The purpose of my blog is to inspire and shine a light on the beauty and power of the wonderful being inside your body. You came into this world to share what only you can give. Remember who you really are, conquer the world the way you always wanted to, and become the blessing to us all that you were meant to be.
Hi, Sarah, this is a wonderful thought. I always say, we need to accept it and embrace it as a part of our own unique development, but falling in love with the past is so much better. Thanks for this inspiring thought, Sarah 💖
They have a great purpose those difficult memories, ever touching us to go beyond them if they haunt us. And once we do, their message changes. They lose their power…but…ever a noticeboard of great wisdom in what it took to reach that place. The wisdom in that empathy, compassion and love we have become because of it. This post has very few words Erika, but a very powerful post. A wise lady speaks from that very past 🤗❤️🙏
Those memories can lift us up or bring us to our knees in instants. But the depth reminds us how meaningful some moments and people in our lives were which is a reason to be thankful for 💖
Yes indeed kind lady. And as you so wisely said, it is their depth to us that teaches an appreciation, a thankfulness, a self love because of that path and those memories we hold within from them 🤗❤️🙏
That’s right! As I just said, it proves that we are able to create our feelilngs by what we think. Triggers only touch thoughts and thoughts can be changed. It can be a long way, but it is possible to change our programming willingly.
Past keeps coming back to you in spirals. I believe, only falling in love with the past can be a way to set yourself free from it.

A friend and I were talking about that just this morning. The wounds remain, although they scab over.

Yes, that’s true. And it is scary how deep they still can be.

So many things can trigger memories, throwing us off our train of thought in the moment.

A brief moment can change the inner world so dramatically. This proves that we have the ability to create our feelings.

This is very true. Our feelings can be stirred up from outside or within.
