Good News:
I found a way to lower the book price by republishing it.
Now it is available for example for € 24.35 or $ 20.66.
It was quite a nerve-wracking action because I had to set it up completely anew
and unpublish the first one which was not so easy. But I made it and it was worth all the effort to make it more affordable.
