365 Thoughts of Healing – #117

It’s time for a thought that may accompany you through the week. May you find peace with whatever happened in the past, and be aware that it is behind you. Don’t allow your thoughts to keep something alive and hurt you for something that no longer exists in the present. Or grab the bull by the horns and face what you tried to ignore for too long. Sometimes you may push yourself to forgive, but maybe you need to forgive yourself for not being able to forgive yet.

365 Thoughts of Healing is available on Amazon
as an e-book (on any Amazon marketplace)
or paperback (except on .com.au and .co.jp)

The links above lead you to amazon.com
but you can purchase the book on any Amazon marketplace.

The purpose of my blog is to inspire and shine a light on the beauty and power of the wonderful being inside your body. You came into this world to share what only you can give. Remember who you really are, conquer the world the way you always wanted to, and become the blessing to us all that you were meant to be.

It is a powerful journey to reach that incredible place within us Erika. And I truly believe it is that bumpy road that makes us so much more appreciative when we finally see that it is ‘our’ love that it that healer indeed.

Great post Erika, may that love in each of us allow a break, a rest for this beautiful time of year, and truly feel the love it is built on. Thank you for sharing yours 🤗❤️🙏

You touched that important point. Although I picked this excerpt randomly, it is fitting this time of the year so well. Let’s make peace with everything (or at least, with as much as possible) within us to drop the burden and move on to new adventures with a light mind and heart 🙏💖

It is a real life-changer. I did it since I saw it as the only way to get rid of my resentments and find peace. Feeling the joy of consciously forgiving by action is like flipping a switch. Thank you very much, Keith!
