PS – Quick story. Coach K would be one of the most successful college basketball coaches. In his first tournament game at Duke, his team lost by 43 points. When an alumnus toasted forgetting this horrible game, Coach K corrected him saying “Here’s to remembering this game.” He did not want his players forgetting what losing badly felt like . Keith

Thanks for the story, Keith. I agree, a lesson is only learned when the essence is applied into life. That’s why we must remember the past but as a book of wisdom not a valley of frustration, resentment, and desperation.
