It is that worried look over our shoulders instead of watching where we are going that does it. Don’t get me wrong, a ‘visit’ to our past is important, remembering so we don’t make those mistakes again. But the holding on is like any weight we carry, it slows us down and tires us, blinding us to our future. Great post, and share Erika 😀❤️🙏
