson. But everything is tailored to our state of consciousness, designed to expand it through every experience. To do this, we sometimes have to be brave and push beyond our limits. That is precisely where our greatest achievements and steps forward lie. That is when we grow beyond ourselves. We create our lives constantly and most of the time unconsciously by what we believe is true.

I now get it Erika. I’m 29 and it feels like I’ve wasted my whole life in fear. I was conditioned to be so, that’s why you find me trying to find comfort in things like *still figuring it out” but honestly, you can’t know unless you try, I am who I am today because I chose this kind of state, either consciously or subconsciously, I can’t deny the fact that I didn’t know better but again not knowing it better is the only way out.
It’s a uniquely”orchestrated” journey for each one of us but along the way we find that each experience was necessary. The “truth” we long for rings different for each one of us. So better enjoy the ride, the confusion, wounds and triggering we awaken are both necessary.
Transcending that fear is hell of a journey but always the only way.
Thanks for this conversation.

Fear was my companion until I was almost 40 and still it tries to control me. So, I totally understand how difficult it is where to put your foot next. And that’s why this conversation is so important. The fear of figuring out while you know you have to figure it out in order to know and understand that you are so much more than your fears.
You are already on the mainroad still trying to fit into the traffic. But you are already there. It is confusing and you find so much new about yourself and how others “drive”, right because you are open to get rid of your old pattern. Because, in the end, fear is nothing but thoughts and thoughts can be changed. It is not easy but your freedom lies beyond fear. I am sure you already made experiences that proved it. But yes, it is a journey that’s done in steps. Some steps may cause experiences that push you forward in highspeed and some are taken slowly. But every step is a step out of your prison. Just keep up what you started, you can do it! If others can so why shouldn’t you?
My pleasure, Sanjo, and I am always there if you want it.

In my circles we call that the law of sowing and reaping. What you sow that will you reap.

Yes, I agree. The law of attreaction or sow and reap are of the same principle. You send something out and the consequences (whatever consequences) will reach you. Thanks for adding this, Joseph.
