365 Thoughts Of Healing – #36

For today, I felt like sharing some inspiration. Still, too many carry guilt or anger with them—feelings that others caused in them. Remember that whatever you went through taught you a specific lesson. It caused you to develop something important in you or led you to places or people you would have missed otherwise. Whatever still haunts you, look for the positive it gave you, and recognize it as love’s way of supporting your development sustainably to reach your highest goals.

365 Thoughts of Healing is available on Amazon
as an e-book (on any Amazon marketplace)
or paperback (except on .com.au and .co.jp)

The purpose of my blog is to inspire and shine a light on the beauty and power of the wonderful being inside your body. You came into this world to share what only you can give. Remember who you really are, conquer the world the way you always wanted to, and become the blessing to us all that you were meant to be.

My friend, Jessica and I were having this conversation this morning…. to be kinder to ourselves when we are feeling disappointed and then feeling disappointed in ourselves for feeling disappointed. Like we should NOT even allow ourselves to acknowledge or embrace ALL our feelings. We came to the conclusion that we needed to be as kind to ourselves as we would to each other, if we were trying to help each other through it. whew!

That is the best conclusion in my opinion. We are better in accepting how others feel than allow ourselves to feel the emotions we cause in ourselves through our experiences. I think it is important to feel everything like disappointment, joy, anger… it all tells us something. I only thing we should be careful not to fall into some negative emotions but are always aware that it is only an emotion… not who we are.

Thank you so much for this input and for sharing your conversation with your friend. Very inspiring, Annette!

Erika, your advice is powerful. Each of us fail, often more than a few times. There have been times we go through thinking how are we going to make it through another day. You do the best you can, wake up and do the best you can the next day. And, so on. As Winston Churchill said, when you walk through hell, the best thing to do is keep walking. Keith

That is definitely a good advice. Standing still is the worst of options in such situations. One foot after the other and keeping the thought high that one day we are through. Thank you very much, Keith. Your words are totally true to life, and most people will be able to relate to them.

That’s it, the past is love’s helper in making us rediscover ourselves… everything we go through is an act of love. When even hard to understand in that moment… 💖

I asked God where was the love in this hateful world, so He showed me…by making me look at myself. I got to face me and see a truth that in my fear I had blocked. Behind that wall inside each of us is that love we have all been looking for. It is indeed a very profound lesson.

A beautiful post Erika, and very wise words. Thank you for sharing 🤗❤️🙏

Your first sentence already explains it all. Amazing! That’s what it is: Love is what makes us breathe. So, even in the most hateful person, there must still be love. Thank you for this loving inspiration, Mark 💖
