Erika, I have a social worker friend who has taught me a great deal. She would use the words “being present” rather than awareness. Too often, we are passengers in our own lives. Awareness or presence will open up the mind as you note to things that were there all along and maybe a few new things. Keith

I can second that, Keith. Being in the present moment, you are fully aware of what happens in that very moment. No drifting away in thoughts, plans, or worries of the next day or pondering of the last one. The simple being which also makes it so much clearer that there is only one moment, currently! Thank you so much❣️But I didn’t do it alone I have my Very Amazing GF’S to thank for seeing my pain and giving me the wisdom and courage to be the woman I am today and I’m soooooo very grateful and thankful for that and I tell them every day how much they mean to me I’m just so happy that my body’s finally in sinc and my outside matches my inside hon I so love 💕 reading your posts they’re so amazing and inspirational 💖💖❣️

Of course, support helps a lot, strengthens and encourages. It is so much harder and for sure a longer way to go. But, however, without your will to take that step no support would be of any use. In the end, it was your decision. Blessings to you and everyone who has supported your journey 💖

The wall of fears is such a great way to hide the most beautiful things behind it, to hide life itself behind. I agree fully, we appreciate it so very much more once the misunderstanding was finally discovered. 💖
