This juxtaposition has been on my mind for a while. We all see the difference between both and for sure get the deeper meaning. We are all shaped by life, and by all the influences to which we are exposed in this life until our last breath. And nobody likes it to act against their conviction or personal virtues only to suffice their boss, society, a tradition, or simply some people who take advantage of another person’s helplessness, insecurity, fear, or dependency. Yes, we all know that, but sometimes the line between both is very thin…
… and then again not. We do feel when we act against our nature. But sometimes, we are confronted with such circumstances or become challenged by such people to find out where the personal limit line is. Because sometimes, we may think we are acting against ourselves while, in fact, we are called to step out of our comfort zone and become more than we are. Mostly, it is not the soul feeling oppressed or is resisting, but our fears or comfort level keep us from going along with the challenge. There is a pretty simple way to figure who is talking to you. The soul never resists!
The soul accepts and uses all it experiences for its growth. The soul sees what is and makes of it what it needs. But it never backs off because it knows that nothing can ever harm it. It knows that this life is meant to be experienced and that everything life sends is perfectly tuned to the incarnation plan of the soul.
So, if you feel like being bent, then look closer.
You are not called to run away.
You are called to find a way.
And that way you are always shaped and never bent.
In Love and Light
Excellent thoughts.. Indeed, so many people right now are finding themselves being bent or coerced in certain directions which feels unnatural…..
While many roads, have many twists and turns… Each juncture often leading us down another route we perhaps had not thought or considered, but by taking that route has led us to further experiences..
But within us all I feel is an inbuilt safety value… That Knowing of how far we should Not bend…. because if we bend too far.. We are either breaking rules or breaking ourselves..
Your Soul… your heart of hearts knows how far to go, ( usually )…. Your Gut instincts kick in, to tell you Right choice from wrong choice…
And having said all of that… Even the wrong choices at the time of making can lead us to a brighter path…
Which comes back to NDW as no right or wrong… JUST IS… lol…
Sending Love and Blessings dearest Erika…. ❤

You so met the core message here, Sue. But I am not surprised, of course. We tend to please people and due to a lack of self-esteem or awareness we may think we have to or it would help us to be respected and loved. Big misunderstanding… been there. That only takes us further away from who we are and it becomes the more difficult to aligne again. Being shaped is important and a natural process which we should follow for our own sake. But we need to do our best to stay authentic as much as possible. As you said, follow the gut instinct and let the heart take the lead.
Thank you so much for your wonderful comment, Sue. 💖

Same over here. Although you and I both know that, it can still be tricky to live it … old pattern still keep breaking through. But as long as we remember we are on a good path.
Thank you so much, Sue. I always appreciate your lovely visits and leaving your words of wisdom 💖

Erika, nicely stated. Test pilots call this “pushing the envelope.” Their job is to bend things and see how they work under stress. We may not want to risk everything, but taking measured risks or wild ones on occasion, will thrill us as well as help us grow. So, say yes to something more than you do now. Keith

What you said here reminds me of a quote I take very serious: “Do something every day that scares you.” That’s what takes us our of our comfort zone but still doesn’t overwhelm. And if we don’t do enough things that scare us, life will step in… Thank you, Keith!

Very true. I had friend who was scared of public speaking. His remedy still surprises me. He decided to teach an aerobics class, something he had never done. That brought him out. Keith
