So it is, even though the comfort zone sometimes can be protective. 😉 xx Michael

Protective only when we don’t want to risk to expand or change our lives…😉

Comfort zone way to often for me, hopefully way less these days.

It is easy to let our comfort zones controle us, since it seems to be less effort (which it isn’t in the long run).

So true, and how often do we settle for our comfort zone? The Universe has a way of pushing us out of it, though! 🙂

Indeed, settling in our comfort zone can be pretty exhausting when the Universe pushes to one side but we try to hold on or even go to the other side. Until the moment when we let loose and then find ourselves at the place we always dreamed of. Thank you for that input, Jan.

That’s well put: comfort in discomfort. Although we don’t like it, it feels less scary than leaving the familar place.

Ah the comfort zone Erika. I think sometimes it like the spiral on the snail shell, but sometimes my heart opens and I see another path, a free and loving one. I just had to dare to step off the first. Great post kind lady, may we find its beauty 🤗❤️🙏

You say it, Mark. It depends on whicht direction we follow that spiral. One shrinks the other one opens to an endless vastness. Thank you, Mark💖
