Love Yourself – Heal The World
Thinking about what to write
So much crosses my mind
Still, there are just empty spaces
No topics are to find
I look outside the window
The sun touches the grass
The birds and insects dance
My world, a joyful space
I feel a bunch of gratitude
That suddenly appears
Beneath the worldly struggle
It brings up happy tears
What do I really need
What is already there
I have a home, a family
And enough food to share
I am in my best years
So many plans I’m weaving
I want them all to thrive
So many joys I am perceiving
The look outside my window
Showed me the message clearly
The omnipresent topic
Is to hold ourselves dearly
In Love and Light

I am happy it touched something inside you, dear Gwen. Everything starts with ourselves, that’s why we need to take car of us as much as of others 💖

I thank you. I am thankful that I can share my thoughts here with you and everyone. It all starts and ends with the person themselves. The more we feel ourselves the more genuine we can live for our own and everyone’s sake. Thank you, Mark 💖
