Erika, well said. Using an easy example, in golf if you focus on how you want the shot to go and less on the mechanics (i.e. trust your swing), you have a better chance of hitting that shot. Keith

That’s exactly what we were taught in volleyball! Focus on the target not on how doing it. Good example, Keith!
