The Good Always Remains

People are not good or bad
They’re the experience they make
What they believe is true might look
To us like a big fake

Still, we must be careful ‘cause
We’re not in their shoes
What we think about them they
May think about us too

There’s mystery in all of us
So much we can discover
If we only understand
How to learn from each other

You may see good or bad in one
Still, you just see some grains
But I can promise, in the end,
The good is what remains
