The purpose of my blog is to inspire and shine a light on the beauty and power of the wonderful being inside your body. You came into this world to share what only you can give. Remember who you really are, conquer the world the way you always wanted to, and become the blessing to us all that you were meant to be.
I can’t add much more than already said Erika, loved your reply to Mark.
I’m keeping pretty quite over next few days of Equinox .. I’m creating , painting planting, and meditating. Not all in that order lol .
Feel we really now have to pull the love and light in to anchor it in place.
I envy you for your plans. It sounds so peaceful and flowing. I needed to start with my garden… however, all things have their time. You enjoy yours, dear Sue 💖
Erika, so well said! If you get up and say let’s make it a great day, you have a better chance of success than if you wake up like Eeyore. As I was contemplating this statement, I was thinking of a child who falls and possible skins a knee or elbow. If no one immediately rushes to him or her, the child will take his or her cues from others as to cry or just dust off and go about their day.
I have seen my children hurt themselves upstairs, walk down the stairs without crying and start crying when they get an audience downstairs. When they get a less than ER nurse reaction having witnessed this act, we can have a less emotional conversation whether they are alright. Keith
Oh, that is such a good example, Keith. The same with the fear of spiders or bees, or wasps… if the adult starts screaming and running off, the message for the kid is clear.
I think once we stop defining, we free ourselves from thoughts that keep us from learning from those experiences. Because that is the only reason they happen. Yes, horrible feelings both physically and mentally, but they are supposed to support our development. I am not happy about them either when in the middle of them but it helps to see them as guidance toward a better me, the me I wanted to become.
So true Erika ❤️

It is all in the head and that makes the difference of how we deal with everything.

So true. Who knows when something that appears “bad” is actually a blessing in disguise. 🎭

That’s exactly the point! Everything that happens just happens and it is up to us how we deal with it and grow on it.
