Help The Storm To Pass
When a storm rages inside
You cannot simply close the window
You cannot hide below the ground
To keep it from harming you
When there’s a storm inside of you
You must open a door
‘Cause what keeps raging inside you
Will make you weak and sore
The longer you misunderstand
That it cannot be silenced
The more you get bruises inside
And suffer from the violence
Take one step back, open your hand
And give yourself a smile
Let be what is and drop it there
Then you can heal after a while
In Love and Light

Very nice poem Erika, I agree, with you, we must allow the storms to pass, then we can heal!

Yes, we must open up to let it out, or it will destroy ourselves.

Right, we need the storms to clear us out too!

It takes a while sometimes, but I think because of that it give a much greater appreciation and love of us when we finally break through those inner storms. Great verse kind lady, may our hearts indeed help those storms to pass 😀❤️🙏

May we open our hearts to ourselves and let those storms pass… Thank you, Mark 💖

Such a powerful poem. Letting go of the raging storm inside is much harder than facing an external storm.

It so is! And we rather keep it raging inside then letting it fly off.

When we hold on to certain things internally we can do more harm than good. Let it go and let it flow out of your system so that inner peace can reset itself. Awesome poem, Erika 🌞

Often there is such a resistance to open that door and let it flow. Probably because deep down there we forgot how “it” looked and are afraid to face that demon. But once done, the relief could not be greater.

I agree. Overcoming that demon opens up for the light to burst through.

Erika,
I was led here for a reason. Your words are so wise and beautiful. A storm is brewing outside. Yesterday, one was brewing IN ME. You need to know how this touched me today. I’ll not forget it. You’re such a gifted and beautiful soul! Much love and light, Karla💛💛💚🙏

I believe that we are guide to the signposts we need to see. But only the open-hearted and open-minded can recognize them. I am humbled that my words could work as such signposts for you today.
Since I am scheduling my posts up to 2 weeks ahead, they are often reminders and signposts for myself too.
💖 Sending you much love and big hugs, dear friend 💖

Believe me, I feel them clearly with every word 💖Your energy is very strong.
You are so sweet, but there is nothing special to admire about me… just a woman that wants to share what she was granted with. And I love sharing this with someone like you escpecially. You see so much and feel so intensely. You are teaching me so many important things about life and showing me new perspectives. It is simply meant to be that we met and these little wonders are what I love about this life.
Much love, dear Karla 💖
