Thank you, Jan! I glad you think so too. We can get lost in worries or negative thoughts through these times, but that is when we need to remember that we have the power… if we use it.

For more than ten days we have had temperatures between 32 and 38 °C. Unusual for this area, at least for such a long period. Today it rained a littel, but therefore it is pretty humid now. I love summer and I don’t mind the heat, but I am worried about nature. The grass has dried out and is completely brown.

Oh, you are kidding me Erika. That’s like down here, your almost an Ozzie. Soon you’ll be suntanned all over at that rate. And dust blowing everywhere because there’s no grass to hold the lawn together 😱❤️🙏

What a scenario 😱I am suntanned from my vacation but, believe me, currently, I am only stepping outside if necessary😂 Thank God, it rained a little this morning, but that’s over and the temps are rising again beyond 30°. However, next week promises to bring thunderstorms and temps below 30°.

At last, normal 🤣 Mind you, there is an enormous el nino spreading along the equator from South America across the Pacific coming my way. I pray it isn’t the drought we got last time. In fact I’m praying…a lot 🤗❤️🙏

Climate change is undeniable, and still, we think we can go on like we did over the past decades. Fingers crossed that there is no el nino coming to visit!
