About 15 years ago, it was an exercise I practiced three times daily … only if we appreciate and love ourselves can we share and spread this love which this world needs so much 💖

The first time I looked in the mirror and said it, I couldn’t keep looking at myself. It stunned me that I actually couldn’t face myself, that is how ingrained our fears are, those negativities and doubts that we hold against ourselves 😀❤️🙏🎄🎅

That’s exactly what I needed to practice too. Looking into my eyes and not making fun of me… because I feared being this loving to myself. It is sad that we can treat ourselves like our worst enemy!

It is just to show us what we are…so that we can become much more than that. And we most certainly do, and then appreciate the journey so much more because of that. Great post kind lady, may we ever dare to look…and find our way home 😀❤️🙏🎄🎅

Exactly, and I think that is what I am trying to find throughout my life: the darkness in order to see the light shining even brighter after I crossed it. That happy ending that weighs so much more than a life in constant balance. A paradox and then again it is not. Because as we always say, we learn through the opposites.
