Erika I had tried it through Amazon before telling you. As I have my regular account there, but it did not take maybe it was an international transaction.
Now I tried your both links the publisher’s is was taking with lot of efforts. When I saw to place the order it was asking for 121 dollars. Your soft copy cost is 20.99 shipping 99.90 then I returned. It will cost me almost Rs 12,000/-.
Anyways I do not understand how you run your Zazzle store, when there are foreign orders.
You where so happy but….. Its okay.

Are you living in India? However, I have never heard of such expensive shipping costs. Wow! Book is printed in the US. So, that must be the regular shipping cost. The shipping costs depend on the country of the recepient and the country of the sender. From wherever I ordered something, I never saw such high shipping costs. There must be a lot of taxes added in your country. I am sorry for that. You could still take the e-book. It is a lot cheaper and there are no shipping costs. However, I am very sorry it did not work the way you wished. Have a blessed day, Shiva.
