Oh, yes, especiall those changes we feared. But yes, we always grow from it, whether we want or not. But unfortunately, what we “want” is not always what we need for our further journey…

Oh, yes, absolutely! I even believe that whatever change comes our way, we are ready to handle it or it would not have come our way. Therefore, resisting is no alternative, but facing it and seeing where it takes us. Thanks for that thought, Keith!

Why thank you Gail. Many don’t realise it is the hard changes that we experience that build that empathy and compassion into a love so profound kind lady. And on the day I had finally just faced myself…I saw that each and every step, good and bad, were doing exactly that. I’ve been smiling ever since. To see it and understand that it builds a very profound trust, and a love no words can truly describe. So I just smile a lot and ‘know’ that regardless the step, it is building something so beautiful within. What I touched in that moment let me know that it is all ‘positive’, even if I do occasionally run out of chocolate 🤣😂❤️🙏
