It’s odd how we look back so often, even when we know that door is closed permanently.

I think it needs “a few” attempts until we (want to) see the blessing in past events. But once we do, that is the moment we can make peace with the past and draw so much good energy from it.

The past is for us to learn from but not dwell in. Love this.

Erika, interesting quote. I would not say “only” as we must also consider options to improve the future. As a current example, AI is changing how we do things so rapidly, we have to factor new things in. Keith

Thank you, Keith. That’s right. In this context I saw it regarding personal experiences, like disappointments or personal “failure” (things we would do different now). Many people dwell in self-pity about what was which does not lead anywhere. Instead we should see what we developed from the past event or where it pushed us and draw experience from that event to create Now a better future.

not everyone dares to look back and learn

True! Often it is not even a conscious turning away. However, life will make sure we will look at it one day.

And if we don’t learn the first time, it’ll come back until we do. 🌟✨💫

I actually watched my life repeat itself. It scares people…….only because change is imminent. 🌟✨💫

I agree, many start to believe that they are “haunted” and are life’s stepchild. That is when they don’t take responsibility for their lives and look a bit closer, why they get to experience so many similar situations over and over again. So, for some it may take longer until life makes them understand than for others.

Yes, to actually realize that is happening is like opening a door to change behavior.

May we all finally learn from the past sustainably!

But we must not be passive with our past. When we are passive with our past, it creeps back up to reinvent itself in our present and future. we must let the past inform us about changes we need to make in our present.

The past should be seen as a learning tool to make it better in the Now.
