The purpose of my blog is to inspire and shine a light on the beauty and power of the wonderful being inside your body. You came into this world to share what only you can give. Remember who you really are, conquer the world the way you always wanted to, and become the blessing to us all that you were meant to be.

It all started when I was helping someone through a tough patch, and I had put my hand in the middle of their back. And after a moment they burst into tears. Then later they turned to me and said…it was like I’d asked them to open, to finally let go, to heal.

I didn’t think too much at first but each time it occurred the same thing happened. And as time went by, and each time I healed me, I healed them too. Something we are all capable of.

When we dare to open our hearts to someone else, in a relationship, friends, even strangers…it opens us further and further, each step coming closer to that place inside…that unconditional love we are opening to.

A beautiful post Erika, may we all dare to go beyond that first step and ‘feel’ that beauty that is calling us. Thank you for sharing kind lady, the words your heart found 🤗❤️🙏

Thank you Gail, it is the energy of that empathy and compassion from where we’ve been. Don’t get me wrong, some are naturals (Erika🤗), and some go down a very dark rabbit burrow. And we all do that to find it in us. It has a purpose, a very beautiful purpose. I can feel your energy from here too kind lady, your journey has taken you far also 🤗❤️🙏

I had tears in my eyes reading your words, Mark. You conveyed this development of giving, opening up, healing, giving,… so heartfelt. And I can so relate to what you said here. It all goes along with this growing love we can feel expand within us. A feeling like love is not only within but also surrounds and embraces us. And we realize, it has been always there. It was us who locked ourselves out and we can always open up to love again.

Thank you for your beautiful words, Mark. You are such an inspiration and your words have so much meaning 💖

As you do also Erika 🤗 This journey takes us deep so we can see that very love inside us. But to understand it we need to see both sides, see the hurt, anger and pain to truly appreciate the love when we break through to it.

And when I did a very powerful thing opened to me…it is all our decisions and we attract accordingly. And that very thing is the trigger to realize, we have broken us, and we have dared to go into its path and heal it. We did, and like anything we create we truly appreciate what it took to get there.

And this healing? We truly do appreciate a very powerful journey to find that love.

Great post kind lady, and thank you for taking me back on that path, and on looking back to really see how far I have come, it was a powerful time 🤗❤️🙏

I so agree! Over time we build up a thick shell around us – made of believes, taught mentality, our fears and excuses. Only in breaking that shell can we see who we really are beneath the walls of distortion. And yes, it is scary to break it because we have forgotten what lies there beneath and we are afraid it could be even more frightening than what we successfully brushed under the carpet. It is also scary because it causes pain to break that shell. It is painful to remove a band-aid. It is painful to break that wall inside. It is like another birth into a new awareness.
Thank you for the amazing inspiration you left here for us, Mark 💖

Haha, I love the band aid analogy Erika. Perfect. And yes, the taking it off to discover if we are dying or its healed nicely 🤣

It may be a scary path but that is its jewel, to truly build to an appreciation after all we’ve been through to open to that love we’ve ever been looking for my friend. Well said 🤗❤️🙏
