True. I have a relative who suffers from paranoia and anxiety, among other things. Her therapist calls it “stinking thinking.” Even things that are more normative are blown out of proportion. So, helping her realize such is important. Keith

That’s a terrible condition to be in since it is her reality. It is so difficult to convince yourself that this is not the reality you need or have to live in. As you said, the people around her need to help her constantly in that process.

I’m so very glad I made it but didn’t get there on my own the only thing that gives me fits I guess is that I have to learn a lot of things for the first time but I’m a fast study 📖 a lot of things are coming very naturally and I’m so very grateful for that Erika 💖💖❣️

I’m so sorry work was just hell today and then I’m dealing with everything else 🙄 This is the first free moment I’ve had all day and it’s definitely a blessing and it’s a little too late to change my mind after everything I have C+ boobs hon and I’m 5ft10 140lbs and a size 8 I’m walking on air lol 😂 And even if I could stop it I wouldn’t ever I love 💕 my body now the way it’s developed and I’m so proud of myself and I love 💕 my insight now I’m so focused and I have so many amazing opportunities and options I love 💕 being me I’m the woman I’ve always wanted to be honestly how could my life get any better and now I’m just waiting for the ok to be able to you know I’m actually really excited to see how it feels or if I will like it kinda scared 😱 as well Erika lots of love 💕 and biggest hugs 🤗💖💖❣️

Thanks hon for the support and confidence 💖💖🤗 I had a doctors appointment today it’s looking like it will be probably another 2-3 months before (D) day lol❣️I know that I won’t be a virgin on account I’m not a biological woman and the therapy I’m doing to keep everything open and working I’m still excited and scared at the same time I just hope I know what to do I mean idk it’s definitely gonna be interesting lol 😂 it’s been a long road Erika thanks 🙏💖💖

Believe it or not, but even after living in this area for over 40 years, I still have problems to understand the sung Swiss dialect… at least the Berne dialect… lol

When I finally stepped through, the realisation of everything that went before was incredible. You can finally ‘see’ that it all had to happen exactly as it did for you to ‘understand’ that inner self love. We cannot love unconditionally until we do that to ourselves. We only ever give out what we are 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋
