It is the kind of liberation we can only give ourselves by opening our hearts instead of locking them up. We may think we protect us when we lock up our hearts, but in fact, we only isolate ourselves 💖

It does take time to understand what real awareness means. When you got a glimpse of that feeling that frees you from all chains, make you feel free only because detached from any “needing” and judgment, you begin to want to raise your awareness. Because you want that feeling back and more of it!
