Erika, well said. Using an easy example, in golf if you focus on how you want the shot to go and less on the mechanics (i.e. trust your swing), you have a better chance of hitting that shot. Keith

Believe me, I often surprise myself with my own quotes… lol. We know it all, but daily life manages that we lose the “focus”. Thank you very much for allowing me to share your words, Michael!
