You Are An Influencer!

We are constantly exposed to external influences. These influences determine how we influence ourselves. Because in the end, the influence of thoughts and deeds is only by yourself. Being influenced AND influencing happens unconsciously until you understand that your own thoughts do not just happen but can be controlled.

I am free to choose my own thoughts at any time. Thoughts that influence me positively and thereby strengthen me, thoughts that lift me out of the energy of the problem to the energy level of the solution. That insight also strengthens because it makes us independent. No one has to make their inner happiness dependent on any external circumstances. Happiness can never be found with this. But if we choose happiness despite all adversities, then we will never be without it.

Happiness is part of the being that we are. With an attitude that corresponds to the nature of this being, we nourish it and promote its vitality. Physically and emotionally, we are thus able to overcome difficulties better or not to make many things a problem in the first place. We become observers, go with the flow, accept what is, but also know that we can influence what is becoming. Even moments of sadness don’t mean that we have lost our happiness. Happiness is an inner concept that accepts sad emotions. But it will be the strong root that keeps us standing upright and withstand any storm and earthquake.

Eventually, no one has the power to tell you what to think or feel – unless you accept. Happiness is an inside job. Just let your smile work. In the best case, it contributes to the improvement of the world. While in the worst case, it secures your own happiness.

Be aware that you are an influencer.
And the person you are influencing the most… is you!

What a lovely post, Erika.

I used to find myself thinking negatively a lot. It took me a long time to realise that all I was doing was influencing who I was and how others saw me. Now, any negative thoughts are soon dismissed – even those that actually happened in my life and are memories. Of course, I have no control on what sadness is coming my way, but once it gets to me I will deal with it as any human does and remember that I am the one that influences who I am and how I feel.

I think there are not many who have always been aware of the fact that being angry, frustrated, unhappy, unforgiving, cannot be given away. Whatever we feel cannot be given away, it is with us. So let’s better feel something we like to carry along with us. As you said, we never know what sad things come our ways… that’s life, and life happens. But there is no law that can tell us how we deal with what happens. 😊
