Erika, we need to get beneath the facade we create and maintain. We often do things out of habit, not realizing we are ceding decisions. So, asking yourself what do I really want is important. Keith

Thats the problem: we create an image of ourselves over time (mostly due to external factors) and are not aware anymore that it is only an image. A growing inner tension is a sign that we might have to check that facade you mentioned. And your question is a good way to find faster back to ourselves.
