Agreed. It is a reason athletes trash talk to get into the head of the opponent.
An athlete known for performing well under pressure said something interesting. He said the key is to perform at the same level. Many athletes get nervous under pressure and play at a lesser level.

I remember when I read the first book of his “The Power of Now” it took my mind and my spirit on a different level of perceiving my existence. Yes, life-changing! It gave me answers on questions I did not know I had.
